Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte in questo bungalow in montagna ma saremmo rimasti di più. Molto carino, comodo, pulito, col frigo e il bollitore. Immerso nel verde e ben tenuto. Con un bel ristorante in cui abbiamo cenato e fatto colazione. Staff gentile e disponibile. Gran bella vista sulla valle. Vicino a uno dei pochi boschi naturali della zona, in cui abbiamo fatto una bella camminata.

The room had a bad smell, like mothballs. I'm not sure about the other units, but the one we stayed in could do with a renovation.

The bed was uncomfortable and the room was very cold no warm aircon, water in the shower was too hot when trying to mix with cold water it just completely went cold, no air freshener spray in the toilet, no carpet on the floor getting off the bed stepping on the floor and is cold.

the blanket we used had white stains n marks including a red mark that looked like lipstick ,we travel with our own linen so we did not really utilise all the provided linen .The kids room had 1 duvet inner which wasnt clipped on when we tried to correct it we ended up uncovering a dirty inner :(

i was allocated unit 6, upon just opening the unit, there was this musty/mouldy smell that just welcomed us. It was just unbearable for the amount booked with. The shower mixers are mixed up, I even thought maybe the geyser is not working after opening hot water mixer and only cold water on a winter day was coming, despite giving it sometime to warm, nothing. We informed the lodge, someone was send to come assist, he opened and after sometime informed us that it is working it just needed sometime, only to find when trying to adjust the water during the showering that actually it didnt need time, the mixers were just swapped, and we wondered why we were not told that.

It would be good if they cleaned the bedding better and used fabric freshener to remove the smell. It is winter, and there was no air conditioner or heater, so the room was very cold during the night. The shower drain was also slow, and the water took a long time to go down. The place has potential, but these issues need to be fixed to make guests more comfortable. Scary in
