The rooms upstairs are separated by a thin wall. This means that your sleep gets disturbed easily when there is movement or chatter in the room next to yours.

Reviewed Apr 8, 2026This place is very well kept and the hosts are friendly. There is a generator for power cuts which will run till about 10 at night (it's residential so you can't run a generator through the night). Only one night was without power for me anyway, and the generator did its job. The cleaning of the rooms is daily and timely and coffee and tea is provided in the rooms. But the real 10 here goes to the breakfast. Apart from the usual serials, coffee, juice etc - you are presented with a complete cooked breakfast straight from the stove. Truly excellent. It's also in a really good location in Melville.
