Olympus Terra Boutique Hotel

It was clean. The staff from the desk was very helpful. It is a modern hotel.

At the moment when we booked on Booking, it was said that breakfast is included. But when we arrived there, they told us that the kitchen is in renovation and that it is not true that we booked a room with breakfast... 😔 Even though they said that they have a refrigerator and a kettle in the room, the refrigerator wasn't working, there was no kettle in the room and no complementary sugar or coffee or tea. No complementary water also!!! The complementary bathroom gel & cream were the ones left over from the guests before us, as they were half empty... When we asked for water & coffee, even though all what was recounted above, they charged us for it!!!!! We booked the most expensive room from the hotel, so, it was NORMAL to have all the Above in the room, and not to be charged for it! We also were forced to carry our luggage by ourselves, as they don't have valet to do this job, even if they pretend to have 4 stars! They came into the room to make the bed, but did not change the towels. The table on the terrace was very dirty. I cleaned myself. And I left the towel and the disinfectant wet wipe especially on the terrace to be seen... It seems that this had the effect: they cleaned the chairs and the table after this! So, it was not as they said and most of all did not seem like a 4 star hotel considering all of these!

Η τοποθεσια είναι εξαιρετική. Είσαι πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Λάρισας και σε όλες τις περιφεριακές οδούς. Το πρωινό εξαιρετικό και το πρσσωπικό πολύ ζεστο και ευγενικό. Τα δωμάτια είναι πολύ καθαρά και άνετα.

Quick efficient check in. Excellent, clean well appointed room. Helpful staff, regarding information about local restaurants. Nice touch, from the receptionist, who made me a coffee, after the bar had closed. Very nice breakfast, friendly staff. Nice chilled out late check out.

Γενικά η καθαριότητα

neat and clean, super fast fiber wifi (100/20 mbit in the room!), private parking, very attentive staff - especially the two ladies at reception and breakfast, considerate, polite and always happy to help - big compliment: breakfast lady has been really cautious not to cause any noise when collecting/cleaning cutlery and plates; comfy bed and decent breakfast (coffee specialities or tea (black, green, herbal), juices (not freshly squeezed unfortunately), egg variations, cheese, ham, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, fresh and dried fruits, yoghurt, nuts, variety of jams, hazelnut spread, honey, croissants and bread);

poor sound isolation towards hallway/neighbour and outside - even with closed windows; AC airflow directed towards bed, no AC remote, "greek" positioning of outlets (none in bathroom but 2+1 under the TV); no comfortable chair at least in standard room (see pic); no food past breakfast (and no restaurant closeby), no fitness/spa, no slippers or bathrobe, empty minibar (but most likely an option to order from the hotel bar);

C'est plutôt un hôtel pour le business et non pour le tourisme, emplacement en bord de route, endroit sans charme

Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal war immer da, wenn man etwas gebraucht hat.

Das Zimmer waren etwas klein und sehr hellhörig. Zudem war die Klimaanlage direkt über dem Bett, dh selbst bei 27 Grad eingestellten Temperatur, war es wirklich kalt, weil sie direkt auf einen geweht hat. Zudem gibt es für die Klimaanlage keine Fernbedienung, das heißt man musste auch nachts immer aufstehen (da es ohne Klima viel zu warm im Zimmer wurde) und sie an/ ausstellen.

Παρά πολύ αναπαυτικό κρεβάτι!!! Πεντακάθαρα όλα!! Ευγενικό προσωπικό και πολύ ήσυχα.. έχουμε ξανά μείνει αλλά στο superior τωρα ειμασταν στο στάνταρ.. γιαυτο και τα μειονεκτικά..

Θα έπρεπε να είχαν τουλάχιστον μια καρέκλα γιανα ακουμπαμε τα ρουχα ,τα πράγματα.. στα μείον ειναι ότι το κλιματιστικό ήταν απέναντι από το κρεβάτι και σε χτυπούσε.. σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε!!!

Very nice building, easy parking, good value for money.

The room we stayed could do with a small renovation.

It was new and the location was good for access to Larisa. Staff were generally friendly.

It didn’t have any facilities and, although they offered room services, the kitchen was closed. The breakfast was also very average and wasn’t fresh food. They didn’t provide any basics (bathrobe, slippers, etc.) that you would expect in a hotel of this price.

The rooms were modern, spacious, and beautifully decorated. I had an absolutely fantastic sleep thanks to the incredibly comfortable mattresses and pillows. The convenient parking area was a great bonus, and the staff were all exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always greeting guests with a smile.

There was a faint buzzing sound from the electrical switchboard whenever the keycard was inserted. It wasn't too noticeable during the day, but at night it was a bit distracting. The toilet was installed quite close to the wall, making it a tight fit. As someone with a larger build, I found it challenging to sit comfortably.

View of Acropolis was nice. Hotel and staff were great.

The heating was not working, Breakfast shall be extended at least to 11 am. For a Greek provincial city hotel, the behavior of this hotel staff was unacceptable.

Breakfast was great a lovely selection of local foods and all options of cooked and fresh food. The hostess Dimitra went over and above serving us and making us feel welcome

I find it embarrassing that the room could not be totally dark and i had to wake up because of the daylight at 7 am. A 4star hotel that has such a major issue, is not a 4 star hotel.
