Нам дуже сподобався цей готель! ❤️ Залишилися надзвичайно приємні враження від усього нашого перебування. Дуже смачна та різноманітна їжа, чудове розташування недалеко від моря, гарний вид із готелю та комфортні номери. Особливо хочеться відзначити чистоту, чудове обслуговування та надзвичайно привітний і уважний персонал. Відчувається, що тут усе організовано на дуже високому рівні й справді піклуються про гостей. Щиро дякуємо за прекрасний відпочинок! Обов’язково будемо рекомендувати цей готель друзям і з великим задоволенням повернулися б сюди ще раз. ❤️

Єдине, що нам не дуже сподобалося, — це додаткові платежі за чайник та пляжні рушники. За чайник, який можна взяти на рецепції, потрібно залишити заставу 5 € та додатково заплатити 10 € за користування. Для нас це було незвично й дещо незрозуміло. Щодо пляжних рушників: потрібно залишити заставу 10 €, а за кожне прання рушника додатково сплачувати 1 €. З такою системою ми зіткнулися вперше і вважаємо її дещо незвичною для готелю такого рівня.

Por decir algo, se oye mucho cuando los demás residentes entran y salen de la habitación y la presión de la ducha que apenas tenía y cuesta lavarse el pelo.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal im JS Yate (2025 und 2026) und sind begeistert, wie sehr sich das Hotel beim Service nochmals gesteigert hat. Das gesamte Team ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Restaurantleiter und ihr Team – alles ist bestens organisiert, sauber und das Essen abwechslungsreich und lecker. Ein besonderes Lob auch an den Frühstückskoch für die frisch zubereiteten Omeletts, Eierspeisen und Pancakes. Auch an der Rezeption wird man immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit empfangen. Am Pool findet man gut einen Platz und alles ist sehr gepflegt. Insgesamt herrscht im ganzen Hotel eine wunderbar entspannte und angenehme Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns wieder sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Der einzige Punkt, den wir verbessern würden, ist die Dusche. Der Wasserdruck ist leider sehr schwach und die Temperatur schwankt teilweise sehr schnell zwischen kalt und heiß. Gerade nach einem Strandtag ist es dadurch schwierig, den Sand richtig abzuduschen. Vielleicht gibt es hier eine Möglichkeit zur Verbesserung. Beim Essen würden wir uns außerdem teilweise etwas mehr Würze wünschen. Die Auswahl ist wirklich gut und abwechslungsreich, geschmacklich ist vieles jedoch eher neutral gehalten. Natürlich ist das auch Geschmackssache – ein wenig mehr Würze würde das ansonsten gute Essen für uns noch abrunden.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura 7 notti con la formula mezza pensione. Lo staff super disponibile e presente ad ogni esigenza. La nostra camera era spaziosa e con balcone ad angolo, le pulizie sono state svolte ogni giorno, al nostro rientro la camera era sempre profumata e ordinata. La struttura si trova a pochi metri dal lungo mare di Can Picafort, mare splendido. Facilmente raggiungibile a piedi la fermata per il bus che porta ad Alcudìa. Zona tranquilla e lontana dal caos, adatta per chi ha necessità di rilassarsi. La colazione era continentale quindi adatta a tutti e a tutte le esigenze con qualche opzione vegan. La cena era servita a buffet e ogni sera si aggiungeva qualche elemento “a tema” es: orientale, american ecc.. di base c’era sempre riso, verdure da condire, formaggi, carne o pesce cotto al momento, pane, salse e dolci .

Nel complesso è stato tutto piacevole, sarebbe stato ottimo avere la tv smart in modo da poter guardare anche qualcosa nella propria lingua e non sono spagnolo e tedesco.

Sehr zentrale Lage, viele Shops in der Nähe und nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Strand. Das Personal war äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit.

No tuve tiempo de disfrutar las instalaciones del hotel.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Strand 100m entfernt. Die Zimmer sind sauber, schön eingerichtet und das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch das freundliche Personal.

Relativ neues Hotel mit guter Klimaanlage Nur wenige Schritte zur langen Strandpromenade. Sehr freundliches Personal Schöner Pool 8:00-19:00 Balkone mit Garten- oder Poolblick.

Kleines Zimmer und sehr kleines Bad. Keine Doppelbetten verfügbar. Die Lücke zwischen den Einzelbetten wurde zwar mit einer Auflage überbrückt, aber die Betten hatten unterschiedliche Höhen und machten Geräusche.. Die Beutzungsgebühr für den Zimmersafe betrug 4,50 Euro pro Tag.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και μια κοπέλα από την ρεσεψιόν ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική.

Το τζακουζι δεν λειτουργούσε,η σάουνα επίσης ήταν παρατημένη.Το προσωπικό στη ρεσεψιόν ένας από αυτούς μας κοιτούσε πολύ περίεργα.Το προσωπικό του σέρβις τραγικό.Μολις πήγε 11 και έκλεισε ο μπουφές έκλεισαν και τα φώτα σαν να ήθελαν να μας διώξουν.Καθομουν μέσα στο εστιατόριο και ήθελα να βλέπω το ματς και οι σερβιτόροι καθόντουσαν από έξω ακριβώς μπροστά μου.Επερναν τα πιάτα επειδή βιαζοντουσαν να κλείσουν.Επισης το φαγητό αρκετά μέτριο,άδειο,κρύο,πολύ ώρα τα φαγητά χωρίς φρεσκάρισμα.Πολυ μέτρια εμπειρία.Επισης είχαμε ζητήσει ένα μεγάλο ενιαίο κρεβάτι και δεν μας εξυπηρέτησαν ποτέ.

Das Personal war überwiegend freundlich Management sehr zurückhaltend

Bei der Anreise wollte man trotzder Halbpension 10 ,00€ pro Person für ein Frühstück wir haben gerne verzichtet. Am Pool durfte man nur Getränke und Snacks aus dem Hotel verzehren Grundsätzlich okay aber nicht wenn man nur ein paar Nüsse von der Anreise verzehren wollte. Man wurde direkt unfreundlich darauf angesprochen dieses zu unterlassen. Wenn man sein Pooltuch tauschen wollte kostete es 1,00€ extra und noch einiges mehr....

Moderní hotel. Pokoj byl čistý a útulný, jen manželská postel trochu užší. Vynikající snídaně a večeře. Bazén a prostředí kolem něj naprosto dokonalé. Velmi milý a přátelský personál. Pláž pár kroků od hotelu. Místo na parkování se vždy dalo najít kolem v ulicích.

Great hotel! We stayed here in late June 2026 with our child. - The location is superb—a 5-minute walk from the beach - The rooms were very clean, and housekeeping came every day. - Breakfast and dinner were magnificent; the buffet offers an unlimited selection of dishes. Dinner for 20 euros per person is well worth the money—in a café, you’d only get one dish for that price - The nearby beach is simply magnificent: clean sand and crystal-clear turquoise water. - There’s a small playground in the courtyard. - The pool is excellent; there’s even a kids’ pool. - A large Aldi grocery store is a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

My only minor complaint is that the hotel doesn’t have a water dispenser, so you have to buy water on your own. But that’s not a big deal.

Nettes Personal , gutes Essen

Der Empfang war nicht so nett, hatten ein 3-Bett - Zimmer reserviert und bekamen ein Zweibettzimmer 🫣🫣🫣 Der Urlaub fing damit nicht gut an 🫣 DieHotelmanagerin wollte uns am Anfang in ein anderes Hotel geben, dann wollte sie uns Geld zurückgeben und wir sollten uns neue Unterkunft suchen / so etwas geht gar nicht . Danach wurde uns angeboten , das sie uns in das kleine zweitzimmer ein drittes zusatzbett reinstellen und 2 Tage später bekommen wir ein Dreibettzimmer . Dieses Angebot nahmen wir dann an und 1 Stunde später bekamen wir auf einmal doch gleich ein Dreibettzimmer . Solch ein Fehler sollte einfach nicht passieren , der erste Tag war gelaufen , weil überhaupt nicht auf uns Rücksicht genommen wurde 🫣

Location is very good - near the beach, not far from the supermarket. Staff was friendly, food was delicious, good variety of options. Hotel was tidy with enough spaces to hang around and spend time.

I think it goes without saying to provide free drinking water both in the hotel and during dinner - sadly, there wasn't. If you wanted to have it - you needed to buy it. I'm not asking for free drinks but in my opinion water should be available in all cases. So I call it a big drawback. A little drawback is that there is no parking so you need to leave your car somewhere around on the streets which are quite busy. Also it's a pity that shower stream in the room was very weak so it made it harder to take a proper shower. Only one sauna of the two was working and not all buttons in jacuzzi were working too - it should be fixed.

Diria que todo, gente muy humana, comida buena, instalaciones super y antes de marcharnos nos dejaron un espacio para cambiarnos.

2021 után visszatértünk ebbe a remek szállodába. A szoba es a szálloda kényelme es tisztasága kifogastalan volt. A szemelyzet mosolygós baratsagos, segítőkész. Még találkozunk!

Viešbutis erdvus ir tvarkingas. Personalas labai draugiškas ir paslaugus. Kambariai tvarkomi kiekvieną dieną. Maisto didelis pasirinkimas restorane.

Plaukų džiovintuvas pritvirtintas vonios kambaryje po kriaukle ir jo laidas vos tempiasi. Labai buvo nepatogu atsisėdus ant tualeto džiovinti plaukus.

Hotel bardzo ladny, pokoje nowoczesne. Bardzo czysto. Obsluga hotelu bardzo mila i pomocna. Rozmawiaja w kilku jezykach, personel restauracji bardzo dbal o gosci. Wszystkie puste talerze byly na bierzaco zabierane. Piekna , piaszczysta plaza zaledwie 4 min od hotelu. Wystepy muzykow live niesamowite. Jedzenie mogloby byc lepsze, ale kazdy znalazl cos dla siebie. Ogolnie nie ma sie do czego przyczepic. Hotel godny polecenia.

Food was very good, variety of healthyveggie/meaty things for dinner, I would offer water for free, because you pay for drinks which are not cheap. Breakfast buffet was great, there is everything you need and more. Coffee was decent as well as the smoothies and juices. Room was clean and neat, pools are nice, as well as the hotel itself looks very modern and cozy.

Mattraces were not in best condition, you felt after few hours at night that you sleep in the hole. A bit cold water in the pool for children, a bit slower check-in (even after check-in time).

Hemos estado muy a gusto en el hotel. Solicitamos una cama de matrimonio y nos la concedieron, detalle que agradecemos mucho. El ambiente era muy tranquilo y los clientes muy educados, algo que valoramos especialmente. La comida nos pareció muy variada y buena. Además, el hotel estaba muy limpio, igual que la habitación, que era amplia y con buen baño. También queremos destacar la amabilidad de la recepcionista mallorquina.

Lo único no tan bueno fue que tuvimos que esperar un poco para que la habitación estuviera lista, pero la recepcionista nos invitó a una copa de cava y al final todo fue muy agradable.

Agréable hôtel avec personnel très sympathique. Chambre propre, bien équipée. Buffet petit dejeuner et dîner bien varié avec plage horaire étendue. Aucun problème de stationnement à proximité de l'hôtel en hors saison. Tarif très abordable en demi pension pour 3 personnes. Petit + : une grande terrasse avec bain de soleil

Todo en general, limpieza, comididad cama, ducha, calidad en la comida, hospitalidad i atención de todo el parsonal, lastima de no disponer de mas dias.

Reserve hotel con media pension i cenando tuve la necesidad de beber agua, muy atentamente me explicaron que las bebidas se tenian de pagar aparte. Opino que existen maquinas de osmosis de flujo directo, instaladas ya no en hoteles, si no en simples comercios, ferreterias, supermercados, e incluso en fabricas para el propio personal, etc... Estas maquinas han mejorado muchisimo i casi no desechan agua, en comparacion con las antiguas. Creo que deberian considerar instalar estas maquinas, para primero dar un servicio al cliente i segundo estar al dia en maquinaria de las intalaciones.

El hotel en general está muy bien y el buffet de la cena me encantó.

El horario del spa es muy limitado. Podría ampliarse un poco.

Lo mejor del hotel es su personal, amable y profesional, desde recepcion, hasta personal de comedor pasando por limpieza. Todos de 10. La comida estaba muy rica y el poder pedir platos al momento es un acierto.

Algunos horarios están pensados para turismo extranjero pero entiendo que son la mayoría, por lo que toca adaptarse. Por la zona hay muchos hoteles y en temporada alta tiene que ser un poco agobiante.

Habitación cómoda y buen desayuno, la zona de spa pese a ser pequeña buena.

Alle Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich! Insgesamt ein schönes, modernes Hotel. Nah an Supermärkten, Restaurants und Cafés. Der Strand ist in Sichtweite, in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Parken in den umliegenden Straßen ist kostenfrei möglich. Das Frühstück ist gut, ab und zu auch abwechslungsreich, keine Besonderheiten (vegan o. Ä.). Je nach Uhrzeit etwas voller und abgegriffen. Die Mitarbeitenden sind aber engagiert und hilfsbereit. Die Livemusik vom Hotel und auch den umliegenden Hotels ist zeitweise nicht zu pberhören, auch nicht im Zimmer und bis in die Nacht laut. Allerdings nicht jeden Tag und die Künstler:innen singen gut:)

Dicht bij de azuurblauwe zee Ontbijt niet geweldig maar ok

Het avondeten was ronduit vies met weinig keuze en slecht bereid. Alles was ook gewoon koud. In t land van de appelsienen kwam het appelsiensap uit een automaat ( water gemengd met iets geel dat totaal niet naar sinaasappelsap proefde) Muziek stond overal erg luid dus was ik rond 19.30 buiten gaan zitten op een van de ligstoelen helemaal achteraan niet eens dicht bij het zwembad. Maar ik werd vriendelijk verzocht weg te gaan: de zwembadzone was "gesloten" en ik mocht daar dus niet zitten om wat te lezen. Echt belachelijk want ik stoorde niemand. De bedden waren van slechte kwaliteit en kraakte en piepte bij elke beweging (eigenlijk leken de bedden meer op zo van die ijzeren plooibedden) Hotel ligt ook in super toeristisch stadje vol Engelse pubs. Niets van authentieke, gezellige restaurantjes. Kortom mijn ding niet maar op zich is dat gewoon een slechte keuze van mezelf

Struttuta in centro a Can Picafort, ottima posizione a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e vicino a molti locali sia per mangiare fuori che per bere qualcosa! Unica pecca il pargheggio non sempre facile, penso pero sia un problema di tutte le strutture della zona. Bella la zona piscina con possibilita di ordina al bar interno. Personale cortese e ottima pulizia. Consigliatossima

Nice rooms with big balcony. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Meat and vegan options both are good. Beach is close and it is ideal for children.

We have 3 beds in the room. 1 of them is not comfortable. It was so soft. Safe costs 4.5 Euro per day... Of course it is so tiny amount compare to what you pay hotel but still annoying...

Very good and tasty breakfast every day. Flexible time for breakfast. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The beach is just 5 minutes away. A lot of different supermarkets near the hotel.

I stayed in this hotel the second time, perfect choice for quality and money, good food, very comfortable stay to travel alone, nice very long walking road near sea, very good beach just 4 min walking.

Some days during the night it was very hot, probably it was something with the air conditioner in my room as I wasn’t able to properly set up the temperature. I had a feeling that this air conditioner is managed outside the room and the general temperature was set too hot.

The staff is incredible and very helpful. Thank you so much and greetings to women in reception.
