I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The space is beautiful, spacious, calm, and exceptionally clean, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. Their professionalism and willingness to assist really made a difference. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and well-maintained place to stay. I would happily come back again

I WAS HAPPY WITH MY ROOM AND THE AMENITIES. THE FACILITY WAS WELL RUN WITH EVERYONE FRIENDLY, KIND AND HELPFUL.THE PILOW WAS A BIT LUMPY THATS ALL.

MY COLLEAE WAS DISSAPOINTED THAT HIS ROOM DID NOT HAVE A WINDOW ( ROOM 5) AND HAD TO OPEN THE DOORS IN THE NIGHT TO LET FRESH AIR IN. HE FELT THE ESTABLISHMENT WAS NOT WHAT HE EXPECTED. HE COULD NOT CONNECT TO THE CHANNEL HE WANTED ON DSTV IN HIS ROOM AND HAD TO SIT IN THE MAIN LOUNGE TO WATCH TV.

This property was architecturally brilliant. It was completely a one-of-a-kind building with a network of walkways, terraces and balconies all built around the trees and a with a myriad of managed plants. Unique to say the least. If you enjoy being up in the trees or if you want a really cool place for a destination party, this might be a great possibility! In terms of the more mundane—-zebrina’s guest house was completely clean, the breakfast was very good and the staff was professional and accommodating. We will return in 2 weeks.

We always stay at Zebrina. They are friendly, helpful. Bennie gives good customer service, he listens to you and responds in word AND action - not just empty promises. He sorts out any concerns on the same day. We always love staying here - their breakfasts are amazing!

The unique setting of the Zebrina guest house, the very comfortable bed and pillows and the various areas on the property to relaxs all made the stay very pleasurable.

Clean and secluded especially where I was sleeping liked the privacy. I will chose the room over and over again

I didn’t like the fact that the hot water didn’t last long and would become cold very quickly. When I opened the hot tap, the water would stop running after less than one minute. This was the only thing that made my stay uncomfortable, although I didn’t report it during my stay.

The warm ambience

Benny was very friendly and welcoming. The food was great and the rooms were big enough . The sheets were clean .

Allowing people to go and eat breakfast with pj's it makes us uncomfortable.

Breakfast was excellent, though I had an issue with the safe in the room it was locked from outside while the door was open I think this was done by the previous guest and the cables to the Tv were pulled out, which means we couldn't watch Tv on our return to the room which was a bit late in the evening

Power went off early morning with no backup in the rooms. I had to do a presentation for work and was not able to blow dry my hair, I was amazed that no back power was available or even back up solar lights in the room

Access is very restricting due to security. Room had limited ventilation ( was generally a good room, just needs more ventilation) Aircon wasn't functioning well.

Benny! Benny at reception was awesome. The friendliest gent ever. He is so accommodating, kind and goes out of his way to make sure we are comfortable. The place is lovely as well. Very cozy!

Nothing much. Just strange vibes at the end with the lady that was at reception & cleaner when we were checking out. Either than that, I would go back to the place because of Benny's lovely treatment.

Nos alojaron fuera del las instalaciones del hotel, en una habitación al otro lado de la carretera porque no tenían habitaciones en el hotel, y fue un poco decepcionante

Room were very comfortable and functional cozy environment. It was raining so we did not enjoyed the upper deck to joy the view.

We love Zebrina and have visited many times over the years. The decking area is superb with great views. There are lots of interesting plants, and places to sit. The room was big, thoughtfully and stylishly furnished and really comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities and lovely food make this a real home from home. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

Light from the internal courtyard below disturbed our sleep.

The bed was big, breakfast was awesome, the staff is super friendly and the place is close to the mall atleast.

The basin was separated from the bathroom, the fridge looked old but it was clean, the fleece blanket on the bed didn't smell nice. Oh the toilet light kept flicking and it was disturbing, I just forgot to report it. Other than that all was well.

Room was a bit stuffy. Seemed to have not been in use for some time.
