There really wasn't anything not to.like. It was really that good.

La ubicación es genial. Está en pleno paseo marítimo y al lado de los bares y chiringuitos, pero no se escucha ruido. Y las vistas al mar con la terraza es un lujo.

Por la mañana demasiado sol en la terraza, nos faltó un toldo o algo de sombra para poder disfrutar de la terraza en el desayuno. Estuvimos en el apartamento 29 y en el baño olía muchísimo a desagüe, un olor muy desagradable y muy fuerte. Pagamos mas por estar frente al mar, y no nos aceptaron un cambio de apartamento. Vinieron a "arreglarlo", pero seguía oliendo mal. Eso nos fastidió mucho la estancia.

The apartment building’s location was fantastic - just a one-minute walk from the beach. The swimming pool is also right next to the entrance, with sunbeds and umbrellas available. The kitchen is quite comfortable for cooking. Besides, all rooms have a lovely terrace (we had a sea view). The apartment also had enough space for three people to stay comfortably for a couple of days. The shower was spacious, and the soap smelled really nice:) Some nice (and big!) supermarkets are nearby - Aldi and Mercadona. Lidl is a little further away, along the same road.

Although the kitchen was generally well-equipped and comfortable to cook in, a few useful essentials, such as a cutting board, a kitchen spatula, etc., were missing, so we purchased them ourselves. Apart from that, some areas of the bathroom already seem to need repainting or touch-ups, particularly around the peeling parts of the mirror and shower. It would also be very helpful to have a door handle on the outside of the balcony door, as it would make it much easier to open the door while sitting on the terrace. The beach is really narrow and not the best in general:(

Ligging is goed, aan zijstraat boulevard. Appartement is (simpel) opgeknapt. Schoonmaak was goed en de dames erg aardig.

Ik had appartement met (zij)zeezicht geboekt volgens de website. Helaas geen zeezicht mogelijk te zien als je op het balkon zit. Pas als je over de balkonrand (van zijbalkon) gaat hangen 'met gevaar voor eigen leven', kan je een glimp van de zee opvangen. (zie foto) Dit had niet zo verkocht moeten worden op de website! Ik probeerde mijn teleurstelling uit te spreken naar de baliemedewerker, maar helaas deed hij erg onverschillig en chagrijnig. En vond dat ik prima uitzicht had. Ik probeerde hem uit te leggen dat mijn appartement volledig gelegen was aan een drukke weg en er niets van de omschrijving klopte. Maar daar haalde hij heel onsympathiek zijn schouders voor op. Verder kon hij het overigens niet opbrengen om te vragen of ik een goede vlucht had gehad, na mijn late aankomst. Of alles verder naar wens was en de rest van de week niet opbrengen om gewoon gedag te zeggen bij binnenkomst van de gasten. Erg ongastvrij. Deze man moet nodig een cursus; 'hoe om te gaan met gasten' krijgen. Onder mijn appartement zat een cafe, dat vanaf 8:00 's ochtends tot 23:30u in de avond muziek draaide, wat doorbonkte (de bass) in het appartement. Het appartement is prima opgeknapt maar kan zeker onderhoud gebruiken (keuken) en goede isolatie. Als de buren thuiskwamen, had je het idee of ze bij je de slaapkamer inliepen. Tip; vergeet je oordoppen niet als je hier slaapt.

Sofa zum Schlafen war für zwei unbequem

Aussicht Top - allererste Strandlage Personal sehr nett, fußläufig alles erreichbar. Self Check In zur späten Stunde funktioniert auch wunderbar. Direkt am Hotel sind zwei Restaurants. Das bekommt man aber oben drüber gar nicht mit.

Man muss etwas Geduld haben bei der Parkplatzsuche. Teilweise muss man echt weit laufen. Im Bad müssten die Armaturen erneuert werden, es ist schon ziemlich verrostet und wackelig. Klima ist sehr laut Allgemein ist die Unterkunft sehr hellhörig

Położenie. Bardzo blisko komunikacji miejskiej, plaży, restauracji. Dosłownie 2 kroki.

Najmniej podobał mi się basen, był czysty, były leżaki ale był też stosunkowo mały.

The apartment is very good and clean.

The level of noise and disturbance is unacceptable. We couldn't sleep at all. The accupants of the apartment next to ours have been a nightmare.

Plaja este foarte aproape, la fel si restaurantele, terasele sau alte locuri de vizitat. Cu putin noroc, dar am avut intotdeauna, se gaseste si loc de parcare pentru cei care ajung la locatie cu masina inchiriata. Este a doua oara cand ma cazez aici. De regula nu ma intorc in acelasi loc. Probabil va fi si o a treia oara.

Timpul incepe sa isi spuna cuvantul si structura ar avea nevoie in 2-3 ani de o renovare. Sunt convins ca proprietarii au deja in perspectiva acest lucru.

Brak miejsca do parkowania. Na głównej stronie na Booking jest informacja o dostępnym parkingu, a w rzeczywistości potrzeba mnóstwo czasu aby znaleźć miejsce na publicznym parkingu. Parking to był jeden z głównych filtrów przy wyszukiwaniu. Nie wybrałbym tego obiektu, gdybym wiedział jak jest w rzeczywistości. Długie poszukiwanie lub parkowanie daleko o apartamentu. Apartament nie przystosowany aby przygotowywać posiłki, brak nawet deski do krojenia. Czystość łazienki pozostawia sporo do życzenia.

Location and friendly staff. Self check-in was quick. They offered cleaning every other day.

Pictures and the reviews set expectations high, but in reality at least for me, i found the property significantly overrated. The 1 bedroom is small for a family of 4. Toilet had mold and rust on all the taps, shower heads and had a bad smell. Pillows had a mold smell. Beds were uncomfortable, pillows were too hard. Shower and sink were clogged when we arrived. You could hear everything in the rooms next to you!

Acabamos de pasar unos días en los Apartamentos Ses Roquetes y no podemos estar más contentos con la experiencia. La ubicación es simplemente inmejorable: salir del apartamento y tener la playa prácticamente a tus pies es un auténtico lujo. Además, está muy cerca de restaurantes, tiendas y del paseo marítimo, por lo que apenas necesitas coger el coche. La ubicación es uno de sus puntos fuertes. El apartamento estaba impecable, muy limpio, moderno y perfectamente equipado para pasar unos días con total comodidad. La terraza con vistas al mar ha sido, sin duda, nuestro rincón favorito para desayunar y relajarnos al atardecer. Destacamos también la amabilidad del personal y la tranquilidad del alojamiento, pese a estar en una zona con mucho ambiente. En definitiva, una relación calidad-precio excelente y un sitio al que volveríamos sin pensarlo dos veces.

Nothing loved it

El apartamento está muy bien en general, muy limpio y cómodo. La situación próximo a la playa, inmejorable. Tranquilidad absoluta, no se oye ningún ruido. El personal, excelente.

La piscina es muy pequeña y es imposible coger una hamaca porque hay contadas. El ascensor también me parece demasiado pequeño, no entran ni 3 personas con sus maletas.

La ubicacion, el mar en primera linea, la limpieza y la buena equipacion del apartamento en general.

El sofa cama el colchon era demasiado blando.

Alquilamos 4 noches para 4 adultos . El apartamento es muy muy pequeño para 4 personas. Dos tenían que dormir en un sofá con un colchón muy muy incómodo. No lo recomiendo

Umuligt finde en p plads . Efter halv time parkeret nærmere Son Baulo Besvær v indcheckning … andre havde også problemer m kort Ingen vand på værelse eller mulighed for at købe v ankomst. Ikke engang en automat i lobby. Mega hedt at ankomme kl 1-2 om natten og værelse er 30 g .At betale 2000kr for en nat føles så forkert.

Понравилось расположение здания. Стильный холл, аккуратный бассейн, шезлонги, душ. У бассейна можно купить напитки прямо из соседнего кафе. На этом достоинства заканчиваются.

Основная претензия к чистоте. Апартаменты откровенно "уставшие". Нам досталось помещение над какой-то вытяжкой на первом этаже - периодически преследовал неприятный запах то ли с кухни, то ли со склада ресторана внизу. В самих комнатах грязные стены и двери (я приложу фотографии). Кто и как моет посуду (ПММ в апартах нет) непонятно, потому что при заезде нас встретили столовые приборы со следами пищи предыдущих гостей. Мебель на балконе тоже пришлось отмыть от пыли самостоятельно. Сейф не работал, а так как найти какого-либо сотрудника здесь можно только утром, его смогли отремонтировать только на другой день к обеду. Check-in происходит через некий аппарат, со сканированием документов, вводом различных данных. Троим долго. И просто песня - заявленная уборка. По факту через день, в промежуточный день предусмотрен вынос мусора и смена полотенец по требованию. И если в других местах этот сервис происходит практически незаметно, то здесь сотрудницы появлялись на этаже к полудню, непременно вдвоём или втроём, с музыкой и разговорами. От уборки в два часа дня в экстремально жаркие дни приходилось иногда отказываться. А какой "чистоты" приносили полотенца я тоже покажу на фотографии. В целом, это не те сервис и уровень чистоты, которые ждёшь за три сотни евро в день.

Great location, practically right on the beach. Daily cleaning. The highlight of our apartment was the huge 30-square-meter terrace featuring a double canopy bed that provided shade all day long. There are restaurants on the ground floor of the building, and shops are nearby.

Super lokalita přímo ve městě a jen pár kroků od pláže. Měli jsme ložnici zvlášť oddělenou od obývací části, ložnice mela vlastní balkon se sušákem.

Na první pohled je apartmán hezky zařízen, na druhý pohled ale uvidíte oprýskaný nábytek a kuchyň, rezavé baterie v koupelně, koupelna mohla být lépe vyčištěná, především sprchový kout. Chybělo nám některé ubytování v kuchyni, jako například prkénko. Při příjezdu jsme měli problém s check-inem, udělali jsme ho pres samoobslužné buňky, ale nedostali jsme kartu od pokoje, museli jsme volat a zjišťovat jak se ke kartě dostaneme, naštěstí nám s tímto postupem pomohli jiní hosté, kterým se stalo totéž.

Es war direkt am Strand, und du hattest alles in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Das Apartment entsprach leider nicht dem, was ich auf den Bildern gesehen hatte. Die große Terrasse mit Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang war nicht vorhanden, und in meiner Schlafzimmer gab es keinen Fernseher. Ansonsten war alles sehr gut.

Very friendly staff, in front of the beach, lot of restaurants/bars/shops nearby, everything is great. Rooms are spacious enough, we are a family of 4 and we had enough place. All super!☺️

Visto il prezzo mi aspettavo un appartamento più grande e pulito.. balcone veramente inutile (piccolo e senza ombrellone quindi impossibile stare fuori con il caldo che faceva)

Апартаменты созданы на короткое пребывания, кухня есть, но она настолько минимальная, что больше некуда. Ремонт наверное делали недавно, но сильно сэкономили, так как полки в кухне просто разваливаются, их невозможно открыть. А вот ванная комната в принципе в порядке, хотя подсветка в зеркале уже не работает.

Рядом прямо море, но это самый ужасный пляж, который мы видели на Майорке. Лучше ехать дальше в Алькудию и наслаждаться там бирюзовой водой, а здесь просто всё в водорослях и в воде много камней.

Appartamento in una posizione davvero stupenda, fronte mare con ben 2 balconi. Piscina piccolina e con poche sdraio e sedute, ma piacevole fare un bagno al rientro dalla spiaggia. Parcheggio facile da trovare nelle vie adiacenti al residence.

La dimensione dell'appartamento è un po' piccola per un'occupazione di 4 persone. Predisporrei qualche pentola in più. Noi abbiamo mangiato quasi sempre fuori, ma se avessi dovuto cucinare un po' di più lo spazio anche solo per lavare piatti e pentole sarebbe stato proprio risicato.

La limpieza dejaba bastante que desear… tanto en el baño, como en la habitación, además que uno de los edredones aunque aparentemente había sido lavado tenía manchas visibles de sangre. El grifo de la ducha no funcionaba correctamente.La cocina sí que disponía de utensilios pero necesitaban ser renovados.

È sicuramente un'ottima location per chi non mangia quasi mai lì ma fuori, in caso contrario l'appartamento necessita di alcune cose da comprare come le cialde per la macchinetta del caffè o semplici tovaglioli.

Todo fue excepcional, desde las instalaciones, los servicios hasta el trato del personal. Cabe destacar la ubicación privilegiada frente al mar y la enorme terraza del apartamento. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

Super Apartament. Świetna lokalizacja. Przy samej plaży. Blisko bary, piekarnie, sklepy i kawiarnie. Na dole w budynku fantastyczna restauracja LUNITA, którą koniecznie trzeba odwiedzić. Z balkonu piękne widoki. Do dyspozycji nieduży basen, leżaki przy basenie, winda. Apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, codziennie sprzątany. Doskonałe WiFi. Super pomocny personel.Byłem tam kolejny raz i napewno tam wrócę.

Szuper elhelyezkedés, gyönyörű volt a kilátás! Közelben rengeteg étterem, bolt van! A pótágy nem a legkényelmesebb, de abszolút vállalható!

Egyes esetekben több kört is kellett tennünk, míg találtunk parkolóhelyet (június első hete)

Perfekte Lage am "ruhigen" Ende von Can Picafort. Sofort am Strand. Sauberer Pool. Unser Appartement (21) hat 2 separate große Terrassen...

Wir hatten einen E-Mietwagen. An der Unterkunft gab es gar keine Lademöglichkeiten und in Can Picafort nur sehr eingeschränkte Lademöglichkeiten. Die Hälfte der Ladestationen funktionierte gar nicht, der Rest hat nicht ansatzweise die angezeigten kWh geschafft

La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la playa y de los servicios de la zona. El apartamento estaba limpio, bien equipado y con unas vistas muy bonitas. El proceso de check-in fue sencillo y la comunicación con el alojamiento fue rápida y amable. En general, tuvimos una estancia cómoda y agradable.
