Lush gardens, helpful staff

Room was clean, i check ind with my daughter & when she ate biscuits small pieces felt on the floor & their comes tiny ants & also at the bathroom sink after we brush our teeth. We Got so many mosquito bites during our overnight stay

The location is near ever...

The room is quite small, not many forniture inside ,television doesn't have channels , they don't give any complimentary water, there is a fridge with small bottles of water but to pay... yesterday the power was off 2 times, about 15 minutes..

The garden ambiance is good but needs a little improvements inside the room like no bidet

Room was clean, bed was confortable and location was excellent. Great price.

There was no service water available. When I asked to hire a ride to the ferry the quote was 300 more than normal. (So I hired my own ride.). Tip: the bathroom windows are left open, which is understandable , but let's mosquitos into the room, So when you get to your room you might want to close the window!

The breakfast is good and the location is not difficult to find.

What I don't like is they give us room with the broken door lock.

I love the design, the size and complete room furniture (4 pillows, bed sheets, 2 side tables and lamps, fridge with water bottles and snacks (for sale), TV (cable only), Clothes table rack, Terrace table and chair, wet clothes rack). I also like that it was not affected during power interruption unlike the other hotel I stayed in as well as how clean the bathroom is and how strong the shower water pressure is. There were free (2) towels and (2) sets of shampoo and soap even if you're alone. Almost perfect night stay.

The door lock mechanism doesn't feel secure to me. I also didn't like that pulling out the room key from the holder will automatically turn off all electrical stuffs (lights, aircon etc) since the aircon takes up a lot of time to cool down the room. Not really a fan of yellow light but it's fine.

The shower was not good at all

Staff was super nice and available during all our stay. Really enjoyed the place, nice location (near the center).

Nothing specific with not liking but think the bathrooms could have air ventilation.however, was really nice stay.

Cool, quiet room, good bed and bathroom, nice central location with a short walk to the beach.

Very friendly staff, nice sized rooms and there is also a pool table and bar/restaurant. Only about 5-10 minutes walk to all the bars and beach.

A little noisy by the road side. Room safe was missing for some reason it had been removed from wall. Bathroom needed more light.

Advantage of this place/inn is that its close proximity to airport(8mins), walking distance 5-10min to beachfront and close to our fave place, the Panglao Farm,where you can interact with animals.

Noise,from morning staff and roosters or dogs from neighbors.

Really nice stay here, the room was comfortable and quiet. Felt very safe as there was always security out the front. The air con was really effective and for the most part the shower was warm. Staff were helpful.

The only negative was that the toilet wouldn’t flush, so we had to get staff to come and sort it each time. The shower was also occasionally cold (no hot water).

Around 10 minute walk to Panglao beach; Staff was very friendly -they carried my heavy luggage to the room; Good location as there were a lot of restaurants nearby. There was also a restaurant (but limited choices) but still a great convenience when you want to eat and if you are too tired to look for other restaurants.

The water heater control function did not work. It was stuck at the highest temperature so bathing was unpleasantly too hot.

location was really good, well maintained gardens, happy staff serving food drinks, room cleaned every day which I didn’t have once during my month stay also fridge in the room

wifi went a little weak inside the room but working on the porch or in the bar area worked much better

Cleaners were super noisy at 6-7am and even though I told the staff the same thing happened again. Also even thought the room was very clean at the beginning after each room make up it wasn’t that clean. In other words, the cleaners could do a better job

Location is good. Room is spacious. Staff is accommodating. This is a good place to stay in Panglao.

The hotel room is really great, and staffs are nice there. I would definitely stay there again if I go there. :) And so sweet the team prepared little christmas gifts for the guests. Thank you 🍑

Good sized room, with a comfortable bed in a nice setting. There is a bar, but it wasn't noisy at night. We enjoyed using the pool table. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

I dont understand why it only a 2,5 star hotel its so much better than many 3 star hotels i has been in very clean good soundless air con shower with hot water and if you have any problems the owner self takes care of them very nice garden if we go back to Panglao it will be that hotel again

Great place to stay near Alona Beach. Staff are friendly and the owner himself fix issues in our room. Only complain is the mirror is placed too high (to cater to taller foreign tourists it seems) and shower is too hot. But overall, a good place.

Lovely modern hotel. Nice clean rooms. Pool table. Staff all lovely and friendly.

It was a nice experience. Their food is great. Customer service at its best. They allowed us to do early check in, since we got there at 12noon. The room is spacious, and I like the veranda. I will surely miss this place. Will definitely stay again here when I come back to Panglao.

Friendly staff, about 10 minutes strolling to the beach. Several good restaurants nearby, at Captain’s Bar we enjoyed Irish Coffee and Cerveza Negra (Must).

Pros - Cute affordable hotel walking distance to Aloana Beach. I liked the decor. Staff was nice. Mini bar was affordable for the area which was a nice surprise. Pool table. Cons - Bed was a little firm. I wish door had electronic lock. Electronic safe did not work so had to use key as well. This meant having to carry keys everywhere. Recommendation - If they every expand, add a gym.

Great rooms for a good price . Friendly staff from reception to housekeeping. I recommend this lodge and bar to all.

We have booked and paid room, but when we arrived there, they told us on reception that they are overbooked, so they will pay for us in another resort. So they arranged acomodation in Alonaland Resort Apartelle, which is according to picture similar quality, so we had no problem with this. Alonaland was more quiet, but it was more far from the beach.

The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. Had a minor issue with ants, but in a tropical beach area a few bugs are to be expected. Brought it to the attention of staff and they sprayed the ants right away. No further issues after that. The hotel is not too far from the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. All rooms have an outside sitting area for relaxing and a place to dry wet swimsuits.

Clean room and good location, great value!

Great little hotel in an excellent position within walking distance of Panglao's main beach. Approx 2 years old and well maintained, friendly staff and a great bar to while away the evening enjoying a game of pool. With tour assistance and motor scooter hire available at the front desk this place seems to have it all. If i were to mention negatives they are minor and picky. Especially as this hotel is among the cleanest i have come across and at such a great price. Dont pass up just because it is one star short of what you would like.
