Bambux Bed and Breakfast

I called the hotel 2 hours before my arrival, they didn't have my information on file but told me to get there anyways and by the time of my arrival they would have everything ready for me. When I finally arrived, they did have my information but told me that the hotel was full, there was no vacancy so they started to call nearby hotels to get me a room after 40 minutes the front desk agent then offered me to take me to a different hotel and RODE WITH ME ON MY CAR to take me there. He then started to review and explain all the information to the new hotel front desk agent and discussing payment details and arrangements... After nearly 2 hours I was finally on the hotel room. It was a very disappointing experience and WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. The second hotel wasn't clean. When I got to the hotel for my second night they had me wait on the front desk for an hour verifying all my information and told me that the amount the original hotel was paying for my stay wasn't enough, so I had to sit there until they solved this issue with the original hotel.

Todo bien solo mejorar las fachada y el área de recreo y el frente y poner rotulo afuera .

It is cheap and has air conditioning but spend the extra money and avoid this place. The hotel looks like a scene from a war zone with an incomplete 2nd floor. My room had quite a few leaks and appeared to have mold developing on the roof. Has a lot of potential if the owners can follow through on a vision. Breakfast just one small egg. Lots of trash on the street but good location. Has a lot of potential. I have been traveling around the world for 5 years and have stayed in hundreds of places.

Nice People. Quiet rooms. Close to Malecon amd Colonial Zone.

Billigt og hyggeligt hotel tæt på bycentrum. Perfekt til backpackers.

Attentive staff, egg and bread for breakfast, nice inner yard but room needed some improvements. We had aircon and fridge, but room was humid and short of light.

This hotel was dirty, the bed has hair and human fluid on it. The room smelled moldy, I had the worst headache after spending less than 30 minutes in this room. The clerk was as nasty as the room was, he threatened to call the cops and also threatened us. Stay away from this hotel!!

The attention in the reception from Erick was very kind

Ha sido muy atento quien me recibió, la habitación con mucho olor a humedad, y están construyendo tal vez nuevas habitaciones. La experiencia en general ha sido buena.
