Staff were FANTASTIC. Location is amazing - particularly liked the triple glazing windows that completely block outdoor street sounds. Very spacious apartments.

There were no complimentary toiletries but understandable as it is an affordable apartment so assuming many use for long stays.

Nice and spacious, clean, the location, the staff were friendly and always busy keeping the surroundings tidy.

The unit was a little dated and there were no instructions on how to use the appliances. Also the tv was an older version not a smart tv.

Great location, friendly helpful staff, super comfy bed, pool area was great enough sunshine & shade. Even thought it’s just off the street once the door is closed to the apartment you can’t hear anything. Bali bondi cafe across the road was delish. Will definitely be back for another stay ☀️😀

Everything was fantastic. The apartment was super clean and we had a 2 bed apartment with a gorgeous balcony over looking t pool. The apartment was tastefully decorated. In an amazing location in Legian right by all the shops but a nice quiet property.

It looked like it needed a bit of maintenance outside the property.

The staff at reception and house keeping were very helpful and super friendly. The accommodation was very central to cafes and restaurants, massages and to the beach. The apartment was very spacious and modern, great shower with strong water pressure. Had a great size fridge and microwave and water cooler.

Staff were so hospitable due to the mad rainy weather Bali experienced this week, they handled everything very professionally and accommodated my group so well when there was a leak in one of the bedrooms. Pool was great and superb location in the thick of it however tucked away and felt very private.

Building is a little tired in places and didn't hold up to some crazy weather, however most places we saw didn't survive this weather so not a negative.

Location was exactly what i expected, for price this accommodation was great

Manque d équipement de base: savon, shampoing, torchons, 2 malheureux sachets de café pour 4 personnes pour 3 nuitées. Froid et deco peu chaleureuse Pas d intimité pour appartementt en RDC donnant sur la piscine. Du coup on reste ds l appartement. Pour le prix, on s attendait a mieux.

We love the spacious apartment, the location, the facilities and the cleanliness of it.

The loud restaurant outside the apartment especially when your room is on the side of the street. It is loud every evening until late.

Perfect location, size of appartment was excellent with big balcony . AC worked really well and ceiling fans was a bonus. Big comfy lounge, we could have stayed here much longer

Only one little complaint the shower head was way to high to wash properly, a hand held would fix this very easily

We booked a deluxe 2 bedroom apartment but our apartment was not deluxe we had a share bathroom for a family of 4 that was located in the main bedroom with no walls or separation. We had to pay for new sheets and pillow cases because there was make up on them.

These apartments are in prime location! I stayed here with my husband, our 2 year old son, and my mum and we loved it! Very clean, very friendly and attentive staff. We love being in the middle of the hustle and bustle and especially loved not having to get into any cars with our 2 year old to get anywhere since all our favourite places were in walking distance, including the beach.

Loved the location , it is close to shops. Lots of restaurants all around you. Very spacious you can lock yourself away from others inside or out. Very clean, large bathrooms, beautifull Kitchen Staff are fantastic and Jinae is awesome.

There wasn't a reception area as such... While there were staff floating around if you needed something I would describe this more of a self service apartment with daily housekeeping... Which isn't necessarily a bad thing, just something to be aware of

Apartment complex was impressive, rooms were huge and perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Beds were comfy. Location was great and we pretty much walked everywhere we wanted to go, or a small cost for gojeks. Plenty of great cafes and walking within 10 minutes, including the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

The only slight annoyance was the loud music from across the road late at night, but this was generally done by 11pm.

I asked for a single sachet of coffee and was refused. Some of the staff were unpleasant. Good location and only a few apartments.

Location was central to everything in Legian. Staff were super friendly and happy to answer all questions and assist with local knowledge. Room was spacious and spotless. Pool was cool and clean. Great option for family groups.

Little boutique hotel located close to beachfront and shops. Staff were super helpful especially the manager Jinae. Bed was of average quality but certainly comfortable enough. Late spacious lounge with an outside deck looking over the pool. We will be back to this accommodation as its value for money, lovely staff and perfect location

Not a problem for us but be mindful the third floor apartments have a number of flights of steps up.

Can be a little noisy at night from bars nearby but they are not open to nightclub hours so not too much of an issue

Great location. Excellent one bedroom apartment. Big fridge/freezer. Smart TV we were able to link our Netflix up. Great to watch a movie at night time. Bed was comfortable. No breakfast offered but fantastic breakfast accross the road at Bali Bondi, highly recommend.

Entrance is narrow pathway and steep steps to get to hotel, needs a handrail for assistance.

Fantastic location, my Apartment was huge, clean and comfortable, the team went above and beyond for all my requirements- late plane arrival, meant late check in, organised a driver and made me feel very welcome.. The beautiful bunch of flowers for my Birthday was so very thoughtful, so very appreciated 💜 Jinae and the team are amazing 🥰

The accommodation is fantastic! Beautiful huge apartments with everything you need. A smaller complex of 12 apartments was perfect for our family, the staff knew all our names and were absolutely fantastic! The kids loved the pool, and it was well located near heaps of restaurants, shops and the beach. We would definitely stay again!

Loud music from the restaurant over the road but once in the room it blocks out most of the noise so really not a problem , no swimming after 8pm would be nice after a long hot day to relax by the pool in the evening

Close to loads of everything in Legian, friendly staff, clean and a small oasis away from Legian chaos.

For the price there should be toiletries provided, there was only two small handsoap. Quite noisy from nearby awful karaoke on the first night.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beach Melati Apartments recently. The location, room size, facilities and the excellent staff that are always happy to help. We had a 2 bedroom ground floor apartment that opened on to the pool area - which was lovely. The living/dining space and kitchen or the apartment is huge and really well equipped and you have a little table and chairs out the front of the apartment where you can sit also. The main bedroom was a little smaller, but still really comfortable and contained drawers and a cupboard (with hanging space) and a safe, whilst the 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds was a good size with a set of drawers. The apartments are kept super clean with daily bed making and tidying up (thank you 🙌) and the air con is super cold. The location is perfect and close to many places to eat as well as a chemist across the road, massages and convenience store right next door - where you can also safely change money. Plenty of shopping nearby and less than a 10 min walk to Jalan Padma and Garlic Lane for shopping and markets (or the other way to Jalan Arjuna (double six rd) for shopping) or jump on a Gojek for less than an AU$1 There is a laneway next to Ossotel Hotel that leads to the beach and is only a few minutes walk to Double Six Beach and the beach bars for sunset drinks. My family and friends will definitely be back to stay at Beach Melati apartments

Only 1 toilet....but you can't change that

The staff were wonderful, always helpful. The apartment we stayed in very enjoyable. Everything was well maintained, clean and the decor was very tasteful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back next time we are in Bali. We will highly recommend to friends and family.

Beach Melati Apartments is definitely not 5 star luxury but it deserves its 5 star rating because of its location, facilities and the excellent staff that June’s has assembled. Our 2 bedroom apartment was really large with a great lounge area and very well equipped kitchen. All of the apartments are based around the pool which is a decent size for the number of apartments as well as being quite deep. The location is ideal with over 10 places to eat and drink within 100 metres, plus chemists, massages and convenience stores nearby. Plus Padma Street is just over 6 minutes walk. There is a laneway next to Ossotel Hotel / Romeo’s restaurant that leads to the beach and is only a few minutes walk.

Not the fault of the apartments, but the Bali Aussie and Fat Budha bar/resturants play LOUD music into the night.

Perfect room size and cleanliness

There's an access gang to the beach that is not kept accessible, there's garbage and overgrown plants which makes access impossible, you have to go around for quite a while to access the beach. The property owners could easily clean it up...

What a gem Beach Melati Apartments are. Boutique hotel really. Stayed in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. So spacious and great for a group of people. Everything at your door step. Would highly recommend.

Place was beautiful, so spacious and well equipped. Staff were absolutely fantastic, especially Aris who was genuinely one of the loveliest Balinese we’ve met. We had a late flight and they were amazing letting us stay on.

Another large group staying took up all the lounges by the pool (only 4 lounges)

We liked everything about our stay. Travelled with family of 5 adults and 1 child and there was more than enough room for everyone and was so spread out. I would highly recommend for a family. Would definitely stay again. 😊

Can get abit noisy at night but lucky we had rooms away from the road. The fans and aircon block most of the noise . Beds were a little uncomftable .
