Great private villa with large swimming pool. Large fully equiped kitchen, if you want to cook yourself. Very quiet, did not hear the traffic sounds. The staff is just so friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Great offering of villa service (menu) I was lucky , usually it is booked far in advance. Will try to stay here, next time.

Everything was perfect! All looks like in pictures, kind people, tasty breakfast!

Our villa was really spacious and beautiful, with a very tasteful design throughout the whole accommodation, including a nice pool, that, at nighttime, could be illuminated. Our booking included a delicious breakfast, which, each day anew, we could assemble from several options. The members of staff were very friendly, considerate, competent and reliable. The location was also quite central in Canggu.

Breakfast portions were a little small but all else was great.

Ruime, sfeervolle villa met prachtig hemelbed met klamboe, mooi Indonesisch houtsnijwerk en een riante badkamer met dubbele wastafels. Bij aankomst een mooie schaal vers tropisch fruit. Het personeel is hartelijk en attent zonder opdringerig te zijn. Rustig gelegen.

Wel jammer dat je de zakjes thee en het water op de kamer los moet afrekenen, dat voelt niet heel gastvrij.

Absolutely nothing.

Please if your own or your family's safety is important for you do not stay in this place! We started our stay here in villa 8, the first 2 days were sort of ok, though we noticed the smelly bathroom, the barely washed towels and the limescale built up in most places in the bathroom. But things deteriorated fast: one morning we noticed fire/smoke coming from the green area next to the pool, by the main entrance gate. We immediately called the receptionist and asked for it to be checked out/repaired. To cut the story short after unsuccessfully trying to repair it for the whole day (multiple times they said everything was ok , they left and then again smoke was coming, but what do you expect when you send the butler to repair electric wires???!) at around 5.30 we asked to speak with the manager. My husband asked for a refund for the rest of our stay as we immediately wanted to leave such an unsafe place. He didn't agree but promised to move us to a different villa the next day. At this point we felt very much like without a choice and though unhappily but we stayed. Of course we didn't sleep the whole night, from the fear that a fire will break out again ( the gate is located exactly where the smoke was coming from, so if indeed there was a fire we wouldn't have been able to escape the villa. ) So next day we had to pack all our stuff and move to an other villa ( villa 4 ), which is bigger than villa 8 so the manager kept the extra rooms locked. Immediately after we moved problems have arisen even in the new place: for a whole day we couldn't lock our main entrance door because someone broke a key inside the lock and it took the management one whole day to fix it. This meant an other sleepless night for us given that by this time we read reviews of previous guest saying that someone entered their rooms and stole from them while sleeping! They didn't clean properly after previous guests and we found their forgotten stuff under the sofa.

Beautiful villa it was huge and spacious with lovely staff to attend to your needs, awesome hot or cold breakfast delivered every morning 🌅

The sun loungers didn’t have cushions like they did in the pictures and there were no bean bags about the poor either so sun bathing was not that comfy

Our stay at this villa in Indonesia was extremely disappointing. The property is in absolute poor condition and did not match the expectations set by the photos and description. There was visible mold in multiple areas, including the arco, on the walls and ceilings. The paint was peeling off the walls and ceilings, making the villa not only look neglected and poorly maintained but it is!. The bathroom and kitchen fixtures were dirty, with rust, limescale, and other buildup on the faucets, which made the entire place feel absolute unhygienic. Overall, the cleanliness was far below any acceptable standards. It was clear that the villa had not been properly maintained for quite some time. This significantly affected our comfort and enjoyment of the stay in " Villa Sally ". I cannot recommend this villa in its current condition. The property needs thorough cleaning, proper maintenance, and repairs before it should be offered to guests again.

Everything! The location, the lovely staff, the amazing breakfast.

The villa is located in a great spot. Next to the Amazing Ulekan restaurant and a quick walk to Milu by Nook and Milk and Madu. This is our sixth stay and it never disappoints. The villas are large, with a beautiful garden. Breakfasts are delivered to the villa at whatever time you want. The staff are helpful and friendly.

It was a wonderful stay for us. Just to note, it is a bit further from Canggu’s bustling main town, but it is still quite walkable to cafes and the beach. Getting around is a breeze with Grab Car or a bike. The staff are wonderful, they are friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast is included everyday, simple yet satisfying. I must say, the air conditioning in the room is fantastic; my husband and I have no complaints in the Bali heat. Daily cleaning makes the stay super comfortable.

Minor fixes would have made the stay exceptional, for example, the pool shower handle was broken and the staff says they can’t do an immediate fix; also the toilet shower water pressure is low and the drain is clogged. However, I would say these were not a deal breakers.

Spent a week at Villa Sally and I really cant fault them. The villa was beautiful, perfect blend of modern with Bali style. The staff are just lovely and so helpful. Breakfast each morning was incredible! I really enjoyed my time here, just chilling in the room was bliss while still being located close to everything I needed. Will definitely recommend and hopefully visit again one day.

The staff were friendly and efficient. Great service including a turn down and spray every night.

2 gün boyunca havuzu kullanamadık. Su çok bulanıktı ne yapıldıysa geçmedi. Güvenli yüzün dendi ancak göz göre göre bulanık bir havuza giremezdik.

Просторно, светло, относительно чисто, постельное белье и полотенца чистые, не застиранные, в целом очень даже хорошо

Хотелось бы улучшить уборку, были грязные забрызганные зеркала, шторы давно нуждаются в стирке или замене. Бассейн тоже хотелось бы почище, потому что вода явно давно не менялась. Я не стала плавать. Завтрак очень посредственный, заказывается накануне по предложенному перечню, который не меняется изо дня в день. Отношение персонала тоже не сказать, что очень услужливое и участливое. После выселения оставляли вещи в багажной комнате, после пляжа спросили где можно умыться и помыть руки, провели в чулан для персонала, где была только холодная вода. Но надо заметить, предложили полотенца. До пляжа добираться только на байке или такси, т.к. совершенно нет тротуаров, а идти 20+ минут

Очень крутая и большая вилла. Отдыхали вчетвером в двухэтажной вилле. Отличное расположение вкусные завтраки !

I booked this for my parents and their friends to stay during my wedding. They all told me it was high class and wonderful from the staff, the pool, the comfort and everything else. They have quite high expectations so clearly Villa Sally delivered! Thanks for looking after my mum and dad 😊 they loved it.

Breakfast very nice

Очень тихое расположение. Шума от дороги почти не слышно. Очень грамотная планировка виллы. Ежедневная уборка 2 раза. На вилле живет белка, каждый день прыгала рядом с бассейном.

Надо понимать, что это Бали и не стоит ждать идеального состояния ремонта вилл. Терассную доску у бассейна пора бы заменить на новую так как она уже гниет, отслаивающуюся штукатурку на стенах поры бы подмазать. В какой-то день у нас не было горячей воды, пришлось звать персонал для ремонта. Чайник на кухне очень старый, даже не стали в нем кипятить воду для чая. В стоимость нашего проживания был включен завтрак, но лучше его не брать, т.к сок был разбавлен водой, и кофе было не очень вкусное. Очень скользкие полы, один раз даже упал, будьте осторожны. Странно что собственник не учел при строительстве, по стандарту в таких помещениях делается нескользкий керамогранит.

The villa itself is clean and the pool is nice, but these positives are completely overshadowed by serious security issues.

1. Extremely poor security : Even though the main gate was locked, it appears someone entered our room while we were sleeping. Cash on the bedside table (around USD 3,000) and a necklace worth USD 1,500 were stolen in the other room. 2. CCTV tampering : Someone changed the CCTV angles for about 10 hours. The manager falsely accused us of doing this to claim a refund and suggested inspecting our belongings. 3. Inconsistent staff statements : Reception initially claimed nothing like this had happened before, but the manager later admitted at the police station that CCTV was installed because of previous incidents. 4. Staff response was inadequate : They were slow to respond and attempted to shift responsibility. 5. Police involvement required : We had to visit the police station to file an official report, which delayed resolution.

Very spacious, bigger than most villas in canggu, privacy, quiet, great service, lovely breakfast, little touches like the mosquito spraying and turn down service was nice

I visited the Villa Sally Back in October and our family had a great time there. My child loved the Swimming Pool and it was so fun seeing him play with us in our pool and enjoying the weather in Bali. The atmosphere was amazing and the food was so well prepared for our family. We loved everything about this beautiful place.

Value for money

The staff were amazing and very helpful. The Breakfast was okay and acceptable. The location is great, close to shops and restaurants, which made things very convenient.

There were insects, bugs, and lizards in the villa, which was uncomfortable. The staff did spray the villa, but it only helped inside the rooms.

This was my second stay at Villa Sally & it was as amazing as my first visit. The staff are wonderful, friendly & very helpful. The villa is in a fantastic location, very close to restaurants & shopping. It is always such a relaxing trip to stay at Villa Sally, fantastic pool, air conditioning in the bedroom, large bathroom, kitchen, lounge area & Wi-Fi. Breakfast each day was great & the staff are always able to provide a recommendation if you need something.

10/10 Villa. Very beautiful place, we stayed 2 nights but feeling absolutely well rested here in the villa. Spa and breakfast experience in your own villa was really good and relaxing. Room, toilet, lounge are massive, good size for two people. Staff are very friendly and responsive, it’s very helpful. Wifi is fast, better than other places we stayed at.

Spa was outdoor at the lounge, got a bit bits from mosquitoes and coz it’s at open area, if your neighbours are a bit noisy it might effect you a bit.

Brilliant location and villa, floating breakfast was first class and the staff were very helpful

A little piece of paradise in the middle of Canggu. Everything was amazing, the facilities, the staff, the breakfast.

This is the fourth time we have stayed at Villa Sally. The staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The villas are lovely and clean. It is in a good spot and close to great eateries like Ulekan, Milu by Nook and Madu and Milk. It’s a short walk to Berawa Beach. It was lovely to go there at sunset abd watch all the families having fun.

Amazing space, amazing staff and great price. Villa was tucked away and quiet, very private but still close to all the action. Staff went above and beyond, the breakfast was amazing. 100% recommend
