Lovely staff. Clean room but in an old part of the building so very basic but adequate. Great large balcony. Convenient to shops and beach.

It’s very old and dirty. Bathroom was small and disgusting, mould build up everywhere. Soap dispenser nearly empty but didn’t work anyway. They don’t even supply 1 bottle of water.

This property is so run the rooms are smelly from the toilets ,the mirrors are very old ,the curtains had mould the beds and pillows terrible . The staff did change curtains and mirror for me . The only good thing about this property is the staff. Spa staff incredible !the spa needs new chairs

Great Gardens and pool areas, friendly staff. Nice spa which was a bonus with good prices. Good room service menu pretty good value for a hotel restaurant which is at the front of the property. Easy walk across the street to the beach via another hotel which was not an issue with them.

Liked that the pools were clean, they accommodated our stay with rooms to suit. The staff are lovely. It is great for close by shopping and the beach. Very good value for money.

The breakfast could be improved, more variety and freshness. Improve the bathrooms and linen and towels.

I am a repeat customer. I love the friendly staff and location.

The interior bathroom doors need to be cut down or replaced.

We had the family room and it was a really great size. The room with the 2 single beds was very bright in the morning though as the curtains are sheer but my kids are solid sleepers so it didn't bother them too much. This is a great budget hotel and good value if wanting to travel cheaply with the family. The location is great right on Padma Utara with plenty of great bars and restaurants just along the street. There is a great pool bar and 2 swimming pools so plenty of room for the kids to swim and play without annoying anyone. The breakfast is basic but good. They will make you eggs how you like them.

The stairway to the family room didn't look like it had been swept in months. Considering it was accessible through the breakfast area it would have been nicer to see it just a bit cleaner. It was a bit off putting when first going to the room.

They don’t supply water to the room, you need to take the kettle or container to the kitchen or lobby to get it. The rooms are a bit neglected and need some maintenance. The pillows are like bricks

Location great. 5 mins to the beach, garlic lane and great restaurants and Warungs. Staff were very helpful and no request was too hard. The hotel day spa was good with good priced treatments.

The bathroom was extremely small and needing renovating. The front pool swim up bar non existing and pool light wires exposed. Poolside lounges extremely low to the ground and not what is shown in the picture for this hotel.

Room was quite small from other accommodation in Legian.I didn't like the location. There were a lot of warungs and restaurants. Not many shops. Quite a walk to the middle of legian.

De ligging in Padma is perfect ,dichtbij strand ,warungs , winkeltjes ,ect. Een heerlijk groot zwembad met poolbar . Prima prijs / kwaliteit verhouding . Aanrader voor de gene die gewoon overnacht ,zonder luxe poespas

Awesome Backyard! They’ve two long pools besides two small one for kids. Garden is perfectly taken care of. Super comfortable mattress (has comfort ped). Thick and puffy towels. Staff friendly and smily face.

Room not clean specially bathroom! I don’t understand why hotels don’t use strong detergents for the bathroom spots?!? Furnitures kinda old Inside building needs to be painted immediately.

Our family of 4 stayed here for 7 nights. We had excellent service throughout our stay from all the staff. Our girls loved the pools, the beach was a short walk away, and we found good food options, for a reasonable price close by. We had adjoining rooms that had plenty of space, were clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bali.

The staff from receptionist, manager and house keeping were all friendly and attentive, which enhanced the stay. The restaurant served good food very well priced

I didn't eat at the hotel preferring to try different places for breakfast and dinner. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I can't say I didn't like it but water not supplied for a cup of coffee on arrival was no big deal as there was a shop across the road. It was just the fact it was 11 or 11.30 at night.

Room was spacious and new. it was a quiet room and easy to get to. The staff were very good.
