I missed the breakfast I came around 10:30 abs and they said they closed, why didn't they call me if they see I'm missing it and ask if maybe I'll need it inside the house. The reason for missing my breakfast I was waiting for an iron which I called 3 times for it and waited for an hour.

My partner and I were upgraded to the Premier Hotel and it was absolutely amazing! The facility was beyond beautiful and the cleanliness was beyond subpar. Impeccable views from the Premier rooms and an outstanding service from the staff. We didn't visit the restaurant however there were many amazing options around the area.

I loved the stay it was magnificent ,but book directly though the hotel because bookings.com will do you dirty I'm telling you.

I HATED bookings.com because when I got to the establishment I had a lot of hustle getting what I booked for . But the hotel was perfect

Buffet and it was the best, from cereals to main breakfast, baked goodies, tea etc I really enjoyed them. The staff was friendly and were available to assist all the time.

The breakfast buffet was poor, as was the dinner. The plates and cups were dirty. The staff weren’t very friendly. The service was incredibly poor. After we sat down, it took over 20 minutes to get a waitress to bring us coffee. Which then tasted burnt.

The only downside was that I went there for my daughters MD and I could not take the pics from outside the room which was a bummer I was hoping for pics on the staircase

Everything!! The scenery was beautiful and tranquil. The experience was 10/10 , service was on point , staff were all so accommodating and friendly! The room was beautiful and peaceful. The breakfast was amazing! Really loved and enjoyed my stay! Definitely will be booking again soon!

Overall it was an amazing experience and no complaints whatsoever, however I do feel like the hotel should invest in mini bars( small fridge) in the rooms, that was the only thing missing!

The property was welcoming from the start, from check-in to check out it was a pleasurable experience. Cleaning staff are excellent and attentive to their duties, all facilities are clean. The beds sleep good!

The only thing that i did not appreciate was the reception, when calling and asking for directions to the upper deck they bluntly say 10th floor and put down again. No customer service whatsoever it was almost as if we were bothering them with 1 phone call?

Breakfast was a challenge. Too many people for such a small space. Things falling everywhere from plates and glasses in the kitchen to cutlery in the dining area. Very noisy. Food was good. No TV remote in the room. No glasses for water.

Unfortunately was not a pleasant experience, the water in the shower and sink smelt like sewage, the telephone did not work, the other room booked the air conditioner did not work and the phone did not work. Whenever we needed anything we had to walk downstairs. There was no hot water in my son’s room. Even after advising reception no attempts were made to assist us. The manager on duty was to call me per the receptionist Pamela however never made contact. Overall experience was poor

The rooms do not have a fridge and microwave even a 1 star has a fridge and microwave and even if you buy food they can’t help you warm your food windows were very dirty they don’t even have a toilet brush I really don’t see myself going there ever again but it’s in a quiet place and the room is nice but very small

The stay was disappointing due to several avoidable operational issues. There was no bar fridge or basic utensils in the room, which made the stay less convenient than expected. The reception staff were difficult to reach, and when assistance was provided, they often seemed uncertain about procedures and how to resolve queries. It was also disappointing that the venue would not warm our food unless it had been purchased on-site. These are not major structural issues but rather service and operational matters that could be addressed through better processes, clearer communication, and staff training. With a few practical improvements, the overall guest experience could be significantly enhanced.

The staff were warm, friendly, professional and always willing to assist. They made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the breakfast was fresh, delicious and appetising. Overall, the hotel provided excellent service and a relaxing, enjoyable experience.

The room could benefit from having a mini bar fridge. Also, the air freshener was a bit too strong and it would be better if a lighter fragrance were used or if the room was aired out before guests arrive. I struggled to sleep had to open the windows just to allow air in the room.

The staff were overly friend, I managed to secure early check in and was able to rest for my comrades marathon.

On room 452 air extractor, you woke up dehydrated, tv screen that do not completely switch off, blocked water basin that releases waste water too slow. Day 3 had to ask for a toilet paper (not refilled after cleaning).
