とても綺麗でした。 無人システムがしっかりしているので、わからなくなることがなかった。 両親が大変気に入った。

設備齊全，床很舒服，位置安靜且安全，附近就超市，非常方便！

整潔度稍差一點，可以再更整潔一些，但整理住下來是舒服的！

房間夠大夠舒服

ソファーベッドがしっかり大きくて、子供2名が余裕をもって休めた事が何よりありがたかったです。 もちろん、清潔さやロケーションなど素晴らしい。

2階の部屋でしたが、共用部分の階段が急傾斜なので、小さなお子様や雨で靴底が濡れている時は注意必要かも。

とても静かで適度な広さもあり快適に過ごす事ができます。中央の管理棟に虫よけグッズなど色々と揃っているので、お借りして過ごすととても快適です。洗濯物も洗う事ができ、長期滞在にも向いていると思います。

ソファーが新しく変わっていました。せっかく新しくしてもたっら所、大変申し訳ないのですが、前の方がクッションがよく、座り心地良かったと思いました。

トースターのコードが切れかけており、ビリビリしてこわかった。洗っていないお皿が引き出しにしまわれており、清掃や設備のチェックに少し不安でした。また、メールで送られてきたドアコードを使って入室するのですが、チェックイン時間を過ぎてもメールが来ておらず、新たにきたメールもおそらく添付ファイル？のせいで迷惑メールボックスにしか届かず、同じタイミングで到着されたゲストも同じように困っていた。他にもこのトラブルでチェックイン時間に入室出来ない方々もいると思われるので改善していただきたい。とても良いアパートメントホテルで気に入っておりますが、今回は目につく残念なところがいくつもあり人手不足なのかなと気になってしまいました。

Spacious flat and clean. No insect problem either.

The did not provide the ordinary handheld shower head.

The stairs to the 2nd level 😂 it is so steep so if you’re traveling with old people ask for the first level.

1.浴缸很深，進出浴缸不便。2.主臥室靠近衣櫃的床角很容易撞傷小腿。

The location was convenient to access hiking which was our primary activity. The living room couch & tv were a good setup for evening relaxation which can be difficult to find in Japan. It was clean, quiet, and had a washer dryer in a common area.

The shower door didn’t seal enough to keep water off the bathroom floor. There is a floor drain but the floor still got very wet and had to be cleaned up and we had to wring out the floor mats after every shower.

床が冷房で冷え冷えで、使い捨てのスリッパがあれば使っていたが、普通の冷たい茶色のスリッパだったので、使わなかった。

Tôi k nhận được mail checkin phòng nên khi tới nơi phải gọi cho quản lí để nhận số phòng và mật khẩu . Điều đó khiến chúng tôi cảm thấy k yên tâm lắm .

Huge bed! Bugger than king and soooo comfortable, amazing linen as well. Fabulous deep bath.

You could rent a bbq for 2000¥ but only got one clean grill despite renting for several days. Usually in Japan you get a clean grill per day. It would also have been nice to have a coveted outdoor area as rain is common in the hills which made using the bbq challenging. The bathroom had a very strange area where it said don’t get it wet, this was a challenge as the shower curtain didn’t go entirely around the bath. See the attached photo.

Local supermarket was a mile away. Location is a bit far from everything, but manageable. Bathroom could have a tub, but the shower wasn't the worst. Overall good experience and spacious

沒有開窗但一樓地板常常會看到大螞蟻，但不影響整體住宿體驗

Great location. Chalet was well equipped with deep bath. Plenty of room to move. Nice kitchen & washing machine. Would love to stay again. If you get a chance, walk down to Oide park & enjoy the scenery.

We loved staying here. It was perfect in so many ways. Location was amazing. We've stayed in Hakuba before and struggled because we weren't close to restaurants etc. Being in Echoland meant close to transport to the slopes and close to restaurants and takeaway. You still need to plan for supermarket trips but the hotel has shuttles to the shop you can book into. The hosts were really good with communication.

The only one issue was that the fold out bed in the lounge room was not super comfortable. It had a bar in the middle and titled to one side. Despite that, we still slept and it wasn't so bad it impacted our trip.

Great location, the beds were comfy. Plenty more space than other places we had stayed on our trip

The only down fall was when you had a shower, heaps of water went on the floor outside the shower and soaked the bath mats.

Easy access to main street and ski bus. Quick communication with staff online, organizing drop off to train and ski rental recommendations.

Only one thing would have given it a higher rating, the shower door didn't really seal well leaving a lot of water on the floor each time.

It has everything needed for a super comfortable stay. We especially like the full range of cooking equipments that were clean n easy to use. The staff attended to our many needs such as helping to arrange ski trips and renting ski gear. She also helped arranged for our luggage delivery to our next destination.

Large, spacious, with good amenities, large dry room for our skis & ski boots and the people were so nice. They helped booked taxis for us at a short time frame and when we lost something, they helped communicate and followed up. Would come back ❤️

Spacious apartment lots of wardrobe storage space, good sized fridge/freezer, comfortable settee. Good kitchen facilities for a holiday place. Great location, close to local bus stop and many good bars, cafés and restaurants.

I stayed on a ground floor apartment. Very easy access to the car park out front. Convenient to load and unload groceries, ski equipment, luggage. The place was nice and warm. WiFi seemed good. Good kitchen facilities meant we could self cater the entire time

There is a washing machine at the ski equipment storage area. I wish it gave change but it doesn’t. So you may as well wash your clothes at the Aeon if you’re out of coins. I wish each unit had its own washer drier but otherwise it’s ok.

Property had excellent proximity to echo land. The facilities were fantastic with the drying room and supermarket shuttle was very easy to organise.

A large, comfortable house for a large group, part of an apartment complex, very well-equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. This is our second time at this place, last year we stayed in an apartment, this time in a house due to the larger number of guests. Everything is perfectly organized: a shuttle from the train station, daily shuttle to the grocery store, a ski room with laundry, luggage forwarding service /takkyubin and very polite and responsive staff. The kitchen is stocked with basic supplies such as olive oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, and cleaning products – everything has been thought of to make guests feel well-cared for. The location is excellent, close to ski bus stops, restaurants, and bars. I highly recommend this place!

The house is a bit old, but very well-maintained. One minor suggestion: the front door needs replacing; it's leaky and a bit flimsy, allowing a lot of heat to escape from the porch.

The house was great for 4 people for 7 days. The beds were SO comfy. Loved having a washing machine and clothes line in the room too. It was a great stay, highly recommend.

The pillows were a tad too hard but that was it. Everything else was 12/10

Location and how helpful the staff are

Location very convenient, easy walk to Main Street in Echoland and bus stop. Also possible to walk to Happo One. Room was spacious, clean and cosy.

Great location in echoland close to restaurants and ski shuttle bus. Lots of space for 2 families. Good ski drying room.

Hard ro get in touch with staff and we only found out on the last day there was a complimentary shuttle service.

The property is very comfortable and conveniently located close to shops and bus/shuttles to slopes. Dry room is great. Coffee packs were appreciated.

Make sure you book the shuttle service in advance because availability is limited.

Location close walking distance to bus stops giving access all Hakuba resorts (without bus changes) but still quiet. Separate bedroom perfect setup for family with young kids. Restaurants close by.

Unfortunately the mini supermarket (similar to a 7/11) that was close by (and fantastic) has recently closed down and limits easy access to breakfast and other similar supplies. Shuttle run service (book by 3pm) to supermarket at 4pm helps but not as convenient. Sofa bed, noisy fridge and bright exit sign not great for good nights sleep if bedroom already in use. Significant price jump in recent years in line with popularity of Japan as a skiing destination

Fantastic and convenient position for a week of skiing.

Position was fabulous within Echoland, close to the shuttle buses and restaurants. Our own little community for building snowmen!

Bathroom on ground floor was cold!

We stayed at Le Bocage Hakuba – Deluxe Chalet from 24–31 December 2025 as a family of five (children aged 12, 15, and 17) and had a fantastic stay. Communication with the team was prompt and helpful from the start. The station transfer was friendly and smooth, which was very appreciated after a long journey. The chalet was spotlessly clean, warm, and extremely well equipped for a winter stay. The kitchen had thoughtful essentials such as salt, pepper, olive oil, and paper towels. There was easy access to clean towels, excellent heating throughout, and a very effective drying room for ski gear. The space was perfect for a larger family and never felt cramped. We were especially grateful for the exceptional support from the admin team when our daughter accidentally left a special item at a previous hotel. They went out of their way to organise delivery to another of their hotels, paid the delivery fee on our behalf (which we reimbursed), and then personally delivered it to our chalet. Truly outstanding service. The Echoland location is great, with many excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. It’s a short walk to the Hakuba Valley inter-resort bus (free with the Valley ski pass) and also close to a free shuttle bus, though these can be busy at peak times. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and very well-managed chalet with genuinely exceptional service. Highly recommended for families skiing in Hakuba.

The only minor downside is that the nearest grocery store is a bit far to walk, especially in snowy conditions. This wasn’t a deal breaker, but a closer convenience store in Echoland would be ideal.
