Wonderful light filled room, lots of restaurants across the street, enjoyed the breakfast. No cooking supplies provided in the kitchen.

Un hotel no familiar, por lo que está más dirigido a negocios. El desayuno muy regular, pues básicamente fue el mismo durante los 4 días de estadía. Ruido desde las 5am desde la cocina. Debe remodelarse algo, pues ya se ve muy viejo.

The hotel was good, the staff super cool. Only what I didn't like is the breakfast, there should be more variety and no limit, at least because breakfast is included.

This was the WORST hotel I ever stayed at the room doesn’t look like the website, the beds are so hard you can’t sleep and they have cockroaches!! I stayed in 2 different rooms and they both had roaches. The manager Esperanza didn’t seem to care she was more concerned about money and not have to refund it. Don’t stay here find somewhere else, RUN!!

Mi grado de inconformidad es muy alto dado que al llegar al hotel no había reservación sino para solo una de las 3 habitaciones confirmadas a través de hoteles.com y vía telefónica. Nunca se hizo efectiva la reservación de las 2 habitaciones triples. Nos acomodaron en una quintuple con un area bastante reducida con un solo baño. El desayuno dejó mucho que desear, un restaurante muy pequeño para la cantidad de huéspedes allí alojados, debimos desayunar afuera. Una muy mala experiencia que genera el deseo de no volver a utilizar la plataforma ni el hotel. No recomendaría estos servicios para nada.

En general todo estuvo bien. Sin embargo hubo un detalle incómodo a la hora de hacer el pago de la reserva realizado por hoteles.com dado que la persona en recepción no conocimiento en el tema, sugirió que cancelara mi reserva y quería cobrarme un cargo adicional, lo cuál estaba incluido en el costo de la reserva. En ese proceso perdí una hora. Tampoco informó que iba a llamar al encargadado de esa área hasta que llegó. Finalmente respetaron la reserva, pero no ofrecieron una disculpa por el tiempo de espera e inadecuado manejo del servicio al cliente. El desayuno estuvo regular al estar todo frío. Por otro lado la ubicación y habitación estuvo bien. En general volvería a hospedarme en el hotel.

Estuvo aceptable el servicio, aunque hubo situaciones que no me gustaron: al pedir toalla adicional me dieron una toalla rota y deteriorada. Uno de los trabajadores de la recepción me dijo un precio que incluía los impuestos, y cuando me entregaron la factura al final de la estadía era un costo menor al que ya había pagado, pero ya había cambiado el turno. Se me quedó el estuche de unas gafas y al comunicarme con la administración me dijeron que no habían encontrado nada en mi cuarto, algunos elementos del cuartos estaban deteriorados como soportes de la dicha, Y por último, la cama tenía una especie de recubrimiento plástico que no dejó descansar bien durante la estadía.

we did not receive the room we booked. the room had no lock on it, no way to lock our door. air condition was in between two rooms.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. We reserved a Jr suite which was supposed to be a queen bed and sitting area and desk in a separate room. We got a double bed and 2 twin beds. Our room was very odd. The AC was installed in a hole over the door of the bedroom in a way that it was blowing in both rooms. There was No deadbolt lock on the door . Bathroom not legal size. My husband who is 6ft tall had to sit sideways on the toilet. The general state of the room was poor with empty open electrical boxes, hole in door and loose pedestal sink. Included breakfast was very limited. Scrambled eggs, papaya. No coffee or juice was offered. In short very basic accommodation way overpriced even at $45

Terrible experience. Highly over rated. They lied to me and said that they had no queen beds in building. Then the following day they did have one. I overpaid for one of the nights for no reason.

Room was a studio apartment type with aircon, cooker and fridge (cupboard had crockery, cutlery and pots and pans plus blender and coffee maker), so made most of this facility. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful and breakfast was very nice

We stayed at the Roosevelt for the second time while attending a swim meet at the Piscinas Panamericanas. The hotel is within walking distance and there are many restaurants and stores in the area. It is very safe to walk in the area and it is close to one of the main streets in Cali, so it is easy to move around. The rooms are just the right size. The bathroom is a bit small but it's ok. The hotel has A/C, great feature in Cali's heat. However, some cheaper rooms have only a fan. Your choice. The beds are not that comfortable, but they give you a nice sleep. Pillows are also ok. Common areas are clean and spacious. Doors are not so isolated and you can hear people in the hallways. Noise from the outside is minimal as the hotel is in a secondary street. Internet service is faster in the lobby, but it is ok and it is free. The best part is the food which you should order in advance if you do not eat at the regular hours. It is home-cooked with a mixture of Colombian and regular dishes. Overall, great value for the money and we will definitively stay there again.

The location is very good,all around is safe,,you can walk to a drugstore or to a restaurant ,taxi from hotel to mall or cosmo Centro about 2 usd,,,45 to 1 hour from airport depend of trafic ,,,the rooms are around 60 usd if you want to get a better price cab be dependent how many days and what you are looking for...

This is the second time I have stayed at Roosevelt plaza for an extended period. In 2012 I stayed for about 60 days, and now in 2015 I am staying for 30 days. The studio I am currently renting has A/C, a little sofa, a nice little kitchen with utensils and a table with 2 chairs. The Wi-fi in the room works great, and is included in the price. The staff are very professional, and they speak English. Its not a luxury place, but it is very clean, new and practical. I would recommend this place to anybody planning on staying in Cali for a couple of weeks/months.

Located at south of Cali, this is a very nice and affordable place to stay. I stayed in a bedroom that just costed me about USD$18,oo per night and included: tv, local calls, internet (you may connect on the lobby wireless or bring your own network cable and connect in your bedroom), a small refrigerator, fan, hot water. The neighborhood is very quiet and nice and is super close to all the most important clinics like Imbanaco, Profamilia and many others in Tequendama. It's also close to malls like Palmetto and Cosmocentro or department stores like La 14 and Exito. The only issue I'd say is that they just clean your bedroom twice a week, but I did not care about it since I was by myself and was not so messy. I definitely recommend this place to stay, the staff is very kind and nice and everything looks clean and pretty. They also have a restaurant that serves bf and lunch for about USD$3.oo. Also there are a lot of restaurants with delivery service very close of there and deliciouse. And for the hamburger lovers, there is a Mc Donald turning the corner! They have also a little space like a mini gym to work out a little if you want. I think it was a great experience, very convenient for what I was doing, I stayed there totally for 2 weeks and enjoyed. They also have bedrooms with air condition and kitchen, of course for a little extra $. It's not a big hotel with pool or disko, but is a very nice place to be and get some rest and enjoy walking around Cali and doing your business. For sure you can find something nice there, specially if you are there for business or to take care of medical issues. Go there next time you visit Cali! I will!
