Travelodge by Wyndham Grande Prairie

I had already paid for my stay. I arrived late, and they had cancelled my reservation without issuing a refund. I had to pay twice for the same room and still haven’t received the refund. It has been over a month.

Spacious parking for lots of trucks. Breakfast was included with wonderful and hard working staff. Had fridge, coffee and microwave in room. Staff in lobby kind efficient.

Dark room and difficult to open and close outside door. When bathroom light comes on so does a very loud fan. Pillows, I think are foam. Lobby outside concrete area dirty. Lots of gravel and sand in parking areas causing dust all over vehicle.

The breakfast was ok but it was the same thing every morning.

Not sure how this hotel has a 4 star rating but although the rooms were clean and comfortable the overall experience is a bit lacking. The hall and other areas were worn carpet and rather dirty. The second floor is not wheel chair accessable no elevator. The furniture was plastic bucket seats. No room service the whole time I was there.

We got an entire kitchen suite - very spacious plus a whole nother room with the beds for about 5$ more. Space was very much worth it.

The location was great! Room was big and clean! Continental breakfast was delicious, will definitely be returning.

No elevator, this is just because I was using a cane for this trip, so it wouldn't be very disability friendly.

Easy access to room.

We had a ground floor room, which made it very convenient to come and go. I also appreciated that the sink was separate from the toilet and tub — it made sharing the space with others much more efficient.

The only downside was the bed, which felt quite old, with one side having a noticeable indent from frequent use.

The free breakfast is excellent. Housekeeping was great.

Worst room in a long time. Room temperature was 26C and no air conditioning. Was there on business and didn’t get much sleep.

We like the price of the room, as it comes with a full breakfast at the restaurant. The location is close to Walmart, and Costco, McDonald’s, and shopping area. It was clean, and good for your budget.

Guest should have a designated smoking area, as the guest in next room smoke right by the door, and it came into our room, which had the window open.

Interior hallways and rooms were very clean although older. The beds were firm and comfortable. The window was able tone opened and allowed fresh air.

It has a industrial appearance and accommodate many industrial workers. Diesel trucks were parked outside and fumes were entering the windows.

Excellent breakfast included and very quiet rooms.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious with some nice upgrades.

Booked a room, showed up and they claimed there was no rooms left, put us in a smoking room, made for a horrible sleep, with work the next day. Over charged our credit card by 600$ took 5 days to get it back.

Staff are excellent, especially at reception. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast at Monica's was perfect. Oh and it was so quiet. Definitely staying here again.

Stanford is now my go-to hotel whenever I’m in Grande Prairie! The couple of times I stayed there, i had a wonderful time! I liked the room, it’s quiet, cozy, so spacious! And the staff are so friendly and helpful and reliable! They went above and beyond at one point during my stay and I was so impressed and thankful! Whoever went to my suite to check on me cause I wouldn’t answer my wife’s call to wake me up, I thank you very much and I appreciate it! So thank you! Stanford’s number 1 in my book! I’ll recommend them to everybody!

Met our needs, ground floor, easy access for in and out shopping and elderly use.

Recently stayed there for a week, first night the room next to me had crack heads, so didn’t sleep due to the noise and door slamming, there parking lot is a icy mess huge safety hazard. They didn’t clean or change towels for a week and found some old soggy panties by the bed so tells me they don’t clean the room when guests check out either! My truck was broke into and lots of items stolen they could care less to even attempt to look at cameras. Unless you’re a crack head i wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

They take a large deposit. $250.00 but refund it when you check out.you will have to ask for your breakfast coupon they didn’t just give it to you on check in.

very friendly staff, great location, good price

we stayed on the second floor our last stay and were very comfortable. This time we stayed on the street level and it wasn't the same experience. The beds were alot more uncomfortable and the heat fan continued to turn on because it would not hold heat.
