Soggiorno vergognoso. Questo hotel ha 5 stelle solo perché si trova a Manaus dove non ha competizione. Se venisse paragonato a un vero 5 stelle nel mondo, ne avrebbe a malapena 2. Servizio clienti inesistente. Non hanno la benché minima idea di come si tratti un ospite, zero formazione, zero empatia, zero problem solving. Risposte assurde, come se il problema non fosse mai loro. Sono totalmente fuori dal mondo e fuori da qualsiasi regola base dell’ospitalità Per quello che si paga è una presa in giro. Direi vergognosi. Non ci tornerò mai più e sconsiglio a chiunque abbia viaggiato un minimo e sappia cosa significa davvero un servizio a 5 stelle. MN

O serviço no café! Os funcionários ficam em um salão distante do salão que estão os hóspedes, logo, eles demoram para atender, e nós ficamos esperando eles aparecerem para poder pedir.

Nie ma miejsca gdzie można byłoby wziąć prysznic, po wycieczce całodniowej przed wylotem hotel zaproponował nam jedynie przedłużenie doby za 1500 zł. Stosunek jakości do ceny moim zdaniem ciut za drogo na to co oferuje hotel.

Ich habe den Aufenthalt hier als sehr angenehm erlebt. Der Service ist hervorragend !

Lediglich an der Hotelbar hab' ich nicht die beste Erfahrung gemacht. Der Barkeeper war nicht gerade freundlich und verlangte für eine kleine Flasche Bier aus der Region ( Belém, Para ) umgerechnet ca. 10 Euro.

This was our first night stay on our first trip to Brazil from California. We had been traveling close to 20h including a 5hr delay in GRU. We were only spending one night in Manaus before our four day Amazon cruise. In retrospect, I wish we had stayed a couple nights in Manaus, and at this hotel. It's a little relaxing gem tucked behind a non-descript wall near the Teatro Amazonas. The hotel was located 5min walk from the central city area, plenty of restaurants and shops within a 5min walk. The pool area is small, enclosed in the hotel in a garden and feels like a very special place; the caipirinha's (regular or mango) were excellent. The front of the hotel is built in a an old mansion. Coming from the US where import of amazonian hard woods is limited, I was blown away by the woodwork of the floors and beams. Breakfast was comprehensive, including and amazing: fresh fruits, yogurt and granola, and tapioca. We grabbed their bar soaps and they're so nice. I just used my last one and I wish I had a stack of them.

I could have stayed longer. Also, it was hard to find, even with GPS. Our driver drove by it, then proceeded to reverse back two city blocks down a one way street. I learned later this is typical Brazilian driving.

Na piscina não bate sol é muito pequena, Acredito que o metro quadrado seja baixo e poderiam ampliar o espaço da piscina

Extremo bom gosto e conforto. Já me hospedei algumas vezes e pretendo voltar muitas outras.

The hotel decor was very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was great but we wasted some food-we didn't realize we will get the two full trays along with what we ordered. Maybe just show a picture of what else is coming with breakfast-so people don't waste food. We enjoyed the taste of Amazonia food with breakfast. We had lunch and dinner at the restaurant. Food and drinks were of excellent quality. Also -loved the morning healthy drink shots with breakfast and dinner. They were representative of Amazon food. The hotel was very close to the the Teatros Amazonas (about 2-3 minute walk) and the San Sebastio square. We enjoyed walking in the neighborhood.

The cut fruits were sometimes not fresh looking. I didn't want to waste food-not sure how to achieve that-while giving the choice of breads etc. Also, please know that toilet paper can't be flushed down the toilet. They do have a bidet.

Emplacement, confort, décoration

A experiência no Hotel Villa Amazônia foi boa, embora tenha sido curta. Desde a chegada, tivemos uma recepção atenciosa: chegamos antes do horário de check-in e, mesmo ainda não sendo o momento previsto para entrada, o hotel se esforçou para nos acomodar, o que foi bastante positivo. A localização é boa, no centro de Manaus, próxima ao Teatro Amazonas. Ainda assim, é importante registrar que, durante a noite, a área parece um pouco mais erma do que se imagina, e o hotel não fica tão próximo ao Teatro quanto, por exemplo, o Juma Ópera, que é seu concorrente direto. Embora sejam relativamente próximos, essa diferença pode ser percebida na prática. O quarto é confortável. Ficamos em uma acomodação no térreo, com boa acústica de modo geral, embora à noite ainda fosse possível ouvir batidas de portas de outros quartos. O hotel também oferece alguns itens de cortesia que agregam valor à hospedagem, como água gratuita e café em cápsulas no quarto. Outro ponto bastante positivo é a piscina, que é extremamente agradável. O hotel informa que ela é climatizada, o que, em tese, mantém uma temperatura equilibrada, sem esquentar ou esfriar em excesso. Faço apenas uma ressalva: em alguns sites de reserva e avaliação consta a informação de que a piscina seria aquecida, o que não procede, segundo esclarecimento da própria recepção e a noite ela fica com agua bem fria. Vale esse ajuste para evitar expectativa equivocada dos hóspedes. O café da manhã merece destaque especial. É à la carte, servido nas dependências do Bistrô Fitz Carraldo, e é excelente: saboroso, variado e muito bem executado. Funciona muito bem e certamente foi um dos pontos altos da estadia. O check-out também foi conduzido de forma muito satisfatória. Mesmo sendo uma segunda-feira, o hotel nos concedeu gentilmente um late check-out até as 13h30, já que nosso voo sairia mais tarde. Isso facilitou bastante a logística do dia e foi um gesto de cortesia muito bem-vindo.

Por outro lado, o bar do hotel, vinculado ao bistrô, deixa a desejar no custo-benefício. Os preços das bebidas estão muito acima do padrão praticado em Manaus, e a carta de vinhos é bastante restrita, além de excessivamente cara. É um ponto que mereceria revisão, tanto em variedade quanto em precificação. Como ponto final de atenção, destaco apenas o serviço de mensageria na saída. Apesar de estarmos com malas e em um hotel de padrão mais elevado, não houve auxílio para nos conduzir até a saída nem para colocar a bagagem no transporte, o que acabou ficando por nossa conta. Para um hotel desse nível, especialmente por integrar o grupo do Anavilhanas Jungle Lodge, esse cuidado seria esperado e faz diferença na percepção final da experiência.

Gemäss Booking ist es ein 5* Hotel - das trifft nicht zu. Eher 3* Hotel - im Bad fehlen sehr viele „Kleinigkeiten“ die man von einem Hotel erwarten würde (Kleenex, Amenities usw)

Amenidades e restaurantes fantasticos!!!!!! Localização excelente para quem está em turismo, em frente ao Teatro Amazonas, outras atrações e restaurantes centrais.

Faltou eles acomodarem 2 adultos e 2 criancas em um quarto maior que ficamos, não era necessario o outro quarto, foi desnecessario. Caberia com uma bicama ou colchão no chão para um dos filhos. Faltou esta opção o que me fez gastar mais do que necessario

Terrific hotel is a fantastic location just a few steps from the Manaus Opera House. We particularly appreciated that they were happy to take care of our luggage after we got back from our Amazon excursion, even though we stayed in the hotel a few days before that. This allowed us to enjoy our last few days in Manaus before we took our late evening flight.

Good food and staff.

The hotel is one of the best places to stay in Manaus. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the details are simple and nice, making the stay comfortable.

There is no sleeper in the room, and the noise from the swimming pool comes into the room.

Boutique Hotel Villa Amazônia is a true gem – stylish, comfortable, and full of charm. The rooms are cozy, the staff is attentive, and Fitz Bistro is simply wonderful. It’s the perfect place to stay in comfort while exploring the sights of Manaus. Highly recommended!

The abandoned building in front on the hotel , the situation of the streets , but I guess it is the Manaus problem.
