Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Das Zimmer war sehr grosszügig und mit einer ganzen Küche (!) sowie einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet, was ich bis jetzt in einem "Hotelzimmer" so noch nie gesehen habe. Auch die Aufteilung des Zimmers war super. Frühstück war grosszügig und ausgiebig. Service sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage super, gleich neben der Messe und dem Einkaufszentrum.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026The bed was comfortable and the room fairly large. The staff were nice and helpful. There is a very large shopping centre just around the corner with a supermarket inside.
The heating in the room did not work, the fixed telephone to call reception (yes, some hotels really do still have these!) did not work. The kitchen had the very bare minimum of utensils and plates. There was no breakfast bowl. There was not much lighting in the room. The hotel location is quite near to the main train station (around 10 minutes walk), which is not the best of locations in Frankfurt and is quite unsafe at night.

Fahrstuhlbedienung mit Karte: auf Anleitung im Fahrstuhl besser beschreiben, wie die Handhabung ist: erst Karte dran halten, dann Etage drücken oder umgekehrt oder erst Etage drücken, wenn Tür schließt …oder wie ist’s richtig Für Aufbettung auf Schlafcouch war nur eine zu kleineKinderdecke im normalen Bezug vorbereitet; Rezeption kümmerte sich, dauerte aber 20 Min und musste 2 mal kommen, da Verständigungsschwierigkeit sprachlich ( Bezug ist keine Decke)

Situat prop del centre de convencions, i amb un centre comercial al costat. En 5 minuts estàs a la Plaça de l'Ajuntament de Frankfurt; tot molt ben comunicat mitjançant tramvia i metro.

Beim Duschen wechselte dauernd das Wasser zwischen warm und kühl von alleine. Die Preise an dem Empfang sind schon unterirdisch Teuer.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026كانت اقامتنا ليلتين في الفندق، موقعة رائع جدا ويقع سكاي لاين مول خلف الفندق مباشرة. الموقف كانت التحدي الاكبر حيث تواصلت مع الفندق عند الحجز وابلغوني ان هناك مواقف في الفندق محدودة ويمكن الوقوف في مواقف المول المجاورة وقبل الوصول تم التاكيد على موضوع المواقف وكان الرد بانه لاتوجد مواقف متاحة. مواقف المول مناسبة جدا وآمنة لكن قيمتها 34 يورو في اليوم الواحد. كان حجزنا عبارة عن غرفتين متلاصقة مع الفطور. اليوم الاخير كان يوم احد والمانيا شبه مغلقة ايام الاحد حتى ابواب المول مغلقة. كان فيه تحدي كبير للوصول للسيارة في مواقف المول. الاستقبال كان رائع وكذلك الافطار والموقع متتاز جد. الجدير بالذكر ان هذه المنطقة القريبة من سكاي لاين مول فيها عدد ممتاز جدا من الفنادق المعروفة We stayed for two-nights at the hotel. Its location is wonderful, with Skyline Plaza mall located directly behind it. Parking was the biggest challenge; I had contacted the hotel when booking, and they informed me that on-site parking is limited and that we could park at the adjacent mall. Before arrival, I reconfirmed the parking situation and was told that no spaces were available. The mall parking is very convenient and secure, but it costs €34 per day. Our booking consisted of two adjoining rooms with breakfast included. The last day was a Sunday, and Germany is largely closed on Sundays—even the mall doors were locked—which made getting to our car in the mall parking lot a significant challenge. The reception staff was fantastic, the breakfast was great, and the location was excellent. It is worth noting that this area near Skyline Plaza features a very good selection of well-known hotels

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Das Hotel war sehr schön, das Zimmer geräumig und sehr sauber. Wir waren zu dritt dort und hatten genug Platz. Das Schlafzimmer war vom Wohnbereich (& damit der zweiten Schlafmöglichkeit) getrennt so hatte jeder seinen eigenen Bereich. Lediglich das Bad war angrenzend an das Schlafzimmer, weshalb man da durch muss sollte man ins Bad wollen. Das hat uns persönlich jedoch nicht gestört. Die Lage war für uns auch super, kommen gerne wieder. Wenn das Hauseigene Parkhaus voll ist, kann man einfach im benachbarten Skyline Plaza (Einkaufzentrum) Parken. 24/7 offen und preislich ist der maximale Tagessatz genau gleich wie im Hotel.

The oven was used from the previous stay and it hadn’t been cleaned and that’s why the room smelled like garlic. Also we found a cockroach in the bathroom. Other than that the room was clean. Also the third person sleeping on the couch could have been provided with a real pillow, not a square couch one.

Keine richtigen Vorhänge. Verdunkel das Fenster nur teilweise. Kücheneinrichtung war nicht saubergemacht. Wir müssten obwohl wir pünktlich zur Check in Zeit da waren fast 2h auf unser Zimmer warten. Sowas darf nicht passieren.

Rooms are not serviced everyday, so you have to go to reception to get toilet roll. The bar is not open all the time, we only saw it open at breakfast, but they have a stocked fridge in reception where you can buy drinks etc.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026The hotel was located near a shopping mall within walking distance (2 min). Breakfast was good but buffet arrangement was unusual. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
Our room (703) needs deep clean, maintenance, and renovation. 1) deep clean: Mirrors were smudged and chairs were heavily stained that we couldn’t sit on them. Hairdryer was extremely sticky and dirty, with strands of blonde hairs held together by a piece of sticky candy, you can’t imagine how disgusted I felt. Fortunately, I brought my own hairdryer with me. The shower floor needs good scrubbing. 2) maintenance: The washer dryer had a problem and caused electrical circuit shutdown in our room. Maintenance staff came right away to check it but couldn’t fix it. I understand that, but that’s not what we paid for. We were not compensated for it. 3) renovation: The shelf under the sink in the bathroom was left uninstalled and the wood was chipped.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Die Zimmer, das Frühstück war gut. Das Personal war soweit freundlich. Hotel ist gut gelegen und ruhig.
- Leider war die Bar nicht in Betrieb - Musste mehrmals nachfragen (Online und Mail) um die korrekt ausgestellten Rechnungen zu erhalten. War aber im akzeptablen Rahmen.

У нас не получилось отключить кондиционер и вечером дул холодный воздух, ночью кондиционер отключялся сам.

Reviewed Jun 14, 2026Very luxurious. My father was so delighted at the breakfast he couldn't stop smiling. Comfortable beds, nice shower. Right next to the new shopping mall.
They only clean the room every 3 days, so we had clutter of dishes, towels etc all over. Rather loud (it's downtown Frankfurt so to be expected). Not directly on a public transportation route, so you have to walk about 3 blocks to access the trolley. Not a very interesting location for restaurants or entertainment.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Bien situé, proche de tout, tram, commerce, restauration. Appartement propre, avec tout de disponibles. Parking d'un grand centre commercial juste derrière l. Hôtel à 200m. Possibilité de se garer dans la rue pour décharger la voiture.

Beim Check in um 22:30 am 8.5 habe ich die 2 Herren an der Rezeption gefragt wo wir (2 Frauen) noch was zu essen finden in der Nähe und deren Antwort war einfach, dass wir zum Hauptbahnhof fahren sollen😂 sorry aber jeder weiß, dass es dort nachts gefährlich ist wtf

Reviewed May 13, 2026From the moment we arrived, everything was excellent. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always happy to help. The room was spotless, spacious, modern, and extremely comfortable, making us feel at home straight away. One of the highlights was definitely the location. Being so close to Skyline Plaza Mall was incredibly convenient, with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and transport options nearby. It also made exploring Frankfurt very easy. The hotel itself had such a relaxing atmosphere, and every detail of our stay felt smooth and well-organized. Thank you for making our trip even more enjoyable. We are already looking forward to staying again on our next visit to Frankfurt!
