Rooms were small, qnbathroom needed shelves in shower and by sink. Only one small trash can. Tv up high can't be viewed from small bed. Beds mattresses could be better.

Habitación pequeña, ducha muy pequeña, desayuno caro y pese a incluir aparcamiento gratis, puedes encontrarte con el parking lleno y sin sitio, teniendo que aparcar en la calle, donde se paga todos los días.

Das Bad war winzig und die Kissen ziemlich hart.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026La posizione è ideale se cerchi un alloggio vicino al centro, ma lontano dal caos di alcune strade più "iconiche" di Galway: si raggiunge il centro in 10' a piedi, ma si riesce a dormire bene. E' una zona con diversi lodge/B&B etc, per cui non avrete problemi a nessuna ora. Il parcheggio antistante, anche se magari non molto ampio, è un plusvalore. Viene offerta la possibilità di fare colazione in struttura: anche se noi non l'abbiamo sfruttata, è da considerare in quanto in zona si trovano bar solo considerando una camminata di almeno 5'/10' (nulla di drammatico, ma fate i vostri conti).
Noi eravamo nella stanza nell'attic: molto caratteristica, ma considerando che tutta la struttura è ricavata da una casa tradizionale non vi è ascensore interno. Ci pare di aver visto che ci siano stanze quadruple anche al piano terra: se viaggerete con bagagli pesanti magari suggeriamo di orientarvi su quelle.

Algunas habitaciones deberían tener algo para colgar la ropa, tipo un burrito de los que venden en Ikea. La bañera era muy alta e incómoda. También deberían revisar la cisterna de abajo y el grifo de la cocina.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026Il B&B è a conduzione familiare e si trova in un’ottima posizione: il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi e la struttura è ben collegata anche con i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è tranquilla e silenziosa, caratterizzata da uno stradone lungo il quale si susseguono diversi alloggi e B&B. Ho soggiornato per pochi giorni, ma mi sono trovata molto bene.

Die Betten sind uralt, so wie der Rest der Ausstattung. Das Wasser in der Dusche wechselt von heiß zu kalt. Die Kissen sind steinhart. Alles in allem ist der Preis überhaupt nicht angemessen. Wir haben die Unterkunft vorzeitig verlassen und mussten eine andere Unterkunft buchen. Nicht zu empfehlen!!!

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Check-ln and check-out were easy and with a human being there (always a plus these days.) The location was great, an easy, straight forward walk from the train/bus station. The room was clean though a bit smaller than I would have liked. The room was sufficient to me and my needs but I'm 63 inches and weigh 48 kgs....I'm not sure how an average sized All-Ireland Rugger would have experienced the room. The room did have windows that actually opened and a real wash cloth was provided.
There is traffic noise. Fortunately that settled during the later evening. The walls are thin but thick enough that kept adjoining room noises to murmur level..

La habitación es realmente pequeña y el baño minúsculo. Apenas teníamos especio para abrir las maletas. La ducha es un cuadrado enano y sale el agua muy floja.

A 10 minutos andando del centro. Lo mejor, el desayuno,las omelettes están fenomenal no,lo siguiente, merece muchísimo la pena pagar por el desayuno,porque cerca no hay nada,hay que andar los 10-15 minutos

Das Zimmer war viel zu klein. Es gab keinen Platz um die Reisekoffer hinzulegen. Das Zimmer ist sehr veraltet. Die Dusche ist zu klein für eine grosse Person. Es gibt keinerlei Haken um das Tuch nach dem Duschen aufzuhängen.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Bon emplacement, quartier calme à 15 minutes à pied du centre ville. Literie confortable. Accueil facile et efficace, adaptabilité à notre horaire d'arrivée.
Pas assez de places de parking. Nous avons dû nous garer dans la rue (il a fallu télécharger une application pour stationnement, 5€ pour 2 heures, 2 heures maximum ce qui a été contraignant car impossible de payer pour le lendemain et le parcmètre est payant à partir de 8h30, application peu fonctionnelle). Mauvaise isolation phonique, côté rue on entendait les voitures et les gens sur le parking et dans le couloir. Un seul crochet pour faire sécher les serviettes. L'eau de la douche s'écoulait en partie à l'extérieur de celle-ci.

Das Bad ist etwas kleiner. Für uns ging es, sollte man aber größer oder fülliger sein, stell ich mir den Duschvorgang sehr schwierig vor. Die Schiebetür am Bad ist auch Geschmacksache, mit Vertrauenspersonen geht das schon mal 😉

Room was tiny, walls were paper thin, could hear every noise from adjoining rooms, so my sleep was in short supply.Double glazing ineffective, lots of traffic noise all night but particularly from 6am. Mattress was worse than a hostel bed, very cheap and thin, really uncomfortable.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Ich war vor 3 Jahren da und hatte es gut in Erinnerung. Leider war der heurige Aufenthalt recht enttäuschend.
2 Nächte gebucht, aber das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Das Zimmer ist klein und eng, das Bett nimmt den gesamten Raum ein. Es gibt keine Ablagefläche für den Trolley, Das Badezimmer ist nix für Klaustrophobiker. Die Dusche ist sehr eng. Am schlimmsten war die Heizung. Von 18:00 -22:00 und ab 5:00 Früh wieder, wurde versucht einzuheizen. Die Folge war ein laut rauschender und gluckernder Heizkörper, der nicht warm wurde. Gehört dringend entlüftet. Das Frühstück ist gut, aber extra zu bezahlen.

Preis- Leistung stimmen überhaupt nicht. Viel viel zu teuer für das Gebotene. Im kleinen Zimmer keine, absolut keine Abstellmöglichkeit, ebenso nichts im Bad. In der Dusche gibt es absolut nichts, um Gel abzulegen. Die Betten alt und durchgelegen. Die Heizung hält mit ihrem Lärm die Bewohner wach bzw. weckt sie frühmorgens. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, der Badezimmerboden war nur klebrig. Ich rate jedem ab, das zu buchen. Es gehört grundrenoviert, nicht um viel Geld vermietet. Ausserdem natürlich sehr hellhörig.
