Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Erg fijn verblijf gehad, personeel helpt je daar waar mogelijk - zeer behulpzaam. Ontbijt is fijn! Badkamer was er fijn! En dakterras idem. Locatie: dichtbij slimana (prachtig restaurant), yemma, le jardin (10 minuten lopen), het lijkt chaotisch maar je bent heel snel op fijne plekken :)

Sarà stata solo la nostra camera ma il vano doccia si allagava facilmente, risolvibile con poco. Per il resto tutto perfetto

Malade une journée c’était au petit soin! Un grand merci. La chambre super, et tout fonctionnait. Très propre. Emplacement idéal pour se déplacer à pied facilement. Fue muy amable desde el principio, dándonos indicaciones de sitios, y preocupándose por nosotros, fue en todo momento muy simpático y servicial. Nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos, siempre atento y con una sonrisa. Nos llevamos un mejor recuerdo de Marrakech gracias a él❤️

One of the worst experiences I have ever had. The journey to this location is already difficult and unpleasant, so naturally I expected the destination itself to be worth it. Unfortunately, the reality was nothing like the photos. The pictures are extremely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the property. The place felt neglected, dirty, and poorly maintained. There were flies everywhere, which made it very uncomfortable to relax or enjoy the surroundings. The swimming pool looked nothing like the advertised photos and was in a disappointing state. Another major issue is how incredibly cramped and narrow the entire place feels. If you are claustrophobic or simply appreciate open, comfortable spaces, this is definitely not the place for you. What shocked me the most was the overall atmosphere. Instead of feeling relaxed and welcomed, I felt uncomfortable, stressed, and disappointed from the moment I arrived. This was honestly the first place I have visited that left me feeling such a strong sense of anxiety and sadness. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe future guests should know that the reality of this location is very different from what is being advertised. I would not recommend it and would never return.

Reviewed May 19, 2026Los dos chicos que están allí son majísimos y nos ayudaron en todo. Siempre con una sonrisa y te atendían a todo lo que les preguntases. Nos dieron consejos de lugares que visitar y sitios que no aparecen en las guías y que son igualmente interesantes. El desayuno que sirven es completísimo y muy abundante y si quieres lo puedes tomar en la azotea. Tienes que saber que en las mezquitas hacen una oración cada 5 horas, por lo que en algún momento de la noche te despertarán. Aquí hay una mezquita cerca pero hay tantas por la ciudad que es imposible no estar cerca de alguna y para mi la ubicación que tiene es genial puesto que está cerca de todo y sin estar metido en el centro de la medina que hay mucho más ruido.

Vous vous retrouverez avec une chambre obscure au Rez de chaussée dont la micro fenêtre donne sur les tables du petit déjeuner. Malgré contestation « l’hôtelier » dont le professionnalisme est à démontrer ne vous proposera rien sinon cette chambre sans intérêt. Regardez bien les commentaires ils n’en sont pas à leur coup d’essai. Allez ailleurs c’est bien mieux et souvent moins cher
Rien. Encore une promesse alléchante sur le papier qui débouche sur une offre nulle et chère. Fuyez.

Nous avons été gênés par une forte odeur d’égouts durant le séjour. La literie n’était pas confortable. La chambre située au rez-de-chaussée donnait vraiment l’impression d’être dans une cave...aucune collation ou solution de dépannage n’a été proposée pendant le Ramadan.

Qué la puerta del baño no cerraba bien y olía regular en el baño. Estaba en la medina aunque un poco alejado de la poza jemma el fna, aunque así venía bien para recorrer toda la medina.

El chico que trabaja en la entrada nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos, nos dio desayuno para una excursión a las 7am, nos acompañó al transfer del aeropuerto a las 3am, nos aconsejó con los billetes… Fue encantador! El desayuno muy abundante y muy rico (también ponen tortilla francesa que no se ve en la foto)!!! La zona muy tranquila y el Riad está muy cerca de una calle principal, por lo que no te pierdes callejeando y es fácil volver.

The staff were extremely kind (special thanks to Ayoub) for being so helpful and welcoming, and the location in the Medina was perfect for exploring the city.

Der Hotelstandard ist entspricht wahrscheinlich nicht dem meisten europäischen, ist aber für Marokko sehr schön und vor allem sauber. Viele könnte auch der Weg zum Riad von der Hauptstraße verunsichern, aber er ist in der Nacht gut beleuchtet und die Anwohner nett. Die Lage ist super als Ausgangspunkt um sich sofort ins Getümmel zu stützen.

Reviewed Jan 27, 2026Super miejsce jak ktoś chce spać w ciszy w Medynie. Personel na 5* z plusem. Bardzo pomocni, dużo można było się dowiedzieć o kulturze. Samo miejsce bardzo czyste. Byliśmy w styczniu i tak w pokoju było ciepło dzięki klimatyzacji. W lato pewnie otwarty jest room bar także tylko dodaje klimatu temu miejscu. TV jest ale nie korzystaliśmy. MIejsce bardzo klimatyczne. Większość atrakcji 20-30 min na piechotę. Można szybciej, ale w Medynie jest dużo ludzi i ciekawostek więc się staje co chwile :) Polecam !

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans ce Riad idéalement situé au cœur du quartier très vivant de Mokef, en plein centre de la médina de Marrakech. Une fois passé le seuil, on découvre un lieu paisible, authentique, à l’ambiance calme et reposante. La terrasse offre un beau point de vue pour contempler le coucher du soleil au-dessus de la médina. Un immense merci à Ayoub et Youssef, deux jeunes hommes incroyablement gentils, dynamiques, serviables et très attentionnés. Leur bienveillance, leur ouverture d’esprit et leur disponibilité constante donnent une belle âme à ce jeune Riad et participent à faire de l’endroit un lieu encore plus chaleureux et accueillant. Un grand merci également à Hayat et Houda, les femmes de ménage, pour leur gentillesse et leur discrétion. Grâce à toute l’équipe, notre séjour a été confortable, agréable et marqué par de belles attentions. Marrakech est une ville pleine de contrastes et d’énergie, mais c’est au Riad Pourpre que nous avons trouvé un vrai havre de paix. Merci encore pour tout !

Petite piscine, petite bete sur le sol et lit, et attention aux arnaqueurs qui se font passer pour des travailleurs du riad en vous prennant vos valises, nous nous sommes fait agressé !

On recommande c’était une semaine merveilleuse. Riad propre et super accueillant.
