Reviewed Jun 21, 2026The water heater did not produce hot water. When I informed the staff, they replied that this is normal because the hotel uses solar power. I was traveling with my young child, so we were unable to take a proper shower despite paying for a Deluxe Family Room. There was no prior explanation or notification from the hotel management regarding this issue. I did not pay a premium price to stay at a hotel only to have to adjust to such an inconvenience.

1st room, air cond was not working properly, so I was given another room which air cond was super.. However fridge was not working due to plug point tht was faulty.. Asked me to change room again.. I was like, pls ensure all the electrical working first b4 asking me to change room.. At the end, manager said he has a extension cord, he can join to the fridge instead.. So then it was fine..

cleanliness needs to be improved. stains around the bed and pillow. remains of hair from previous person that stayed in the room was found in the toilet. toilet not very clean. booked 2 rooms and spent rm300 for a night. Was expecting it to be better quality for the price. The only positive side is really friendly staff and private parking.

The toilet seat was dirty. Please change it cause it's already moldy. The shower and hand shower fittings is dirty and can see rust water. The parking for guest is not enough. My room lighting was bad. First room given power cut off after 10 mins. Have to request for another room.

Reviewed Feb 10, 2024I have to say it was very clean and the cleaners will come by to clean daily. I like that the air cond was cold as well except there were some sounds - not sure what sound was it.
The mamak below opens late so if you are sensitive to sounds, you will hear people laughing late into the night around 3am? Also the water heater wasn’t exactly hot too. Maybe the management should look into servicing that.

the "gangster" receptionist who forgotten to check the system if i had paid or not as she was busy talking on the phone which was not work related. she called me to go down back to the lobby after i have entered my room and made payment and her exact words, "aku lupa kau belum bayar lagi. kau boleh turun sekarang bayar tak?". too speechless to even responded to that sort of customer service.
