Le petit déjeuner était excellent ! L’emplacement était parfait et nous a permis de nous déplacer facilement à pied.

À la fin de notre séjour, la piscine ne semblait plus être filtrée probablement en raison d’une panne ce qui a malheureusement rendu l’eau un peu moins propre.

Everything about this place is so special! The staff go above and beyond every single day, they truly cannot do enough for you. From the moment I arrived, I felt so welcomed, looked after and completely at home. The hotel is so clean, the facilities are fantastic, and the food and drinks are all absolutely beautiful. The location is fabulous too! I came here as a solo traveller and felt so safe and well looked after throughout my entire stay, which made my first time in Bali even more special. 🥹🤍 I genuinely cannot wait to come back and revisit this wonderful hotel! The staff were really lovely, attentive and hard working. I have found every one who works in the service industry in Bali is always happy to help, hardworking and extremely eager to please. The hotel itself is clean, modern and includes a really good breakfast as well as a rooftop pool with day beds.

The walls are paper thin, as are the doors. This was so bad that we could hear staff on their radios at 7am out in the corridor, it was so loud they may as well have been in the room. Not only that, but other guests opening doors, having conversations in their room or just generally moving about is loud. This hotel seems to be popular with guests who are looking to party, so at 4am we were woken by someone urinating in the hall way, screaming and shouting, we had about 3 hours sleep over 4 days

I loved everything

It was a fantastic facility. The 2 bedroom villa was absolutely gorgeous. The shower in the main ensuite didnt work properly (main overhead shower head dribbled out water), but the handheld sprayer worked and had good pressure. Other than that, which we didnt complain about because we were happy to use the handheld, the stay here was fantastic. It was relatively quiet even with the coming and going of staff, drivers and traffic. The food was good and the pool was clean and refreshing. I loved having access to a washing machine in the villa to do our own washing while staying. Great for families travelling and wanting to stay in the Canggu area.

The main overhead shower head didnt work properly. The diverter worked, however, potentially there were blockages in the shower head to reduce the water output. There was no pressure and about 50% of the holes didnt allow water through.

Absolutely excellent service, location and staff. The breakfast is second to none. Short walk to Finns and Atlas and lots of great cafes and restaurants around us. This is our second time staying at this hotel and can’t wait to go back there.

Just a little bit of noise which they moved our room to the quite part of the hotel. Couldn’t be happier with the service and how helpful and accommodating the staff are.

The hotel combines beautiful architecture with clean, comfortable rooms and lovely bathrooms. The breakfast is excellent, and the pillow selection service at check-in is a thoughtful touch. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The gym is well equipped and the rooftop pool is also a great place to relax. Right next door, there’s an indoor padel court with a sauna and ice bath. One use is included with the hotel booking, and additional access is available with a court reservation. If you enjoy the beach club scene, Finns and Atlas are conveniently located at the end of the street. A great choice for a comfortable stay with excellent facilities and a convenient location.

Bring good earplugs! There’s an indoor padel court next door that stays open until 11 PM, so you can hear some of the activity and loud cheering. There’s also a new construction project nearby, although during our stay we didn’t notice any activity. The gym overlooks the restaurant, which some people may find a little uncomfortable. Our room (125) also had a constant running-water sound coming from the bathroom. Closing the bathroom door solved the issue, so it wasn’t a major problem for us.

Everything! The location is perfect, the staff are beautiful and so attentive. Buffet breakfast is great! Room felt clean.

Dopo aver richiesto l'upgrade alla suite sky ci siamo trovati benissimo. Camera ottima e location dell'hotel perfetta, a pochi passi dall'altas e dal finns. Buona colazione sia buffet sia alla carta. Staff cordiale e disponibile Memo a tutti quelli che verranno a Bali e sono abituati con l'Italia. I beach club si affacciano sul mare ma non sono sul mare. La spiaggia se presente rimarrà sempre libera e il mare con quelle onde è difficile da praticare

Het leukste vonden wij de sfeer van het hotel, het uitgebreide en echt heerlijke ontbijt en het mooie dak terras met fijn zwembad. En niet te vergeten het super vriendelijke personeel, ze zijn echt heel betrokken.

Het was voor ons niet persé de plek om te verblijven. Het is echt een uitgaand gedeelte. Maar daar hadden wij wat meer research naar moeten doen. Erg gehorig met de padel baan naast het hotel

The property is located a popular area, surrounded by great restaurants, cafes and convenience stores.

During our stay, a 3/4 day paddle tournament took place directly across from the hotel. After checking in, I quickly realised that the Deluxe Room I had paid extra for, to enjoy a balcony and more sun/day light, put me in a worse off position. I would have been better off selecting the cheaper option (Deluxe Courtyard) as our room was directly opposite the Paddle Tournament. The tournament was extremely loud with lots of screaming and shouting throughout the day and late into the evening. We were advised at check-in that the tournament would be taking place between the hours of 9am and 9pm, however, the tournament often ran much later into the evening. On our final night, when I was unwell and trying to rest, the tournament ran well past 9pm and then the deconstruction team proceeded to dismantle signage and other things which resulted in loud and continuous metal clanking. I called down to the front desk to enquire about the noise and when it would stop. It did eventually stop around 12:15am. Each night we could also hear people coming back from their night out due to the room we were given overlooking the public connecting road down the side of the hotel. This noise would consist of shouting and screaming usually around 2/3am. I also observed broken sunbeds at the pool side and a general lack of cleanliness around the hotel which was a shame for how new and highly rated it seemed when booking. I have contacted the hotel team about my experience and feedback but I am yet to receive any acknowledgment or response which is extremely disappointing. Overall, there are much nicer, quieter hotels at a much more reasonable price in Canggu. I would not recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Excellent séjour ! L'hôtel est moderne, plein de charme et très bien situé, avec plein de commerces facilement accessibles à pied. La salle de bain est top, la literie super confortable et le personnel vraiment aux petits soins.

Rien à reprocher à l'hôtel en lui-même. Seul petit bémol indépendant de l'établissement : on entend parfois le bruit des terrains de padel voisins, ce qui peut être un peu gênant par moments.

Groot en comfortabel bed, je kan aan alles zien dat dit een goed hotel is. Zwembad op de bovenste verdieping en niet druk. Alles wordt goed schoongemaakt en voelde erg hygienisch. Het personeel was erg behulpzaam wanneer ik iets nodig had, wanneer ik om een fohn vroeg of toen ik ziek werd. Ze aarzelde geen seconde om een dokter voor mij te bellen toen ik me niet goed voelde. Ook hebben ze leuke extra’s zoals toegang tot bepaalde grote beachclubs in Canggu. Daarnaast bevind het hotel zich op een plek waar ook een grote padelbaan zit, een wellness, een supermarkt, of een starbucks waar je op vertoon van je hotelpasje korting kreeg. Locatie was daardoor ook top, alles wat je nodig hebt zit op een paar meter afstand.

De wc en gootsteen zaten snel verstopt waardoor ze al gauw onbruikbaar waren en ik gebruik moest maken van de openbare wc in de lobby. Overigens was mijn verblijf maar kort dus heb ik dit niet gemeld, anders weet ik vrij zeker dat ze adequaat gehandeld hadden en naar een oplossing hadden gezocht.

- The pool was quite cold and therefore not really attractive to swim - We were with a family and it seems not the right property for families. A lot of folks smoking, the villa was not clean enough to have our child crawling around, little stones at the pool. A lot of things which are not an issue for adults, but for children those are issues.

Oda ile ilgili sıcak su, ve elektrikle alakalı ufak sıkıntılarımız oldu, ama bu bence bizim şanssızlığımız :) çünkü her geldiklerinde 2-3 dk da çözüme ulaştırdılar. Ve ayrıcalık sağladılar. Yani sevmediğim birşey yoktu.

Nous avons surtout déçus par la propreté et certains aspects de la gestion de l’hôtel. La salle de sport est bien équipée, mais il n’y avait ni serviettes ni eau à disposition, et les équipements n’étaient pas nettoyés entre les utilisations. Nous avons demandé à plusieurs reprises à la réception s’il était possible d’avoir des serviettes et de l’eau. À chaque fois, on nous a indiqué que cela allait être fait, mais malgré nos demandes répétées pendant plusieurs jours, personne ne s’en est finalement occupé. Nous avons donc dû utiliser les serviettes de notre chambre pour pouvoir faire du sport, ce qui était assez contraignant. Nous avons également trouvé la propreté générale très décevante notamment le sol de la chambre, qui paraissait propre mais était en réalité très sale lorsque nous marchions pieds nus. En fin de journée, de la vaisselle et du room service pouvaient également rester longtemps dans les couloirs devant les chambres. Le ménage de la chambre était par ailleurs assez irrégulier d’un jour à l’autre. Enfin, l’absence de serviettes pouvant être utilisées pour la plage est assez peu pratique pour un séjour à Canggu.

Had a great bathtub in the room! Big balcony with comfy chairs. Room was spotless and breakfast was ok. Smooth check in with friendly staff

The room we stayed was on the top floor, many street noise in the night and banging doors. Breakfast is nothing special, many choices but all poor quality.

Absolutely no faults. Location was great, very close to everything you could need. Staff were absolutely amazing and so helpful. The buffet breakfast was also terrific.

También decir que la ubicación no es cómoda para alguien que viaje con maletas con ruedas. Se encuentra apartado y para acceder solo puedes ir en moto. Un coche no entra por la carretera.

Le côté moderne, avec un personnel ultra réactif et serviable flexible dans les demandes que Laurent leur soumet et aux petits soins pour s’assurer que tout se passe bien. La décoration est très bien passée et la piscine est somptueuse.

Quand on regarde de plus près, on se rend compte que les finitions ne sont pas soignées, on a l’impression que l’hôtel a dû être vite construit pour pouvoir ouvrir ses portes. C’est dommage car l’établissement est dans l’ensemble très bien pensé et très joli. c’est un petit détail mais quand on cherche la perfection, on les regarde…

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were absolutely fantastic, so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of delicious options also vegan and vegetarian that I appreciate a lot. Everything was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Amazing hotel, great view from the roof top pool and the villa was so comfortable and private pool is amazing too! We loved everything there. The reception staff welcomed us, especially Ningsih made sure we had a great time and took care of us! The cleaning team was hard working and cleaned our villa while we were at breakfast and this was so convenient for us! All staff were always smiling! We will be definitely back next year!

Nothing to dislike as everything is amazing!

The breakfast was AMAZING. The staff were INCREDIBLE. The facility was BEAUTIFUL. Location TOP TIER.

There was a lot of noise coming from other guests in the hallway during the night and I found that soundproofing may be useful to improve the room quality, as I was woken up a couple times. Or even signs to encourage guests to be quiet in the hallway after hours.

The staff here were so lovely , would not fault. Hotel is in a great location close to lots of little cafes but down a quiet road away from the business of canggu. Never struggled to get a pool bed even on busy days. Fab breakfast.

Water pressure wasn’t great at times in the shower but they sent someone up promptly to rectify this.

Breakfast was excellent. One of the best in Bali. Villa was comfortable and location is central

Check in process was awful. We arrived at 3:30pm and was told villa is not ready. We went to walk around and came back at 5:30pm. We had to wait again to be able to receive the keys. Check out process is as bad, we rang them to bring a buggy for the luggage, 30mins pass and no one came. We had to drag our bags to reception (not easy with 5 bags and two kids). No one apologies or even asked. They really need to improve their services.

I like that all of the hotel amenities. The 24 hour room service that came within 30 minutes.

My shower drain was slow so it was always a puddle when I took a shower in the shower floor
