I was so disappointed in the facility that I did not even eat breakfast. I was not prepared to be more disappointed than what I was

The pictures does not match what I paid for. the picture did not have a second bed with the double bed. The rating does not correlate. There was an extra bed in our room. We could not move. The bedding was very poor quality. The duvet is not a duvet, it was some sort of a throw or something but not a duvet. We slept cold. There is no value to what they give you. The experience is bad as you arrive the security treats you like a criminal and you have to stand in the rain till someone comes and helps you. The fridge is faulty and therefore it makes a noise the whole night. There is no maintenance at this facility everything is tired. I am sorry that I booked there.

The location suited me. I had stayed there before so I knew what to expect. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

There was no hair dryer in the room I stayed in. The water in the shower remained cold even though I ran it for a long time.

Everything was perfect especially Spha was excellent and a perfectionist in everything he did. He made sure our stay was perfect and top notch and memorable. I will definitely recommend this place and whenever I go back to Durban this will be my go to place of residence

The only thing was the noise that the bed made when u sit or move bt other than that the bed was comfy.

We liked everything from the entrance to the rooms, the area its close to everything. Spha and the lady were the best. The full breakfast everyday. Definitely I'll come again. It was beyond our expectaions.

The accommodation at 34 on Milkwood was clean, comfortable and perfectly located — just a short walk from the beach, malls and a variety of restaurants. The area is peaceful yet very convenient for exploring. The breakfast served each morning was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Durban.

Their custom service is very poor. There was an issue with booking.com payment from their side, and I was kept there as the manager was trying to figure out the problem, until I asked him to allow me to check in while he sort out the problem. I also didn't like that the hostess was walking with pyjama's in front of the guests.

Friendly staff. Location was good. Security was accommodating with our times.

The towels were not soft. Did not like the geyser in the room. Other guests using the balcony looked straight into our room. Cleaners moved our belongings around.

WiFi was very poor. There was no hot water so I had to shower with cold water. Lack of electricity at 4pm was a bit surprising, not that I minded a lot but a bit more clarity on electricity times would have been useful.
