All staff members were incredibly kind, attentive and helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in CDMX.

Location was great, staff friendly. Rooms compact but comfortable with lots of storage. Hotel had a rooftop and gym.

La habitación era muy comoda, el baño muy amplio, tiene lo necesario para una estancia comoda. El roof esta muy bien para poder trabajar y relajarse, la facha del edificio me encanta. La unicacipon es excelente para moverse por la ciudad.

No hay nada que no me haya gustado, las instalaciones estan muy bien.

El cuarto muy amplio, el balcón bonito y cozy también. La cama era amplia y súper cómoda. El personal y el hotel en general superaron nuestras expectativas. Por otro lado está muy bien ubicado, a dos cuadras de reforma.

Por la noche el tubo del aire acondicionado llegaba a hacer un poco de ruido y creo que se podría incluir detergente para usar la lavadora, pero fuera de eso, no tengo ningún comentario.

Lo recomiendo 100%. Volveríamos sin ninguna duda. Tiene de todo y la ubicación fue muy buena.

Amazing location and very friendly staff! I would definitely stay there again while on vacation, but not if I had to work remotely.

Terrible WiFi. There is only one network for the entire building, including reception and all the rooms. There is also no signal on my phone. I couldn’t work at all and had to constantly go out to find internet elsewhere. Also, there is not a single chair or stool in the room.

The rooms were big, clean and spacious the staff members were all the time helping with the inquiries.

The noise from the street was unbearable; we stayed on the ground floor and didn't sleep for three nights because of the restaurants next door and the drunken people on the street. They should provide earplugs for guests on the lower levels.

En general todo, es un lugar muy céntrico, siempre estaba limpio y sobre todo el staff muy amable

No suelo poner reseñas negativas a la mínima ni mucho menos pero este hotel la merece. Son muchos los detalles que no son acordes a un hotel de 4 estrellas. El primer día no habían hecho la habitación cuando volvimos al hotel por la tarde, los días siguientes si la hicieron ( habíamos avisado en recepción) sin reponer gel de baño ni cambiar las toallas, dejando el vaso del baño sucio sin cambiar también. El grifo del lavabo no tenía agua fría. El hotel ofrecía café y fruta disponible en un córner cerca de recepción. La fruta era inexistente…No digo que tenga que ser un servicio obligatorio, pero si lo ofreces que sea de verdad. En definitiva lo único bueno del hotel la ubicación, la habitación como tal no estaba mal.

La ubicación esta perfecta hay mucho que comer, esta a 15 min caminando de chapultepec, reforma a unos pasos, todos los bancos, transporte, el personal de lobby y el guardia super atentos todos! cualquier cosita que necesitabamos o teniamos duda fueron muy amables. HAY ELEVADOR!! hay muchas amenidades como terraza, gym y snack bar, mi cuarto no tenia vista a la calle pero es lo de menos en mi opinion personal. Hay unos tacos de carnitas enfrente que sacan del apuro, recomiendo. puedes guardar tu equipaje en lo que haces check in y la habitación es muy cómoda! muy espaciosa siento que se ve mejor que las fotos uwu

El baño esta algo oscuro con la luz fría, no se siente cozy y la ventana de ese baño no le entraba nada de luz.

There’s a couple of things that this place did right! Housekeeping was incredible with their work! They were thorough and it was so nice to come back to a clean room after a long day out. Staff was very kind and welcoming. Location is incredible, close to a lot of food spots, el angel, close to the mall and the park. Great!

The lack of AC on day 1, threw me off. There is no AC in the rooms. So if you’re going on a hot day, I’d skip this place. We did have a single fan in the room tho. I wish there was a ventilation system in the bathroom, but there wasn’t any so we resorted to keeping the window open. I also disliked having to press the button to be let in, and sometimes having to wait to go inside. This was not communicated to us prior to arrival so we were confused when we tried to knock and nobody opened the door for us. HOLD THE DOORBELL for at least 4 seconds!

La habitación daba a un patio interior donde estaban los conductos de ventilación y había ruido continuo de fondo. Hacía bastante calor, aunque tenía aire acondicionado, pero si no te gusta dormir con el aire puesto pasas calor. En general, era una habitación ruidosa, se oye absolutamente todo de las demás habitaciones

Great location! We were very lucky to be upgraded due to it being our honeymoon 🥰 can’t thank the staff enough for making us feel at home, the housekeepers did a great job of tidying up each day! A bonus for us having a washer/dryer in the apartment also - thanks team!

Las habitaciones son muy amplias, nuevas y estan muy limpias. La ubicación es excelente, puedes ir andando a muchos lugares y estas rodeado de restaurantes y cafeterias pero fuera del ruido.

Shower and internet connection

Great value at the heart of Mexico city. It is midway between Condesa and Polanco neighbourhoods which I spent most of my time. Good facilities and free coffee on the ground floor which I didn’t have in 6 other hotels across South America and Mexico so that was a big plus for me. Service was excellent.

They could put up a sign to make it easier to find the property. The yellow door in the photos helped us find it in the end but should be an easy upgrade.

La ubicación es excelente y el concepto de ser como un miniloft le da un plus. La mini recepción donde puedes trabajar me ayudó mucho porque mi check-out ya había pasado, pero dejan seguir usando las instalaciones. Todos muy amables.

Todo muy bien. Al principio, el hecho de tener que dejar un depósito me dio desconfianza porque ningún otro hotel o Airbnb me lo había pedido, pero lo regresan rápido; entonces, sin problema.

The location, Nicole in the team, the comfyness of the bed were all 5 star level and worth every penny.

The other receptionists, the smell in the bathroom (horrible smell), and the service by other recepcionists: literally told us two days in a row to go get our own bottle of water cause they ran out (theere was a sign in the room saying if you need more water call reception). Nicole on the other hand went out of her way to get us the water. basic in Mexico City. We could have easily given the property a 10 star.

Very close to the main tourist areas but far enough to be quiet. The room was very clean and the staff was super friendly.

my room on the first floor was close to reception and entrance - which means a little bit of noise. But with earplugs, I slept like a baby.

Fantastic property- really great amenities. Super accommodating staff. Lovely rooftop terrace. Greta neighborhood.

The elevators were broken and we were on 4th floor. That was not fun with luggage. There was no soap or body wash. The property bought some soap for us to at least wash our hands. They skimp on TP and we had to ask for it several times, but super responsive and great property- recommend. However, the bed was a bit firmer than we'd hoped for- it would be great if they upgraded that to make it a premium experience.

Our stay in Reforma Guest House was truly wonderful! Great location, modern and spacious room, lovely views from the terrace and friendly staff. Erick was so helpful and great with customer service. What made it even more amazing is the gift he prepared for my partner's birthday! Didn't expect but after asking me about my partner's interests, he made a birthday card and also gifted us a bottle of wine. Very memorable!!!

Just a 7min walk to reforma /angel. Bathroom was spotless and beautiful. Great shower and weather pressure, nice terrace on the top of the building with with nice chairs and provided blankets. At the bottom leven they have a very nice coffee, tea and water station. Beautiful boutique hotel.

The individual rooms are very small but they have a nice big bathroom. Very well design but tiny for two.

Hospitality amenities, besides water, would be appreciated after a long travel day, including but not limited to complementary breakfast. Service amenities to improve would be the Wifi connection. The connection kept disconnecting throughout our stay.

El personal que tienen es súper amable y sobre todo amigable, siempre hay alguien al pendiente para resolver dudas o ofrecer cualquier servicio. La ubicación, el lugar y la habitación/hotel están increíbles.

Returning to the same hotel and landing in a completely different type of room was a pleasant surprise. This time we had a large space with a full kitchen, huge windows, and a living roof — it felt more like a little apartment than a hotel room, in the best way. The same cleanliness and reliable communal amenities carried over from the first stay, and the staff remained consistently good.

Neither room at this hotel is particularly characterful in terms of decor or personality — it's comfortable and well-kept, but don't come expecting a boutique aesthetic. The room disparity between stays was striking enough that it almost felt like two different hotels; if consistency matters to you, it's worth specifying what type of room you're after when booking.

Clean spacious suite in a fantastic location near lots of great food and night life! The staff were amazing and always helpful and friendly whether I was coming or going. I’d definitely stay here again.

The staff were attentive from the start — when they flagged that our originally assigned ground-floor room was noisy, they proactively offered to move us, which was a lovely touch. The room we ended up in was tiny but made excellent use of its space: compact, clean, and with a cozy energy reminiscent of a well-designed small New York City hotel room. The shared kitchenette with water and coffee station was a genuinely useful communal amenity, and the little gym was a welcome bonus even if the warm weather made it hard to use.

The room's only window opened onto the building's internal courtyard rather than the outside, so ventilation was limited. The hotel also couldn't hold luggage for more than one day between stays — understandable once you see the tiny maintenance closet they use for storage, but worth knowing if you're planning a multi-leg trip. They did recommend a nearby luggage storage option, which worked out fine.

I loved everything

I liked the location, and I appreciated that there weren't too many guests, which made it feel more peaceful. The staff was also wonderful everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

There was no A/C, and it was uncomfortably hot. The couch was extremely uncomfortable, and I nearly fell when the cushion slid out from under me. In addition, the curtains covering the living room sliding door were see-through, offering almost no privacy. Overall, these issues made the stay much less comfortable than expected.

The location is really hard to beat. Trees and super cozy streets surrounded by eateries. Such a picturesque place. Never ate at the same place twice.

The furniture in the room. The couch was terrible. It consistently separated and it was very uncomfortable. This room could really use better furniture for sitting around after a long day. Also, there were no chairs to lounge in, it was the couch or nothing. Finally, no TV in the bedroom. It's not a deal breaker, but it could have made it nicer. Movies in bed......yup, but nope.....The roof top terrace is very small and you need to climb stairs to get there. Not a great view. Only went up once...it was enough

We stayed in a room in the upper part of the building not facing the street which made it more quiet and we liked it. There is a bit of background noise from time to time probably due to ventilation system outside but nothing earplugs can’t fix. For Mexico City, this hotel is very quiet and we slept very well. The room is spacious and clean, and bed is comfortable. Be aware that kitchen stuff is minimal (we didn’t need it as we didn’t cook). Location is great, close to coffee shops and restaurants, walking distance to Chapultepec park / Anthropology museum, walking distance to Roma Norte and condesa, etc. Staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful. We appreciated the 24/7 security at the entrance.

There was a slight bad smell in the bathroom from the sewer but it did not really bother us. Coffee area in the hallway could be refilled more regularly (have enough mugs there for coffee, fruits, etc). There was some works in the building (hot water tank replacement, mattress replacement). The communication from the staff on these could have been better as we were given very short notice, or no notice at all.

Everything is wonderful! Above all, comfort, clean, great location & excellent staff.

El personal es muy atento, siempre están al tanto de lo que podamos requerir, de igual manera está en una excelente ubicación (a dos cuadras del Ángel de la independencia) lo cuál es bueno si quieres viajar en transporte público o salir a caminar, hay variedad de restaurantes alrededor. El internet es rápido, las habitaciones estaban limpias, el cuarto tenía lavadora y secadora, refrigerador, estufa, microondas y algunos utensilios (también tenían esponja y jabón para lavar los platos).

The location was perfect for walking, biking, excursion pick-ups (short walk to the Angel monument), and convenient/central for checking out other popular neighborhoods and museums. Bonus tip- Saturday markets at each community square was excellent, and Sunday biking when Reforma Ave is closed to only pedestrians. This hotel has two bikes to check out or ebike rental station across the street. Hotel roof top patio was a nice end of day regroup before dinner plans. Hotel staff was amazing and 24/7.

I missed that there wasn't air conditioning, but not an issue as it was nice to have windows open and get the Juarez neighborhood vibe.

This is an exceptional property and safe location great for both families and solo travelers with amazing views and facilities. The owners were extremely responsive, professional and went over and above to ensure my stay was as comfortable, safe, and without any issues. I highly recommend this property and I will definitely return!

It is a new property with some fine tuning and maintenance still ongoing however this did not distract from the overall ambiance and the property is highly rated.

De ligging van deze fijne appartementen is perfect voor een bezoek aan Mexico stad. Het personeel is erg aardig, de appartementen ruim en voorzien van alle gemakken. Ook is alles schoon. Bedden liggen prima en douche is ruim. Er zijn genoeg heerlijke ontbijttentjes in de omgeving.

Hotel urzeka przede wszystkim fantastyczną lokalizacją. Na ogromny plus zasługuje obsługa recepcji – personel jest niezwykle uprzejmy i dostępny 24/7, co daje duży komfort. Samo łóżko było bardzo wygodne, co zapewniło nam świetny wypoczynek. Szczerze polecamy!

Jedynym minusem był brak klimatyzacji. W pokoju dostępny był co prawda wiatrak, jednak ze względu na bardzo głośną pracę, spanie przy nim było praktycznie niemożliwe. Wymiana urządzenia na cichszy model lub montaż klimatyzacji zdecydowanie podniosłyby komfort pobytu
