Sehr sympathischer Hotelmanager mit character

大きい部屋を取ったのでトイレもバスタブも別にあり、スタッフの方々はとても優しく清潔なホテルでした。

2階ということもあり下や周りのお店は深夜まで騒がしく部屋まで声が聞こえます。あとは施設でしょうがないですが全体的には古い設備でした。

El hotel esta ubicado en un sitio estupendo y el personal siempre atento y muy amable.

Room is too small. bed was nor comfortable enough. I requested a twin bed i found two single beds.

Siamo stati molto bene, la posizione è comodissima e strategica, in Campo Santa Margherita, tranquillo e molto bello. Abbiamo apprezzato anche piccole cose, come l' attenzione per il cliente con l'acqua in frigo e le ciabattine. Personale molto cordiale e gentile, il sig. Elias particolarmente. Palazzo storico d'epoca. Spazio privato con tavolino e sedie. Condizionamento ottimo e regolabile personalmente in camera. Non mancava niente.

Per essere perfetto servirebbe solo un po' di manutenzione in più. Se possiamo suggerire : il soffitto del bagno un po' scrostato, un muro nel bagno andrebbe ritinteggiato, i piccoli tasselli sul pavimento della doccia che mancano o saltano via. Piccole cose, ma dovrebbero essere messe a posto per avere un bel 10 e lode !

It was very quaint and different. Had a lovely quirky feel to it. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely! I loved the stairs to the entrance also - great for photo opportunities!

Die zentrale Lage, auf dem Platz Santa Margarita war völlig super und zentral. Überall hinzukommen ging schnell, direkt am Platz, mehrere Lokale, Supermarkt, Drogeriemarkt, und so weiter. Kurzer Weg zur Vaporetto Haltestelle. Die Suit an sich war für uns für die drei Tage Aufenthalt für zwei Erwachsene drei Kinder und Hund, Völlig ausreichend Bad war auch super. Frühstück war richtig toll, die Mitarbeiter alle richtig nett und zuvorkommend! Kannst SuperStadthotel

Die Lage ist mehr als fantastisch (darauf würde ich eine 11 geben), das Hotel ist wunderschön, das Personal ist super nett und lustig. Preis-Leistung war perfekt. Rundum eine großartiger Ort um mehrere Nächte zu verbringen.

We accidentally booked a room with a private external bathroom, which turned out to be much more inconvenient than we expected. (Yes, I did not read carefully enough). Every time someone needed to use the toilet, we had to leave the room, walk past the reception, the breakfast area, and the main entrance before unlocking our private bathroom with a key. With two young children, this was especially uncomfortable and offered very little privacy, as there were always other guests around. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was acceptable, but fairly average and nothing special. Overall, the hotel was okay, but at around €300 per night, we did not feel the price matched the level of comfort. The external bathroom arrangement in particular significantly reduced our enjoyment of the stay.

In an historic building. Located on a lovely plaza, where our kids could play as we ate dinner. Very close to restaurants for meals and drinks. Friendly staff, very flexible. It was pretty close to the bus station.

The breakfast buffet was fine, but could have included more healthy options.

Staff very helpful - we arrived very late and they arranged for us to access the room, and breakfast for the morning. Very nice setting, lots of character. Location great for bus station, only 10 minutes walk.

The location is great, not a lot of tourists. The room cleaning was efficient, I was just at breakfast for 40 min and they had done it. It felt safe for a solo traveler. Not a lot of rooms. The tv had all the apps. The girl with the short blonde hair that sets up the breakfast, she was really nice.

I originally made the reservation by mistake which is non refundable but I emailed the office within hours to ask for a grace cancel since it was done by mistake. There was 0 flexibility even though the request cancellation was instant. That didn’t feel good. The room was tiny. It was one of those rooms where if you have a checked luggage, there isn’t enough room to open it completely anywhere. The pretty space in the front isn’t part of the hotel. It’s part of the restaurant upfront so you need to dine with that restaurant to access it. The hotel itself is just the building that starts with the stairs.

Miła i pomocna obsługa. Możliwość zostawienia bagaży przed zameldowanie i po wymeldowaniu, żeby spokojnie zwiedzać miasto. Czysty pokój i łazienka. Klimatyzacja w pokoju, która była wielkim plusem w upalne dni.

Az elhelyezkedése kitűnő. Szinte mellette egy nagyon szép kis templom. Minden gyalog max 20 perc alatt elérhető. Tipikus olasz épület és kialakitás.

A reggeli kínálata elég visszafogott.

Fantastic room for our family. Great location.

The beds were the worst I’ve ever slept in. Sadly, we were booked with a restroom completely separate from our room. It was extremely inconvenient, but there was zero air conditioning in there so it was awful. The hairdryer just was hot hair, not really a blower. The room we stayed in, while a nice size, had a two inch gap under the door, which is right next to the main desk and where everyone needs to walk past for breakfast, which by the way is an additional charge. On top of that it’s very loud. We were there three nights. All loud noises from other people outside until 12:30. The third night I was woken up at 2:30am with people yelling and partying. If you get a different room maybe it’s a different experience? Nice location.

The staff were great, courteous and helpful.

The location was further from the Piazza San Marco than we had thought. The local area was not the greatest for noise and ease of sight seeing locations.

The location was wonderful and a good launching spot to access other sites and areas of the city. Short walking distance to the vaporetto and walking distance many sightseeing destinations and museums. The hotel seemed like a historic treasure and was very clean and nice facilities. The staff were very friendly and helpful - providing great restaurant recommendations, access information and helped reserve a water taxi for our departure (when we were too tired and worn to schlep our luggage across bridges and cobblestones back to the bus depot...). Breakfast in the morning was very good. They even provided a thoughtful touch of some balloons and a bottle of champagne to help celebrate my birthday visit!

No real complaints with the hotel, but the pillows were a bit lumpy and hard and that would be my only suggestion for an upgrade in comfort.

The location is excellent. Right at the St. Marguerite square. I was afraid it might be noisy but it was perfectly quiet. I even had my own little patio outside.

Staff were cheerful, helpful and efficient.

Breakfast was tasty; lots of options and yummy! Rooms were a good size and well decorated.

Hôtel idéalement situé dans la vieille ville de Venise, à proximité des principaux sites touristiques. Grâce à son emplacement central, il est facile de parcourir la ville à pied et de profiter pleinement de son atmosphère unique.

For one night it was ok, but the external bathroom is not adjacent to the room. It is a private,spacious ,immaculate bathroom,but located on the other side of the lobby corridor and you have to go through the Reception every time you need it. It can be very inconvenient.

À mon avis, l'emplacement était idéal, légèrement en retrait du centre très touristique (Saint-Marc), à vingt minutes à pied et à moins de dix minutes des bateaux-bus. Sur la place de l'hôtel, on trouve de nombreux bars et restaurants de qualité. La chambre était très propre, très confortable et spacieuse. Le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel pittoresque.

La chambre, bien que n'étant pas dramatique, manquait un peu de luminosité, probablement en raison de la proximité des bâtiments, ce qui semble être une situation courante à Venise. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, l'offre sucrée était très complète. Cependant, ma préférence allant vers le salé, j'ai trouvé le choix moins varié.

Das Zimmer war sehr gross und sauber. alles in allem sehr schön. Der Nachteil war, dass es auf den Campo Santa Margherita hinausging. Es war Abends sehr laut und am Morgen früh kam schon der Fischmarkt. Darauf wurde aber an der Reception hingewiesen.

Der Frühstücksraum war ein wenig eng, ansonsten war das Frühstück ok, wenn auch nicht überragend. Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels war es eine bescheidene Auswahl, aber wenn man bedenkt, was man zu Hause isst, absolut in Ordnung.

First..outstanding front desk people..kind helpful and even gave us her umbrella for the day. Second loved the room..spacious with big balcony and quiet. Third location was great..easy walk to all attractions train station and boats. Many restaurants grocery stores etc in the immediate vicinity

Everything was excellent. The location is unbeatable, as there is a wide variety of places nearby to buy food, which makes the stay very comfortable and convenient. In addition, all the staff were extremely kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our entire stay.
