La stanza era bellissima, grande con un bagno privato anch’esso grande, con vasca e doccia. Dimitri è un padrone di casa fantastico, ci ha accolto calorosamente e ci ha consigliato e saputo aiutare per ogni nostra richiesta.

Everything was exceptional. Dimitri has thought of everything from cotton wool pads, ear buds and bath salts in the bathroom to good quality tea and coffee / dressing gowns and slippers in the bedroom to the most amazing breakfast. Dimitri is a wonderful host. Such a lovely person with a big heart and friendly smile and the house is equally as gorgeous. It really is an outstanding place to stay.

Dimitri ist ein sensationeller Gastgeber, der sein Haus nicht nur mit viel Liebe und Geschmack bis ins Detail eingerichtet hat, sondern seinen Gästen durch hilfreiche und ausführliche Informationen rund um Brüssel einen angenehmen Besuch der Stadt ermöglicht. Und dafür, dass der Start in den Tag gelingt, sorgt er er mit einem wunderbaren Frühstück in tollem Ambiente. Es ist absolut bedauerlich, dass die Zeit in diesem Kleinod aufgrund Dimitris persönlicher Veränderung zu Ende geht.

The property is an art work at the best neighbourhood of Brussels. Very well maintained and clean. The host is an amazing person and artist who makes you feel welcome. The hospitality is way above average with an old flair. The breakfast is high quality with big variety and absolutely delicious.

Dimitri was on hand the entire time. He greeted us upon arrival and went through areas to visit, including recommending a restaurant around the corner, which we visited twice. He was so attentive.

Dimitri was one of a kind host who was attentive to every detail. Everything was absolutely beautiful and spectacularly clean and done with every personal touch! The breakfast might have been the highlight… He made it an absolutely wonderful experience and we really enjoyed our time at his Airbnb. Thank you again so much Dimitri! Es ist einfach nicht zu fassen! So ein Luxusdomizil im historischen Zentrum. Ein unglaublich ausgestattetes Appartement, das der Hausherr vermietet. Man wohnt in einer Villa als Gast eines exzellenten Interior Designers, der dazu noch ein exzellenter Gastgeber ist. Es wird nicht nur das Frühstück im Salon von ihm persönlich serviert, sondern er wird sich noch Zeit nehmen, Ihnen alle mögliche Tipps für die Stadtbesichtigung zu geben - mit Zeichnungen für Sie ganz persönlich auf der Karte und Broschüren. Solchen Service habe ich in keinem 5 Sterne Hotel kenngelernt. Wir kamen hierher auf die Empfehlung und sind vollkommen begeistert! Der Aufenthalt ist einfach ein Erlebnis! Die Betten sind hervorragend und es ist absolut ruhig. Ich kann kaum glauben, dass man alles für so einen niedrigen Preis bekommt. Aber ist ist wahr.

Breakfast was freshly prepared with cordiality and enthusiasm by the pleasant host. Room was ornate and spacious. Original artwork added a neat feature to the grandeur and cosiness of this quaint property. Would definitely recommend.

Todo. Empezando por la ubicación, todo muy cerca para poder ir a pie. La casa es un museo y la habitación preciosa y muy cómoda, no falta ni un solo detalle. Una mención especial para nuestro anfitrión, Dimitri. Cuida con mucho esmero su casa , de la cual está muy orgulloso, normal. Fue muy atento y simpático con nosotros. Cada día nos preparaba un desayuno exquisito, con mucho cariño y esmero. Dimitri no cambies, muchas gracias.

We had a beautiful apartment with lounge & kitchenette, plus large bedroom with a huge bed and a vast bathroom with bath and shower. The furnishings were beautiful and stylish, giving this B&B a vibe all of its own. Dimitri looked after us during our stay. He takes a keen interest in all his guests - Nothing was too much trouble! We liked this very personal touch, which enhanced our stay in the Saint Gilles area of Brussels. There are lots of shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood, as well as Victor Horta’s house and other fine examples of Art Nouveau architecture. We walked from Bruxelles-Midi train station (about 25 minutes), but the Metro station “Louise” is close by for those who prefer not to walk and trams run not far from the property. Thank you for a wonderful stay in your house, Dimitri.

Mein Aufenthalt in dieser charmanten Pension in Brüssel war ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis. Die Unterkunft befand sich in einem wunderschönen Altbau, dessen historisches Flair sofort spürbar war. Das Zimmer war mit viel Liebe zum Detail und einem ausgeprägten Sinn für Stil eingerichtet – jedes Möbelstück, jedes Accessoire schien sorgfältig ausgewählt und trug zum besonderen Ambiente bei. Was diesen Aufenthalt jedoch wirklich außergewöhnlich machte, war der Inhaber der Pension. Er kümmerte sich persönlich und mit großer Herzlichkeit um seine Gäste. Jeden Morgen bereitete er mit viel Liebe ein köstliches Frühstück zu, das keine Wünsche offenließ. Besonders geschätzt habe ich auch seine wertvollen Tipps zur Erkundung der Stadt. Dank seiner Empfehlungen konnte ich Brüssel von seiner authentischsten und schönsten Seite kennenlernen. Umso mehr betrübt es mich, dass der Gastgeber sich entschieden hat, die Pension aufzugeben und in den wohlverdienten Ruhestand zu gehen. Ich bedauere sehr, dass zukünftige Gäste diese besondere Gastfreundschaft nicht mehr erleben werden. Dennoch wünsche ich ihm für seinen neuen Lebensabschnitt alles erdenklich Gute und danke herzlich für die unvergessliche Zeit in seiner Pension.

Neben der eleganten und sehr geschmackvollen Einrichtung ist Dimitri das Absolute Highlight dieser Unterkunft. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns jederzeit sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war einzigartig und stets ein super Start in den Tag! Jederzeit wieder gerne!

We liked our welcome by the host and his great hospitality and helpfulness. The suite was very large with a kitchen/living room area, a large bedroom and a large everything you could wish for bathroom. The decor was beautiful, the rooms quiet and clean, and the bed slept amazing. The location was in a calm side street and within walking distance to the city centre and next to the public transport. The breakfast was really nice and well planned and in a cozy setting that gave room for interaction with other guests.

It was all perfect.

I prefer a hotel environment - where you can go into the lobby as you please, chill out . This is more of an upmarket bed and breakfast, better value than a hotel but I was mindful of doing the right thing.

The is a small guest house that is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, quiet and located close to Ave Louise. I would certainly return!

He was always interesting and available to provide suggestions. The room exceeded our expectations and we loved its unexpected surprises. The bed was very comfortable The breakfast was excellent and personally prepared each day. The guesthouse has a great location. I really don't think you could find a better place to stay in Brussels.

This property was a highlight of our trip! Dimitri is a passionate and kind host, taking the time to explain his home and city and proving excellent recommendations on restaurants and activities. Breakfast cooked and served by Dimitri was incredible and the perfect way to start our days. Location is close to a metro for convenient travel around the city. I highly recommend staying here!

Best property I have stayed at thus far to be honest

Dimitri is an excellent owner of this place! I really liked the hotel, the room was exquisite, the breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere was very romantic! I recommend this hotel and we will go back there again!

Dimitri’s B & B is amazing. Spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and in a great location. Our room (the art deco room) was very spacious. There are great restaurants really close by. Absolutely fabulous stay. The host Dimitri was very welcoming and gave a very helpful guide to the city and top sites to see in the time I had. The premises is absolutely beautiful, like a live in art gallery. Very spacious and luxurious room with all amenities needed. Breakfast was delicious (home made pancakes, yogurt, fresh fruit, fresh pastries, coffees). There is a very lovely restaurant just a minute away for a great steak dinner. Great central, quiet location. Couldn't recommend more.

At the end of January we stayed at Louise Sur Cour, located in the Sint-Gillis residential area of Brussels, on a quiet street close to a number of cultural attractions, including independent galleries and Art Nouveau buildings. It was low season, so our wonderful host Dimitri spent a lot of time with us, giving us useful tips or just having interesting conversations. Dimitri is an artist and passionate Art Nouveau enthusiast with a refined aesthetic sense and a very friendly personality. Our stay in Brussels exceeded our expectations. The building was very well maintained and the rooms and common areas were decorated with taste and attention to detail. The breakfast was very tasty with fresh products and wonderfully served and definitely made our day.

Our stay at Louise sur Cour was impeccable. Dmitri is a gracious host who provides a unique and tailored overview of things to do in Brussels and surrounds. The accommodation itself is tastefully designed, with no detail left out and will please art enthusiasts. You will be located a short 5 minute walk to the closest Metro station, 2min walk to the nearest tram and around 15mins to the train station if you choose to walk. This makes it a convenient location to access all that Brussels has to offer. There are numerous restaurants, cafes and shops in close proximity, however noise is not a problem. This is a little haven. The breakfast is superb. Dmitri will provide a feast and is attentive to your needs and will accommodate food allergies and intolerances, just ask! A serving of great quality bread, pastries, fruit and cereals is provided, as well as several spreads. Omelettes are made to order, but the best part is the pancake that is made fresh. I could eat those all day. A superb place to stay, thank you Dmitri!

It was a very incredible amazing experience to stay there! The rooms are like a full apartment you have for yourself. The bed is super comfy and everything looks special. You can feel like a princess ♥️ Dimitri is taking care, explains everything, and the breakfast is a feast for all food lovers. You can see that he is really into details. I would go there again for sure!

Our host, Dimitri! From the moment we arrived he made us very welcome in his stunning home and took the time to explain the history of the building, the local sights of interest and even the best restaurants. As we only had about 48 hours in Brussels, this inside knowledge was invaluable. Our room…more like apartment…was just beautiful. Dimitri’s eye for detail and artistic personality could be seen throughout the restoration of this beautiful building. And then there was breakfast! Freshly squeezed juice, fresh coffee, fruit salad, homemade bread, pancakes and omelettes cooked to order… perfect. Thank you much for a relaxing break Dimitri.

If you are going to travel to Brussels, there is no better place to stay! What should I write first? I'm really lucky to have met Dimitris! He has put his entire artistic background into it! Every corner, every object is chosen with precision and the space really radiates a royal splendor!!! You won't want to leave! We really felt like kings! The room has everything! You won't miss anything. Dimitris is a fantastic host, although I consider him a friend! He will welcome you with a warm smile, he will inform you about all the interesting places in the city and what to do and of course he will prepare your breakfast himself with fresh products and delicious pancakes!
