有不太舒服的入住感受 當日入住時已經很晚將近晚上10點 櫃台一男性接待員工一臉厭世 沒有一絲笑容 先對看了幾秒後以莫名的口氣問要辦入住嗎 頓時傻眼 晚上拉著行李到櫃檯 不是辦入住難道要退房還是要問路嗎 明明可以提供電話主動查詢訂房資料還要我提供以何種方式訂房 之後草率的講解使用早餐位置(就是旁邊那個黑黑的地方) 櫃台人員可以直接影響房客對飯店的觀感 請加以注意

早餐七點才開始實在是第一次遇到（因爲要趕八點半的高鐵實在有點扣分（跟櫃檯反應可外帶早餐，拿了自助餐那種便當盒讓我們自己裝⋯）如果能改善這點這個飯店是會再來住宿的選擇

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026距離火車站有點距離，走路約30分鐘。整體而言，是嘉義舊市區相對新建、乾淨、舒適的住宿好選擇。有游泳池與健身房，泳池看起來很棒，健身房稍微小、器材有限。
早餐時遇到滿多其他入住的家庭親子客人，希望用餐座位區或取餐動線，能更有效率地把家庭客跟商務客分開來，否則動線跟用餐環境會不斷被打擾而降低體驗品質。

mini bar沒有飲料比較可惜 沒有免治馬桶 冷氣較難感受到涼感 隔音可能需要加強，可以明確聽到其他房間的交談與笑聲

整體住宿體驗良好~ 真的要說的話大概是食安疏失。 早餐吃筆管麵時，竟有個銀色的迴紋針在麵管裡~立即和人員說也立刻被回收該盤麵食。
