falta de limpieza en la habitacion, en una semana solo fueron dos veces y habian mosquitos pegados en las paredes, sangre y suciedad encima de los roperos desde el siglo XI.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Merci beaucoup a Morgan pour son accueil, l'endroit est vraiment incroyable avec la piscine et son super jardin. Nina est tres simpa et nous a fait de super petits dejeuners. Stef est tres accueuillante. Nous reviendrons a chaque fois que nous passerons par ici.
C'est mieux d'avoir une voiture pour se deplacer.Ou prendre les motos taxis.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Me gustó el trato del personal, atentos a nuestros requerimientos y dudas que surgían. Stephanie del bar muy agradable y preparaba unas piña coladas riquísimas. Nina, quien se encargaba con otra persona en la limpieza de la habitación y nuestro desayuno cada día, muy atentas y dispuestas. El jardinero no recuerdo el nombre, nos entregaba tips para conocer lugares interesantes de los alrededores de Las Terrenas. En general, excelente calidad de servicio de todo el personal.
La cama un poco dura. Y el espacio de la habitación creo que podría ser mas cerrado para mantener el aire acondicionado, se sentía mucho la humedad y luego de ducharse peor la humedad. Pero la limpieza impecable, creo que es un tema de cerrar bien de alguna forma las ventanas, para mantener aire fresco.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Very friendly and helpful staff who always had great recommendations for the area. The tropical garden is beautifully maintained and creates a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are simple but tidy and clean. The amazing Playa Bonita can be reached within about a 10-minute walk. We also appreciated the option to rent scooters directly at the hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable there.

The cottage is really bad quality and old. The beds are super uncomfortable. We saw one cockroach in our room. The AC not working properly. Full of moskitos even with windows and door closed. We didn't have water nor electricity for hours the second day of our stay. The last two nights we didn't have hot water in the showers. This is really disappointing, I would never stay here again.

Die Möbel sind veraltet, und es entsteht der Eindruck, dass nicht ausreichend in die Renovierung und den Zustand der Unterkunft investiert wird – besonders im Verhältnis zum Preis pro Nacht. Es gibt viele Mücken, und die Fliegengitter an den Fenstern sind an mehreren Stellen beschädigt. Außerdem hatten wir ein Problem mit der Kanalisation, genauer gesagt mit dem Abfluss der Toilette. All das hat den Aufenthalt etwas beeinträchtigt.

Prostor je lep, ali namestaj nije nov. Postoji problem sa komarcima.

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026La ubicación es excelente, es un lugar super tranquilo y sereno de Las Terrenas, el desayuno estuvo muy bueno, igualmente que las damas que lo sirven, las camas fueron cómodas y las áreas sociales como la piscina están en buenas condiciones.
El tema del cobro fue un poco complicado porque usan una aplicación para el cobro, ademas de que te cobran un 6% por pagar con tarjeta, no usan verifone, esta aplicación ademas te aumenta el monto cobrado al momento que llega el consumo a tu banco, aunque la diferencia es mínima entiendo que esto debe ser corregido. Las habitaciones se ven un poco antiguas, pero tienen su encanto y tienen todo lo necesario.

Bungalow in die Jahre gekommen. Renovierung notwendig. Sauberkeit leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Klebrige Lichtschalter. Küchenutensilien nicht sauber. Viele Moskitos im Außenbereich Nachts Lärm durch Lage an der Straße. Preisleistung nicht gut, wir haben in der DR bereits deutlich günstiger und schöner übernachtet.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026L'endroit est vraiment superbe ! La chambre est belle, le lit confortable. L'extérieur est génial avec une grande piscine, des transats, hamacs, plusieurs tables. Il y a également de quoi s'occuper en soirée ou notamment lors de journées pluvieuses avec billards et différents jeux de société. Le personnel est tres sympathique et aux petits soins. Ils vous donneront de tres bons conseils sur les plages a visiter et les restaurants. Le petit déjeuner est excellent ! Merci pour tout, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Friendly staff, happy to give you suggestions on where to go, what to see, and to resolve any issues. The house is nice and well thought out, although you can see that the furnishings and other equipment are not the newest
Wifi is bad. The Internet is not usable most of the time. The connection is fluctuating - it's working for some time, then it's totally disappearing. And those changes occur every few minutes throughout the day. Outage can last from a few seconds to a few hours. A local SIM card with an internet package is a must-have here if you need anything more than to check WhatsApp occasionally. The cleaning lady came only once during our week's stay, and it was on the second day. She even asked once if I wanted cleaning, but then she never came.

Reviewed Mar 5, 2026La limpieza, las comodidades y la ubicación, además del desayuno, son los puntos fuertes de este hotel. La señal de internet también era buena. Está cerca de 8 min (600m) caminando de la playa Bonita.
El baño es apretado, no tan confortable. Y también hemos solicitado un anticipo en el horario del desayuno, para el checkout, y la recepcionista de la noche - además de no poner esfuerzo ni amabilidad en atender nuestra solicitud, no pasó la información para el equipo del desayuno. Pero como el equipo del desayuno era muy amable, arreglaran la situación muy prontamente.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026Schöne, romanisch hergerichtete Zimmer, netter Pool und Anlage. Top Strand mit Wellen, dazu romantische Wege die Küste entlang. Super Ausflüge in der Nähe. Frühstück ist ebenfalls super.
Viele Moskitos auf der Terrasse des Zimmers. Auf der Straße in der Nähe fahren Nachts immer wieder Fahrzeuge die einen irren Krach machen. Der Fußweg zum Strand zieht sich etwas (mit Kindern).

Absolument tout.proprete à désirer,grandeur de la chambre,le peu de lumière disponible, le bruit extérieur,l'emplacement etc.

La persona francesa que me atendió al llegar y me quiso cobrar lo que le dio la gana, sin saber explicar cómo se calculaba el precio final y echando balones fuera. La habitación no tenía persianas o store que impidiera la entrada de luz. No tiene prácticamente ningún servicio (ni comida, ni cena)

Reviewed Nov 18, 2025Thanks to the team that gave us some nice tips, without them we would've never seen thoses beautiful beaches ate in this restaurant soo good .Las terrenas is very loud so we were happy to be in hotel enjoy , witch is much more quiet.Pool , pool table , dart , you ll not get bored there ! We had there breakfast. woooww ! best we had in 2 weeks. Thanks Yoann , Morgan and Marianne to make our stay so good. We ll try to come back here next year.

Reviewed Nov 8, 2025A 5 minuti a piedi da Playa Bonita, ottima posizione. Camera contenuta ma bella con tutto il necessario. Abbiamo usufruito anche della piscina, pulita e tenuta bene. I ragazzi sono stati molto disponibili.

Reviewed Oct 9, 2025El ambiente es muy bonito , lleno de arboles, muy tranquilo, es espacioso. El chico no habla mucho español , pero es agradable. También me gustó la ubicación, la playa está cerca caminando y si quiero explorar más puedo ir en mi auto bordando la calle paralela y entrar por accesos peatonales, además hay parqueos públicos disponibles en la playa. esa playa es de mis favoritas .
La estancia es agradable , pero necesita remozar un poco , no tiene television, en la cocina , la nevera, funciona parcialmente y la piscina no estaba lista para usarla la piscina , pero lo resolvieron al dia siguiente (hoy)

Superó nuestras expectativas, está cerca de la playa (menos de 5 minutos en coche) Estuvimos muy contentas, pudimos trabajar un poco en el área común y estuvo bastante bien. El personal muy amable y atento siempre. Posdata: Hay unos gatitos que viven ahí que son muy amigables :)
