Reviewed Jun 23, 2026Our AC stopped working in the middle of the night, making the room unbearably hot. When we reported it, instead of fixing the unit, the night staff forced us to pack up and change rooms at midnight—completely disrupting what little sleep we had left. To make matters worse, a different staff member came to our new room the next morning to ask why we couldn't just turn the old AC on with the remote, claiming it was "set to a timer." I didn't waste my time arguing, but this logic is absurd: if it was just a timer setting, the remote would have turned it back on instantly. The fact that you had to physically move us to another room at midnight proves the unit was genuinely broken. Waking guests up at midnight for a move, then insulting their intelligence the next morning with misleading technical excuses, is absolutely unacceptable service.

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026Apple suite hotel locations is great and easy parking for guest travel with car.
I been staying the same hotel before for multiple time as a frequent travel to Sitiawan monthly. Apple suite seem to be my top 3 choices. but this round was having bad experience due to hotel accept and having birthday party with extremely loud disco/techno kind of music all the way till 11pm. Then party end, worker dismantle and remove equipment with loud noise as well all the way till over midnight. then the next day early morning after 8am, hotel housekeeper start pushing trolley and chit chat along corridor wit each other. OMG hotel room sound proof really bad. Paid for hotel for rest end up suffering for all this loud inconsideration noise. felt pretty unfair, the hotel charge compare to similar hotel around is also 10-20% higher. Preferable if really having party or event do inform or block the date for booking so at least guest can opt for other hotel.

When we check in, there were two Indian cleaner in our room. One is sitting on sofa with phone another is in the toilet (I wonder is cleaning or showering). Since the reception gave us card to check in, it should be ready to check in. The cleaners still stay in room and toilet even though we in room. After 10min only they left. There are some spots were dirty and seem broken. TV couldn't work.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2025Central location, easy to access to all the near by eateries and popular locations. Some restaurants and good eats are just walking distance. Local banks (CIMB) and pharmacies (Carings, Watsons, AlphaPro) are just across the road. There’s a 7-Eleven near by as well.
You’ll need a car to access around town. The A/C in the room was insanely cold, once turned down, it gets too warm.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2025Location is superb. It is at the heart of town and near to many restaurants/hawker centers/coffee houses. In particular, it is just a stone throw away from the famous Hock Chew Kong Pian shop. The room is comfortable and complete with all basic facilities. The air-con is quite cold which I really enjoyed.
The bathroom/toilet is a little too narrow. The shower water tends to splash all around the floor.
