I don’t understand why the hottub had to be closed for 6 whole months for maintenance. There was no pop up or warning that it would be closed when I booked the hotel. Also my room did not have a bathroom fan :(

The beds. I think they are starting at age and becoming lumpy and uneven. I’d change them sooner then later. I will definitely book earlier next time, as prices changed online the closer the check in became.

Wi FI sign up was archaic. Wasted 30 minutes trying to sign up day one and then had to sign up all over again on ay two. Our room was NOT MADE UP after the first night. VERY EMBARASING when we invited a guest to come back to out room to visit. Air conditioning was either full on or off. I had to put a pillow on it to redirect the cold air.

Room was a bit dirty. There was a very unpleasant and disgusting sewer smell in the room and around the hotel. Staff said it from a lagoon nearby but the smell was terrible very upsetting. Some staff was not friend but some were. Definitely not worth the price.

I was kept up until 1 am with the kids above me jumping off the bed. The hot tub was broken and the lady said 'indefinitely'. I feel if they want to compete with the other hotels, it should have been fixed. They hotel advertises they have a shuttle service, they don't. The air conditioner was so loud I was worried it would continue all night.

After some discussion the front clerk said she would refund us for the room and we could book somewhere else. Front clerk lady also charged us for two rooms and wouldn’t refund the one as it wasn’t in her system that we paid for it. I showed her it on my credit card and she told me to call in Monday or Tuesday, given that this was Saturday that’s quite a delay. So, wanted to stay here, ended up having to switch to a different hotel at 8:30 pm after an already very long day. Not going to be returning. And I still have to deal with getting my refund.

Room was clean and modern. Bed was comfortable. Room Very perfume smelling...made my sinuses stuff up. We could hear kids in a room nearby but they did go to sleep at a decent time. Air conditioner worked well and Room was cool on a hot day.
