Il mangiare dozzinale, anche se sufficiente la qualità in generale è scarsa, soprattutto per noi italiani che siamo abituati a mangiare bene. Coca cola liofilizzata, panna vegetale di scarsa qualità, pasta immangiabile, alla fine avevi 100 pietanze diverse ma mangiavi sempre la stessa cosa

-Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno, od čistača i konobara do spasilaca na bazenima. -Cijeli resort je jako čist i stalno se održava. Čisti se tijekom cijelog dana, a i sobe su uredne i čiste. Radnici stvarno daju sve od sebe čak i po ogromnim vrućinama. Stvarno ogroman respekt za njih. -Možda random stvar za spomenuti, ali krevet je nevjerojatno udoban! :D -Soba je dobro opremljena. Maramice su uvijek dostupne, voda se nadopunjava svaki dan, a kave ima dovoljno. Ništa nam nije nedostajalo. -Iako sam dosta izbirljiva kad je hrana u pitanju, hrana nije bila ni približno loša koliko sam očekivala na temelju recenzija egipatskih resorta. Ne jedem meso, pa to ne mogu komentirati, no govedina koju je moja majka jela je navodno super.

-Jedini problem kod hrane mi je bio što većina jela ovdje nije imala nikakve oznake/nazive. Zbog toga nisam htjela riskirati s jelima za koja nisam bila sigurna što sadrže, čak i kada su možda postojale vegetarijanske opcije. Naravno, uvijek se može pitati osoblje, ali nije baš praktično to raditi za svako jelo. -Animacijski program nam nije bio nešto posebno. Izvođači su stvarno talentirani i neke stvari su jako impresivne, ali tijekom pojedinih nastupa dosta se ponavljaju slični pokreti i trikovi, pa nakon početnog wow efekta postane pomalo monotono. Također, mislim da bi više ljudi prisustvovalo ostalim sadržajima poput karaoka ili tečaja trbušnog plesa, kada se oni ne bi održavali na pozornici pred publikom. -Kod dugog bazena preko kojeg prolaze mostovi, na jednoj strani s ležaljkama nema konobara koji dolaze uzimati narudžbe ili donositi piće. Tijekom našeg boravka od osam dana konobara smo tamo vidjele tek zadnja dva dana, i to samo jednom ujutro. U ostalim dijelovima resorta konobari prolaze puno češće. -Od dodatnih usluga koristile smo samo beauty salon. Tretman nije bio ništa posebno za cijenu koju smo platile, oderali su nas haha. Također je zamjerka što tamo traže da se recenzija napiše odmah na licu mjesta, uz navođenje imena i broja sobe. To mi se ne čini baš smislenim, te je vrlo vjerojatno da recenzija zbog toga neće biti potpuno iskrena.

This wasy second time staying in the hotel and I absolutely loved it that much we have already booked it again next year already! The pool man Ahmed who is stationed at the biggest pool, that man is one of the hardest working men there. He couldn't do enough for us and was always so cheerful and pleasant he really made our stay extra nice and definitely deserves a raise!! The hotel, staff I.e Jackeline was amazing and so helpful. Everything about the hotel was perfect we couldn't fault anything at all honestly.

The water in our shower was a little cold but nothing too major.

La habitación estuvo muy bien y las piscinas muy relajadas excepcional ,el gimnasio también me gustó mucho con los snack de las piscinas.....

La playa no me gustó mucho porque había que caminar mucho dentro del agua para bañarse pero son cosas de la naturaleza 🏞️

The atmosphere and the animation are very professional specially paolo and alberto and rahma fantastic job but the reception and the security they are not helpful at all I had a problem with the security for no reason asking about my room number everyday although am wearing my bracelet really stupid mentality and when I raise the problem to the reception they didn't do anything and the same man next day do the same and also I was coming back from outside with my friends and they keep watching me when I enter the hotel and they send 3 security after me inside the hotel to watch me ... really it will be the last time to visit such a place it's disappointed that this hotel 5 start and they hired people with no experience or how to deal with V.I.P guest they makes me uncomfortable..

We kregen een kamerupgrade, hierdoor een erg ruime en mooie kamer. Het hotel ziet er leuk uit. Er is een zwembad met poolbar en daar heb je leuke muziek. De overige zwembaden zijn wat rustiger. Vanwege de uitstraling het hotel geboekt, maar voor service en luxe raad ik andere hotels in Hurghada aan.

Buffetrestaurant valt echt heel erg tegen, weinig keuze en tafels worden maar 1x ingedekt. Kom je wat later is het buffet leeg. Bij de snackbar kun je hamburgers en pizza eten, dit is echt een aanrader ipv het buffet restaurant. Let op dat je moet bijbetalen voor wifi op de kamer als je dit belangrijk vindt.

1-The room was incredible. 2-The animation team was excellent.

For a 5-star hotel, the guest welcome experience needs improvement. I also found it strange that a coffee machine was provided in the room while the coffee capsules were charged separately. If the capsules are not complimentary, it would be better not to provide the machine. Additionally, the shower cabin was leaking, causing water to spill outside onto the bathroom floor.

A little far from main city plus beach is very shallow until you walk past the coral.

J’ai adoré cet hôtel. Le style et la décoration de l’hôtel dépayse totalement. La piscine est sublime est tellement grande. Le buffet est plutôt bon comparé à d’autres.

Malheureusement, un chat a été retrouvé empoisonné, souffrant le martyr juste devant notre chambre. J’espère juste que cela n’est pas volontaire de la part de l’hôtel. Le personnel n’était pas très réactif.

Have stayed here twice and had a fabulous time. I love the pools. Our room was fabulous which I believe was a studio absolutely huge with big corner sofa. Stunning beach. Great staff

L’hôtel est plus jolie en vrai que sur les photos, le service été au top. Les animations étaient très diversifiées. Nous n’avons pas eu le temps de nous ennuyer. Nous avons adorée la nourriture, c’était un thème différent chaque jours, c’est qui permettait de varier les repas. Les chambres et l’hôtel en général sont vraiment propres.

Trop de personnes nous proposant des activités type balade en cheval, tatouage, photo, au bord de la piscine ce qui nous embêtait un peu.

Night events are nice ... reparative, but killing the time.

- ​The Room: We were placed right next to an active construction zone. Laborers were constantly moving heavy materials up and down the same ladders guests were using, which felt unsafe. The room itself was very basic, poorly decorated, and stocked with cheap amenities like towels and shampoo. - ​The Food: Absolutely terrible. The buffet was repetitive, with almost the exact same options every day. Worse, I got severely SICK from the food and had to take strong antibiotics to recover - and this isn't my first visit to hurghada and never got sick before. - ​Service: While some staff were fine, some reception members were incredibly rude during checkout and showed zero professionalism in how they speak to guests. - ​Final: I will not be returning unless nothing else is available. This hotel is a 3rd or 4th priority choice at best.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Caves Hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of our visit. The room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view that made our stay even more special. Everything was spotless and well maintained, which helped us feel relaxed and at home throughout our stay. What impressed us the most was the staff. Everyone was friendly, polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality and professionalism made our experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere of the hotel is unique, cozy, and peaceful, making it a perfect place for couples looking to relax and spend quality time together. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be visiting again in the future. Highly recommended!

The only area that could be improved is the attitude of some of the chefs in the restaurant, particularly at the meat station. While the food itself was good, some interactions felt a bit unfriendly and unwelcoming. At times, the service came across as somewhat abrupt, which made the dining experience less comfortable than it could have been. A warmer, more welcoming approach from the chefs would greatly enhance the overall guest experience and make visitors feel more relaxed and appreciated while enjoying their meals. Other than that, everything was excellent, and my wife and I had a very enjoyable stay.

It's only one elevator for one building, so the guests in other buildings have to go up on stairs

The hotel style is really cool, the caves buildings are really unique, all the staff are so nice and polite, also all bar men are professional, the animation are so good and do fun activities and shows. The food quality is good and rooms are clean. All facilities are well maintained.

My experience at the hotel was disappointing. The staff appeared unfriendly and rarely smiled or engaged warmly with guests. Additionally, I encountered a lizard on the ceiling of my room, which was quite concerning. When I reported the issue, the hotel staff responded by spraying a strong insecticide in the room, leaving an overwhelming odor. I requested to be moved to another room due to the smell, but my initial request was immediately declined, with staff stating that no rooms were available. However, after further discussion, they were able to provide an alternative room, which made me question why the request was denied in the first place.

Rezeption sehr nett. Hotel sehr außergewöhnlich in seiner Form. Nicht so riesiges Hotel Die Massagen im Spa sensationell! Es hat uns trotz der kleinen Mängel gut gefallen.

Schlange stehen an der Bar und am Buffet. Essen nicht abwechslungsreich. Klimaanlage im Zimmer sehr laut, funktionierte aber sehr gut. Beautysalon eine Katastrophe! Pedicure 2x machen lassen, hoffentlich entzündet sich nichts, Nagellack sehr schlecht augetragen, trotz Beschwerde kein Geld zurück. Viiiiiel zu teuer in unserem Fall. WiFi nicht im Zimmer, nur gegen Gebühr und der öffentliche stürzte andauernd ab...

Prachtig en apart ontworpen. Ik was al in Maart dit jaar geweest met mijn oudste zoon en vond dat mijn man dit ook moest ervaren. Die was er ook erg van onder de indruk. Erg smaakvol eten en op het moment van laatste verblijf is er een heel groot terras extra aangelegd met ligbedden, waardoor je zo in een soort van riviertje onder brugjes kan zwemmen. Erg verrassend en niet onbelangrijk, je kunt er staan maar ook goed zwemmen. Ik schat dat het ongeveer 1.60 m diep is. Je hebt dus drie verschillende mogelijkheden in verschillende stijlen om te zwemmen/zonnen

Wat voor ons een nadeel is dat de zee niet te belopen is i.v.m. er oud koraal ligt. Zelfs met waterschoenen is het best linke soep. Als je valt lig je open. De zee is wel prachtig blauw en het strand heel fijn om te liggen.

Start from reception staff wasn't welcoming, moody faces,we been told 2pm that lunch is finished ,and we came hungry .Thick plastic cups make hotel worth 2* very few staff was helpfull . Rest was talking behind my back ,keep watching and talking about me and my egyptian husband. Entertainment poor also to sit on the beach chairs to watch it is not the best option. Hotel full of drunk english people,i would say this hotel for basic or low need people. Price way too high for this quality hotel and services u getting. Drinks are hortible, food edible .compared with any other hotel in Hurghada,this is the worst iv been. If u late to check out u have to pay extra every 2 h 60$,then 80$ its nonsense, all hotels allow stay till 12 in the night free of charge. 2bottles of water per day for 1room. First time i hear this ! Disco that good that is always empty. Pools stink of chlorine badly. Will never come back 100%!

I liked the look

The staff is insufficient; there's only one waiter on the beach and one at the pool in each area. This means we have to wait a long time to get a drink. The hot water in the bathroom was very weak, and I asked them for help, but it wasn't fixed.

Superbe décor avec beaucoup de piscines tout autour. Ambiance « Flintstones» c’est top. Chambre très propre et parfaitement décorée. Le buffet est varié et de très bonne qualité.

L’établissement devrait noter : « pas de réservation pour les chaises longues » comme dans certains hôtels. La plupart mettent leurs linges dessus dès le matin et ne sont même pas présents pour en profiter pendant la journée.

The staff were very friendly, and the place was nicely relaxed.

During our stay at the hotel, both my wife and I became unwell with symptoms including diarrhoea, nausea, stomach pain, dizziness, and feeling faint. Eating seemed to worsen things rather than help, and we felt extremely weak and unable to function normally. We very nearly required hospital care and struggled to make our journey home. Five weeks later, we are still undergoing medical tests to understand the cause of these ongoing symptoms. While at the hotel, we also spoke to several other guests who mentioned they were experiencing similar issues during their stay. For context, we are generally very health-conscious and have never experienced anything like this before. We wouldn't recommend booking the spa. The guy told us it was only 50% refundable AFTER taking our money, and then they cancelled repeatedly and offered us next door instead, which we didn't want.

Hotel is lovely, exceptional clean, staff are very good and work lots of hours. The rooms are very nice and the maid was excellent. My 2 gripes about the hotel are, 1. Service is very poor fir drinks at the 2 bars and very poor at Betty's bar at lunchtime. You queue for a good 5 mins for a drink to be told, they will bring it to you, then you wait an extra 10 minutes for the drink to arrive. The day time music is extremely loud, you just cant relax and only 1 waiter brining drinks for the whole pool area. Lots of older people saying the hotel is certainly not for them. Other than that the hotel is really good.
