Looked just like the pictures. Wonderful location so close to many restaurants. Could walk to lots of places. Very safe and secure - we forgot to lock the door one day and went out all day and everything was safe. The man at the front desk was initially confused due to our language barrier, but we eventually managed to convey that we had a reservation and he pointed us in the right direction to get to the lift to our floor. We had arrived early and they allowed us to leave the bags in the room whilst the cleaner was finishing the clean, which was great. Comfortable beds and lovely Juliet balconies to let the breeze in at night. When you arrive, there is a big locked gate. You can ring the buzzer to be let in, or use the gate code given to you by the property manager before arrival.

The bath under the shower can be very slippery, just take care when getting out.

The property location is great, very close to both the subway and the city centre itself, a short 10 mins walk away from Plaza de Armas. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops around. The windows face away from the street which means the view wasn't great but it was quiet. The property is clean, nicely furnished and has a well equipped kitchen. There are cameras and a guard at the building entrance which gives a sense of security. Access is done via door codes so checking in and out is straightforward.

The host gave us the door code for the apartment, but not the one for the main gate, which led to some conversations with the security guard, who did not speak any English. The property showed some signs of wear and tear but nothing major.

Lacking “extras” - no shampoo, soap or basic kitchen supplies. Bed and couch uncomfortable - needs a new mattress.

This apartment in Barrio Lastarria was the perfect location for my husband and me to explore Santiago. Located on a higher floor in a building with an elevator, it was easy to get into and out of the apartment. The host also was great about staying in contact before and during the stay, providing detailed instructions on arriving to the apartment. The location just a few floors above the bustling neighborhood of Lastarria made it super simple to get coffee and breakfast in the morning, or find dinner and drinks at night. Set off the main street, the apartment was still very quiet, even with all the activity in the streets below. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept well. Having laundry facilities available in the building was an added bonus.

The apartment was missing a few amenities. Specifically, shampoo and soap for the shower were not provided. Additionally, the host left only one roll of toilet paper for us for a four-day stay - probably just a housekeeping oversight. We did not contact the host about it, figuring it was simpler to just buy our own, but given how responsive he was to other questions, I'm sure he would have made it right if we had asked.

Very well appointed apartment in a great location. Easy walk to central sites. Great cafes and restaurants on your doorstep. Felt very safe.

The security was very good; the location is fair as it is nearby several eateries. The main problem was communication...language barrier! The employees hardly can speak English, but for this case, google translator was of an immense assistance. I met the host who came to visit me at the Congress Venue located at El Salto, he was very humble and gentle.

The location of the facility which made it to be very quiet. The beddings were superb. Furnitures were good; the kitchen was well equipped with all I needed. Am grateful
