De hygiëne in de douche en toilet kan beter.

Tres bel hôtel. Chambre très confortable, bon petit déjeuner, belle décoration. Calme. Piscine sur le toit très agréable ! Salle de gym

Vriendelijk personeel, goed en uitgebreid ontbijt, lekkere bedden. We hadden een deluxe kamer geboekt.

Prima hotel. Er is niets op aan te merken. Goed ontbijt, goede airco, goede badkamer, uitstekende bedden. Gezellige lounge boven met live muziek en zwembad. Absoluut een aanrader!

Werkelijk waar niets. Een deel van ons wasgoed was zoekgeraakt en binnen 3 minuten opgelost.

Lokasi dekat dengan salah satu Rumah Sakit, di jalur perbukitan, tapi dekat dengan pusat kota. mudah dicari lokasinya, ada mini market depan hotel, tenang untuk istirahat tempatnya. parkiran hotel agak kecil hanya muat 8-12 mobil di basement, sisanya di teras luar hotel.

barangkali jika memang kondisi kamar kosong, tamu bisa dipersilahkan masuk 1-2 jam lebih awal, menjadi poin plus untuk hotel. kecuali jika sedang kondisi penuh wajib check in sesuai jadwal. over all oke

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. Receptionist Marlia (if I'm not mistaken), pretty and very polite. Pleasant interaction with her.

Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is echt meer dan uitstekend Ik zou dit hotel absoluut weer boeken als ik in semarang ben. De kamer en badkamer zijn ruim, het zwembad is prima en rustig toen wij er waren. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk.

De eerste avond hebben we in het restaurant boven gegeten. Dat was niet lekker.

Never stayed in any other place that doesn’t care about guests more than this one. They had a private party (full on DJ party) from 9 PM all the way to 2AM, the sound was so loud it was impossible to sleep. No, they did not have any of this informed at check in, not even the morning of the party. They only apologized but the music remained like the party is in the SUITE we stayed in, didn’t even turn it down a notch. We had to wake up at 5 AM most days because my daughter was in a tournament and the lack of sleep didn’t help at all. We asked to be moved somewhere else to sleep but they didn’t help at all.

Things I loved: - The staff was very helpful and friendly. - The breakfast buffet was delicious and had many selections - the bed was comfortable - room service was fast and affordable - the room was cleaned every day I was there Areas for improvement: - The lighting by the mirror in the bathroom was not sufficient. Need more lights - The shower heads need to be cleaned and decalcified with vinegar - The toilet would flush inconsistently - Would be great to have a small shelf or stand in the toilet stall to set your phone down Overall I enjoyed my stay and would consider going back if I am ever in the area.

The rooftop swimming pool is the highlight. The view over the city is superb both from the pool and from the room. The staff are super friendly.

The piped muzak in the pool area. And to be perfect the pool area could be no smoking area

After I paid they still want a deposit of 100.000 rp for the key. Kind of ridiculous

Breakfast should be with more variation, it's a bit focused on Indonesian food, just some cheese would already be welcome. Pool is nice, restaurant is good, love the cheese platter.

Clean hotel, rated 4 but should be given 5 stars! The hotel was very nice! Food was nicely cooked. For those looking for a getaway from busy city and tranquil time, this is the place. Will definitely go back here for short or longer stay!!
