レフトラン内の子供の遊び場 プールが温泉で、外でもあったかくて快適でした。

部屋の隅に埃あり、清潔感は少し残念。

1歳と4歳の子どもがそれぞれ十分楽しめて良かった。 大きい子どもや家族でも楽しめるボードゲームも揃っていて、子供が大きくなっても連れてきたいと思いました！

物を落とし、ベッドの下を覗くとスリッパや埃があり少し残念に思いました。。

インテリアも素晴らしく、ゆっくりと過ごせました。食事場所も、赤ちゃんから大人まで考えられた感じてとても良かったです。

部屋のタオルに髪の毛が付いていたりしたのは残念でした。

子供の遊び場はたくさんあります。

客室前にはシーツの山があり トイレは詰まってる、散らかってる場所がたくさん。 スタッフさんがおそらく足りてなくバタバタしていて食事会場のピリついてる雰囲気がすごく気になりました。 子供メインの宿泊体制を売りにしているのに子供に対する雰囲気がないのがとても残念でした

アソボーヤは次の日も利用できるのがよかった。 部屋がスタンダードでも広く快適。

トイレの便座クリーナーが、アソボーヤ内、一階ロビー共に切れていた。ロビーのトイレは翌日午前中も利用したが、便座クリーナーの補充はされていなかった。

チェックインで30分以上待たされた。過去に1番かもしれません。その対応を検討された方がよいかと思います。

食事も温泉もプールもアソボーヤも全て良い

設備、ロケーションは最高でしたがビュッフェの中は寒くて興ざめでした。修学旅行の生徒をメインにしていて夕食は早過ぎ、朝食は遅過ぎでまさか？という感じでした。

息子夫婦と孫2歳で2部屋を予約して泊まりました。 お部屋は、思ったより広く快適に過ごせました。 孫も沢山遊べてとても喜んでましたし、スタッフさんの対応は、とても素晴らしかったです。

トイレの便器に黒いカビ？があったり、ポット内が洗われてなかったのが気になりました。

Hartstikke mooie omgeving. Alleen maar bergen, bos en de rivier om je heen, heel rustgevend. Ik heb uren lang op het dak zitten lezen met uitzicht op zeeën van groen. - De gescheiden Onsen-baden waren prachtig en heel schoon. - Het buffet restaurant was lekker. - Kamers mooi, ruim, en schoon. - Geweldige uitzichten. Prachtig gebouw. - Zeer behulpzaam personeel, inclusief een paar mensen die voor ons Engels konden spreken. - Shuttlebus van en naar Sapporo of Vliegveld, nog goedkoper dan de normale bus en veel comfortabeler. Deze locatie speelt vooral erg in op kinderen. En dat doen ze ook heel erg goed. Zeker een aanrader als gezin, maar ook met alleen volwassenen vonden wij hier lekker veel rust.

Het is erg afgelegen en moeilijk te bereiken met openbaar vervoer. Als je meer dan 2 nachtjes verblijft kan je echt beter een auto of ander vervoer hebben. Als je dat hebt is er geen probleem om wat langer te blijven. Voor 2 daagjes relaxen was het voor ons ook nog wel leuk zonder vervoer, maar meer zou ik dan niet willen.

Das Frühstück findet in einem riesigen Saal statt. Alles ist ausgerichtet für Familien mit kleinen Kindern und es wird extrem laute Kindermusik gespielt. Das Buffet ist nur auf chinesische Gäste ausgerichtet - es gibt keine kontinentale Alternative.

Wir waren um 14.40 Uhr im Hotel und es war nichts los an den Self check in Schaltern. Trotzdem mussten wir bis 15.00 Uhr warten bis wir einchecken konnten. Zum Abendessen muss man um spätestens 18.30 Uhr erscheinen , da es um 20.00 Uhr zu Ende ist. Wir haben dies , trotzdem wir es gebucht hatten, nicht gemacht und sind auswärts essen gegangen. So etwas hat nichts mit Urlaub zu tun. Das Essen und die Atmosphäre sind furchtbar. Die Zimmer und vor allem das Bad ist total veraltet und viel zu klein. Die Toilette im Flugzeug war größer als dieses Badezimmer. Die Betten sind an der Seite dreckig und auch die Sofas sind verschmutzt. Total veraltet und viel zu teuer für diese Nacht ( zum Glück nur eine Nacht !!!) . Das Onsen haben wir nicht genutzt - selbst wenn wir gewollt hätten , wäre es uns zu kompliziert und wahrscheinlich auch zu unhygienisch!

ゆっくりお風呂を楽しめました。

喫煙所にタムロしてる人達が自分達が長居したいために、不快な事をされたので、何か対策して欲しいと思いました。

子供の遊ぶところがあってよかった

バイキングの取りに行くところが広すぎて分かりづらかった

食べ物の種類が豊富　外国人スタッフが多かったが丁寧な対応をしてくれた

部屋のトイレと洗面所がとても汚く、冷蔵庫からずっと超音波が聴こえていた

晩御飯、朝御飯の丁寧なお品書き☺️ 細かく時間を割り振りしてもらっていて、スムーズに席に案内してもらえ、食事をすることが出来ました。 対面での食事提供も、適量、美味しい、わかりやすい、キッズコーナーも嬉しい。 ホロホロ山荘へのお風呂も嬉しい。

お部屋の清掃。 天井にクモの巣。 キクラゲカピカピで、テレビ下にあり少し残念でした。

部屋が最高に良かった。期待通りだった。

食事が良くない。味付けが和食なのかエスニック系なのか分からない。季節感が無く、揚げもの炒め物など油系が多く感じた。2種類の寿司米も硬く酢が効き過ぎ。子供用の食事もバラエティーが無く、油ものが多い。デザートも少ない。料金の割に満足感が無い。

2回目の利用だったが、いつ行ってもスタッフが親身。外国人スタッフも多いけど関係なく親身に寄り添って接してくれるから良い

予約した時点では告知が無かったため宿泊前日に遊び場が工事中なのを知った。代わりの遊び場も設けられてたが滑り台などもなく狭さも目立った。また簡易的なものだったためか未満児向けの遊ぶ場が無かった

ゆっくり過ごすことができた

小さい子供連れ向けの施設すぎた 温泉以外で大人が楽しめる場所がない

浴室広く　温度別に湯船も多く　露天風呂も心地よく　脱衣場も多く化粧品、ヘアーゴム、シャンプーリンス　ボディーソープ　メイク落とし …など至れり尽くせり自宅から用意せず気軽に利用でき感動しました 部屋も綺麗でした

館内着が身長サイズでしたが、太っている私にはサイズ小さく着心地は良くなかったです。 これだけです。

アソボーヤ、プール、ビュッフェ会場の遊び場、ロケーション、部屋の広さ、ご飯のおいしさなど、すべてが子供連れにとってとても良く、最高の宿泊体験でした。 また、3泊したため、ご飯は毎日同じものだったのですが、連泊した人には特別な小皿をプレゼントするなど、気配りもとても良かったです。 次に登別や洞爺湖方面に行く際には必ず泊まりたいです。

ほとんどないですが、ホテル内のwifiだけ弱かったり繋がらない場所が多かったりと不便さを感じていました。 また、3泊したため、3日目にはご飯が飽きてしまったので、1日置きに交互にメニューを変えるなどしていただけるとたくさん宿泊したいので嬉しいです。

子どもが楽しく過ごせる所

洗面所の流し台が水垢と備品のスキンケアがほこりだらけだったり部屋の床が汚いです。

這間親子飯店大部分都很好，房間很大，有適合大童和小童的遊玩設施。但這間飯店並沒有洗衣機烘衣機，由於我們前一天去玩水，無法處理濕衣服，很困擾，我們只好帶著全家的濕衣服去搭飛機，這很佔行李重量。 另外check in 時需要排隊，我們是星期六入住，排了40分鐘，才完成check in 手續。

スタッフの数が明らかに少ない。数年前のホスピタリティが下がった。ターゲットが未就学向けに特化してきている。

施設内がとても暑かった。

夫と娘一家と全6人で宿泊しました。 プールで遊び、地下の遊び場でもたくさん遊び、 夕食も朝食もビュッフェを堪能しました。 レストランが広く、数箇所に分かれていろいろな料理が並んでいましたが、全部は見て回るのが大変でしたし、到底自分で食べることは不可能です。そして何より人が多すぎました。 部屋は、2家族2部屋が3階と5階に分かれていて、食事やお風呂、プールなどに行くタイミングを合わせるのが大変でした。 ベッドはちょうどよい硬さで寝心地は良かったです。ただ、部屋の中の棚や格子、窓の桟とかに埃が積もって汚れていたのが、とても嫌で不快でした。

Das Zimmer war verhältnismässig gross.

Ich habe das Hotel in der Nähe des Bahnhofs gebucht um morgens früh mit dem Shinkansen weiterzureisen. Leider war bei den beiden Restaurants die Wartezeit zwischen 66-70 Minuten, so dass wir auch nach Nachfrage bei der Rezeption ohne das bezahlte Frühstück abreisen mussten. Das Hotel wirkt wie Massenabfertigung, unser Zimmer war altmodisch und das Onsen war sehr voll.

食事がおいしく、レストランがきれい。子どもが喜ぶ施設が多い。スタッフが親切。大浴場が広々していて気持ちがいい。

プールがもう少しきれいだといいなと思いました。（虫がたくさん浮いていたり、水が少し濁っていたりしたので） コインランドリーなど、洗濯できる場所があればよかった。

とにかく暑かったです。冷房は効いておらず、寝ていても暑くて起きました。 案内は不親切でした。どこに何があるのか全部こっちで調べるしかないのかと。 食事会場はキッズスペースから埋まります。子どもが食事を取りに行くのが大変でした。連泊したのに、そのあたりは融通がきかないのだなと思いました。

エレベーターホールの窓の外のクモの巣がハロウィンの飾りかと思うレベルでした。

If you are a non-smoker, do yourself a favour and skip this place. The hotel uses central air conditioning and the rooms on the non-smoking floor (level 7) smell musky with a stale cigarette stench. We had 3 rooms in my group and all the rooms were the same even when we changed rooms. In addition, most of the service staff were non-Japanese, they could not communicate well and did not appear to be well trained and quite rude. When I tried to gently share some feedback with the reception staff, she simply grunted and ignored me. Of the dozens of Hotels I’ve stayed in across Japan, this has to be the worst.

子供連れ向きホテルになります。チェックイン、チェックアウトに物凄く並ばされ時間のロスが気になった。子供達は遊ぶ施設やプールで思う存分楽しめたので、お子様連れにはオススメです。

Staff at the front desk was poorly trained and couldn't find my Expedia reservation at first. Indoor play places weren't included in the hotel fee although I think they should have been.

チェックイン時間がジャスト3時でカウンターの前が行列だった

Not great for couples / friends travelling unless you have young kids. Basically a mini resort hotel filled with families and young children. Onsen was decent and the outdoor pool is nice. Property is in the middle of nowhere, about a 40min drive to the nearest town. You do get a breakfast and dinner buffet included and while the food is fairly good its the same every day.

Very big onsen with various pools, great choice in breakfast and Dinner. Free parking

very disappointed that this property was advertised at Expedia which we booked from Australia: limited vital information. We arrived to find that dinner was included in room rate. However we soon discovered that there is NO WAY to explore area due to limited transport options For eg only buses leave for airport and Sapporo at 10ish am, Return bus from Sapporo is at 1pm. No other way to get to anywhere if you don't have a car: a taxi to Sapporo or rusutsu could be up to $500 aud. There is NO restaurants around other than hotel buffet dinner. We had two kids with us and there was NO LUNCH options to buy other than hotel shop selling snacks and chips, My kids had NO LUNCH for 3 days. Staff speak no English other than two Nepali and Sri Lankan staff we met, They seemed to know nothing much about how to get tranpsport or public transport. The rooms were stuffy and HOT for 3 nights despite winter: we did not get any decent sleep. Windows didnt open. We complained to hotel and Expedia and checked out 2 days early, Hotel said they would refund as If Expedia sent them an email. We called Expedia multiple times before cancelling to confirm to them the answer from hotel: Expedia refused to talk to the English speaking reception staff when I called them. Then Expedia called us back to say no staff was speaking English. Few days later Expedia emailed to say hotel refused refund: after they had allowed us to cancel saying they will refund. Im still contacting Expedia but no reply

子供の遊び場は最高

The room partly no clean when I check in

お風呂のお湯がぬるい。フロントが電話に出ない。館内放送がうるさい。 アンケートお願いします。とあるのに用紙がない。

アソボーヤを以前利用した時はスタッフがニコニコしていて子ども達の相手をしていたが、今回は相手どころか一切の笑顔もなかった。 部屋も汚くソファには髪の毛、コーヒーシミだらけのカウンター もう利用しないと思います。

The outdoor onsen pool for kids to play is very good. However, we feel disappointed with the food. We had dinner at 6:30 (the last time slot offered by the hotel), at 6:50 some food already running out and no refill. I have visited Japan for many times and never seen this happens before. Something wrong with the resturant management.

家族4人で泊まりに行きました。子連れ旅行にとっては遊べる場所や、食事のメニューが豊富で飽きずに過ごすことができました。

ホテル到着順に夕食開始時間を決める事ができたそうで　四時過ぎに着いた私達は19時過ぎの時間帯しか空いておらず　他のお客様もかなり文句を言っておりました。 チェックアウトの際も　マシーンにかなり並んでいましたが　やっとチェックアウトできると思ったら複数のグループの人はカウンター対応と知り　また並びました。アナウンス不足です！お食事会場も小蝿やハエが多く飛んでいて　せっかくの美味しいハンバーガーにハエがとまっていて　また作り直しに並びました…。不衛生です。

アクティビティがもっと欲しい

清掃に力を入れて欲しい ある意味振り切れていて通常あるものがないが、不満足ではない 家族連れにはちょうどよい

よかったところは温水プール、食事の遊べるスペースで子供達が楽しめた。ビュッフェま、キッズコーナーのスペースがあり子供自身でとりやすい。施設は休憩スペースもあり快適にすごさたが、コインランドリーがないのは残念😢 あとセルフのチェックインに3時まで長蛇の列を成しているのが不便。スタッフの人数も少なく接客に余裕がない対応だったと感じましまた。

Good place for dining with free playground, the outdoor onsen beach is nice but better to bring a footwear to protect your feet especially for children, the ground in the beach area is easy to hurt their skin due to they revamp with non-slip sand

アトラクションに対する従業員の対応が遅かった。 効率良く対応してくれれば、もっとスムーズだったと思います

There was a wide variety of food options in the canteen.

The ventilation was poor inside the room. AC was either not working or too weak that we felt suffocated even after turning the fan on for the entire night.
