It was much better than I thought it might be. Very clean and well equipped. Good location. The staff were great. I didn’t try the breakfast but it sounded great.

Temperature control was great. The deep bathtub was wonderful, the bed very comfortable, and the room very quiet, as we requested - even though the inn is right on the highway going out of town.

Lighting in the bathroom was a bit harsh, but that's a small thing. Lamp bulbs in the room could be warmer light. We did not have the breakfast because we were right next to Smitty's and could get a little more of what we needed!

The room was bright and clean ! The staff very friendly and the breakfast was great as well.

I was glad I brought my own body wash and shampoo as the little ones that were provided had been used sadly the staff must not of changed them out .

Clean large room. Outside entrance nice because we had dogs.

Upon arrival, was told they didnt have the room we booked (2 double beds and two dogs). Had to push reception to contact her manager and eventually we got a king bed onthe mainfloor. Was told the booking site didnt let them know we had dogs.

The breakfast was nice. Location is good too. A filling station and Tim Hortons are just within 200 yrds.

They young lady that booked us was very pleasant and polite.

The toilet paper was very rough and the walls are very thin. The people upstairs sounded like they were coming through the floor.

The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Asked if we were ok doing stairs as no elevator. Offered a late checkout when we had a flat tire fixed. We didn’t need it but it was a nice offer. We will return again.

Only downside was the noisy traffic and the heater in the room was noisy as well making it hard to sleep well.

Comfortable bed. High rise toilet. Laminate flooring instead of carpet...much cleane. Will definitely stay there again.

Free breakfast but when we went at 8 am the coffee was cold and the hot food was only slightly warm and only enough for 1 person. It said breakfast until 9 am.

The bathroom is great! It's very spacious with lots of counter space! The shower is also amazing! Water pressure is strong with very hot water! I also really like that the room has hardwood floors instead of carpet.

The room is not very clean. On our first night, the beds didn't look like it had clean sheets. (They were wrinkled.) Also, there was a fly in our room, but we killed it ourselves.

Breakfast was adequate! Staff was exceptional!

Bath tub was very difficult to get into. I am a senior and just over 5 feet tall. Stepping into and out of the tub was not only different but dangerous. There should be a bar to hold onto to lower the extreme risk of falling. The method to turn on the shower unusual. I would suggest that instructions on how to operate the shower be posted in the bathroom.

Although generally the cleanliness of the rooms that I stayed in was adequate, they lacked attention to detail, especially the floors. Hair and dirt at the entrance to the bathroom for example. Also, as a senior I found getting in and out of the bathtub difficult as there is nothing to grip. I would suggest putting a hand bar beside the tub to prevent falls. Instructions on how to activate the shower would have been helpful as this is not a common method. I had to ask at the front desk after forgoing my morning shower.

Friendly staff and good breakfast

This place is run by very nice people who take pride in their establishment and want you to feel comfortable.

I felt unsafe on the ground floor. I have a dog and she said she doesn't allow them upstairs. Ok I understand. There was some guy sitting in his semi tractor in the parking lot across the lane blasting his music waiting for the bar to open maybe? I didn't feel comfortable leaving the curtains or window open. I had to have the super thin threadbare bed sheets changed twice due to hairs that hadn't come off in the wash. She did find some newer sheets that were in much better shape and I understand they're getting new sheets soon. I suggest throwing sheets out when you can see the mattress cover lines thru them.

They offered me a room with a door to go outside instead of having to go through the lobby

Broken window, garbage in pull out couch, asked them to refill coffee in room and they didn’t. Charged me $30/ dog when I was told over the phone that it would be $20 after telling them I have large dogs

Very friendly staff. Room was clean ,comfortable.and quiet. Breakfast was just ok. Hot food had been sitting for quite awhile.

Staff was mostly friendly with exceptions. Kitchen had no working appliances. No tea pot, no kettle. Broken Keurig machine. Cards for door did not work repeatedly. Light bulbs missing. No room service except on day 6, before we left. The guest laundry closes at 8.30pm. AC in the room did not cool efficient. It was not over 26⁰ outside, and that made it bareable. We had a connecting room. Door lockable. The door made barely a difference to the noise. I will avoid staying there again.

The beds were extremely comfortable. The floors and carpets would have gotten a 5/5 but there are construction workers staying there (and will be continuing to stay there) that forget to bang the mud off their boots before walking in the hotel - it's no fault of the staff - they clean it up and 5 minutes later it happens again. The staff were very welcoming and ready to help with anything you needed.

We ended up leaving as soon as we entered the room. Mattresses don’t have zippered covers, old mattresses, stains on sheets, including blood. Exposed and stained box spring. Staff was nice and reimbursed us.
