Reviewed Aug 28, 2026We stayed at NS Place for three nights as a family of five, and the location truly could not have been better! The place was as described. We were right in the heart of all the action, restaurants literally right below us, Starbucks steps away, and shopping just steps away. The Acropolis, historical sites, Monastiraki Flea Market, shops, restaurants, and cafés were all just again steps away. We barely needed a car or bus. 4th floor rooftop bar restaurants had the most beautiful view of the Acropolis I included in the picture. The host was also super nice, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even better. The best part for families is to have an onsite washer and dryer complimentary this helps with smaller kids. We loved being able to walk out the door and immediately be surrounded by the energy of the city. We would absolutely stay at NS Place again and highly recommend it!

The property was beautiful, exceptionally clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, with so much attention to detail. The location was absolutely perfect — right in the heart of Athens, within walking distance of so many wonderful sights, restaurants, cafés, and beautiful streets to explore. Despite being so central, the property felt comfortable and relaxing, which was especially important for us as a family. Everything was exactly as described, and the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. We genuinely felt at home and looked forward to coming back after a long day exploring Athens. This was one of those places that makes a trip even more memorable. We would 100% stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Athens. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you for such a wonderful stay — we left with beautiful memories and already miss it! ❤️🇬🇷

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026המיקום של המלון מעולה בגבול פאלקה / מונסטיריאקי . למרות שיש המוני אנשים למטה, כשסוגרים את דלתות החדר - יש שקט מוחלט . היתרון של המיקום לא יסולא בפז !!!! יש סופרים ממש קרובים והתחלת רחוב ארמו היא משם. ביום השני גם הציעו לנו לנקות את החדר אך לא היינו צריכים. יש מכונת כביסה קומתית ומספקים גם אבקת כביסה ומרכך כביסה ,שהשתמשנו פעם אחת ,וזה בונוס טוב. בגג הבנין יש פאב שמשקיף על כל האקרופוליס המואר מי ששומר כשרות ( כמונו ) יכול לשבת על בקבוק סודה ולקבל קשית ולהנות מהאוירה . קיבלנו מוצרי טיפוח / סבונים /חלוקי מגבת ונעליים חד פעמיות ,כמו שמקבלים במלונות ספא בישראל. חדר רחצה מרווח, הדירה מצוידת בכל מיני דברים קטנים שמעידים על מחשבה , כמו עט ופנקס / נייר סופג / מפיות אירוח / שקיות ניילון וכד׳ בקיצור אני מאוד ממליצה 👏
המים החמים במקלחת הם לא ממש חמים , אלא יותר לכיוון של חמימים ,אבל בחודש אוגוסט זה סביר פלוס. יצויין גם שלא התלוננתי בנושא זה בפני הצוות , ואני בטוחה שאם הייתי אומרת לצוות אז היו עוזרים בעניין.

I'd definetly god back. also love the nespresso machine and the amazing view from the cafe upstairs.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026The location is perfect if you like the hustle and bustle and energy of Athens...Plus the large windows you could open were great and soundproof when it was time to go to bed...The roof top bar is a little pricy but the atmosphere and the view of the acropolis make it worthwhile....
Large glass panel in the elevator was cracked and didn't seem like this look fit for a hotel like this.... On the last day , a person not speaking English very well...came into the room...after knocking ...I think... and proceeded to tell us this we were checked out or words to this effect... on hour before the actual check out at 11:00 am. This was annoying and frustrating and left a not good taste in our mouth about our stay...

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Très facile à trouver, juste à côté du Starbucks en plein centre de Monastiraki, quartier très animé, mais aucun bruit dans la chambre. Rési qui nous accueilli est très sympathique et professionnel, il parle anglais et italien La chambre pour 4 personnes est spacieuse et très bien aménagée. Tout à l'air neuf ou très récent. Il y a même un lave linge et sèche linge à disposition. Nous avons également dîné sur le roof-top avec une vue magnifique sur l’acropole.
Rien, sauf qu’il faudrait ajouter des patêres dans la salle de bains afin de pouvoir accrocher nos serviettes.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026Location was perfect- right in the center of everything. It was clean and modern with all of the amenities you could need. Staff was excellent and responsive when needed. I felt safe while staying there. It was very professionally run.
Because it was in the middle of everything, you could hear the crowds and music outside when in the living area. You did not hear it in the bedrooms, so it didn’t disturb us unless you slept on the pull out sofa bed. Unfortunately, while we were staying, someone on a floor above us had loud music and parties from 2-4 am several nights.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026לקחנו דירת שני חדרים בול במרכז העיר, יוצאים מהחדר ומגיעים לכל מקום תוך פחות מדקה.. הדירה יפה, נקייה, מאובזרת והכל חדש ממש, הם מאוד זמינים ועוזרים, ניקו את הדירה כשביקשנו והתמורה למחיר מעולה. נחזור שוב בוודאות!
לא היה מים חמים במקלחת פעמיים אבל כתבנו להם וזה טופל ממש מהר :)

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026O kadar merkezi ki akropolise 15 dakika ve diğer tüm yerlere 5-10 dakika yürüme mesafede, merkezi olması çok önemliydi bence. Ayrıca tertemiz ve oda çokk büyüktü. Tekrar gelirsem tercih edebileceğim ve gelen herkese önereceğim bir yer olacak kesinlike.

Reviewed May 18, 2026convenient location, close to everything and metro station. The kitchen function is nice. So is the washer and dryer. Shower is newly remodelled and very nice. The living room is comfortable.
The bed frame is a safety hazard. I bumped into which easily happens to everyone, especially during night. I got a big hole into my leg and after two weeks finally get healed. Very painful. Please see the photo and fix ASAP for safety!

Reviewed May 8, 2026The location was excellent, in the heart of Monastiraki and very close to Plaka. The apartment was comfortable, the showers were great, and the space was ample for our family of 4 adults.
The waste bins in the bathrooms could be a little bigger and work better! We also understand the design intent of the apartments, to have the bedrooms as far away from the noisy courtyard below, but the long corridors were not pretty!

Nous avons été surpris du bruit depuis la chambre alors que cela n’est pas mentionné dans les commentaires : peut être n’avons pas eu de chance ? En tout cas, impossible de dormir sans boules quies à cause des concerts de rue situé à l’angle de l’appartement. Côté ménage, il était indiqué qu’il était réalisé tous les deux jours. Nous sommes restés du dimanche au jeudi et aucun passage ni aucun changement de serviette n’a été réalisé.

Reviewed Mar 27, 2026Beautiful apartment in the heart of Athens. Easily walkable to all the main attractions. Room was spacious. Bed was comfy. Bathroom nice, with a great shower. They have an elevator, which is nice to get luggage to and from. We used their pick up service- crazy driver, but he was great at getting us to our room. They let us check in early which was amazing!

Street noise and loud music from street, particularly on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. If you don’t mind the noise, then NSPlace is a great place to stay at. I recommend adding a few coat or towel hooks near the doorway entrance or bathroom door. There was no place to hang dry wet towels

Reviewed Mar 17, 2026Mieszkanie w super lokalizacji. Wszystko w zasięgu dłuższego lub krótszego spaceru. Komfortowe dla dwóch osób. Czysto. Na życzenie sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników. Dużo szaf. Łóżko w sypialni w miarę wygodne. Szafki nocne i kanty łóżka na takiej wysokości, że trudno było się nie uderzyć przy przechodzeniu obok... Trzeba uważać :) Dzięki dobrej szczelności okien, gwar na ulicy nie był kłopotem. Ogólna ocena apartamentu bardzo dobra - głównie z powodu lokalizacji :) Jak ktoś lubi rano wypić dobrą kawę, to w budynku na dole jest kawiarnia, w której można ją kupić - ekspres w apartamencie jest tylko na kapsułki.
Poduszki powinny być różne - niskie i wysokie. Były tylko 4 wysokie i niewygodne. Woda w kranie czasem była tylko zimna

Reviewed Mar 14, 2026Έχω πάει σε αρκετά δωματια αλλά αυτό ήταν υπέροχο Πολύ καθαρό δεν βρήκα άλλο ξανά τόσο καθαρό είχε τα πάντα μέσα ήταν σαν το σπίτι μας δεν έλειπε τίποτα Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία κεντρική έχει θόρυβο αλλά στα δωμάτιο δεν ακουγόταν σχεδόν τίποτα Και τα κρεβάτια άνετα

Ailemle ve kızımla birlikte çok keyifli, sorunsuz bir vakit geçirdik. Her şey planladığımız gibi ve yolundaydı. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

The sleeping rooms are clastrophobic without windows. There is only 1 window in the saloon, but nothing in the sleeping rooms. It felt calstrophobic. We asked for transport from airport to the hotel and it cost 75€. We think its really high and not acceptable. The bed in the saloon was really not comfy.
