Luxury Apartment at AYANA Residences

夜帰ったとき部屋の電気が明るく灯されてホッとしました。 部屋は広くバスルームは広く使いやすかった ベランダも広く洗濯物もほしやすかった。 ウォーターサーバーがあって良かった

完璧に揃った台所があるのに近くにスーパーがなくて、使用できなかった。

Apartment was very spacious, and staff was friendly and helpful, and the private pool was lovely. And the grounds are beautifully kept. Resort staff were excellent.

Everything looked very tired, really needs a refresh, wallpaper was peeling in several places. Dishwasher did not work. Very funky smell in all the toilets. Resort App did not work for us as we booked through Booking.com, made things more complicated to navigate. Charged us 1,000,000 Indonesian rupiah for mattress on the floor for 4 nights, they did inform us of the charge, but we had little choice and wasn't for an extra person. We paid up front for the apartment no refunds, so no options.

Great place to relax, with loads of resturants to choose from, 3 bedroom appartment with private pool was excellent. Washing machine and cooker came in very hand. Would recommend going to markets and getting breakfast items.

The apartment was a bit weathered and things like the sofa needed a steam clean

The two pools available to the Residences are amazing! Access to those made our stay so much better! The buggy service was excellent. The size of the villa is huge except for the 3rd bedroom.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa however the third bedroom was terrible. It was at the back of the villa behind the kitchen and laundry and it was a very depressing room. Unfortunately not clearly depicted in the photo's, had I realized I would not have stayed there.

Facility is a bit old (even though most products seem high quality), Not close to go to Ayana resort w/o buggy peak service. (Might need more waiting time in peak season.)

The breakfast buffet had alot of variety representing different cuisines. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Unfortunately breakfast could not be included in our booking at the Residences apartment, so it became a significant cost during the course of our stay

The unexpected restrictions on the facilities we could use at this very large resort. We were advised on arrival that our booking did not permit us to use all pools, spas and recreational facilities. We were permitted to use the Residences and Rimba facilities. We tried to access the inclinator to visit the ocean pool, but were told we needed an Éxperience card' and our access was declined . On following up we were advised that because we used an agent (Booking.com) we were not given the 'Experience card' by Ayana. This is only available if you book directly with Ayana resort. This was extremely disappointing considering the high accommodation price we had paid and we felt it discramatory to restrict guests based on the type of booking made.

The surrounding is very serene and quiet

I got locked out from the unit, and the master key is unable to unlock it. It took around 20mins to get it finally resolved

Fantastic value. Easy access to all the excellent facilities in Ayana via the buggy (less the pools, which we didn’t need since we got a private one), and very responsive concierge service via the room phones and whatsapp. Great stay!!

The private pool was a great addition. The apartment is overall very nice - great to hang out with friends and family.

Overall - the apartment was great, service was awesome. There are a few things that host needs to take care of. The TV doesn't work. The picture goes off after about 10 minutes while the sound is on. It happens everytime you turn on TV. Not enough trashbags and/or tissue in the apartment.

Generous size apartment with own pool. Resort is beautifully kept and there is access to clubhouse with good gym and lovely communal pool. There is also a buggy service to drive you to the resort restaurants. Staff were very helpful and buggy service was very quick and efficient.

The apartment needed redecorating in some areas.

Incredible Ayana property !

Our family booked a room with a private swimming pool, and it was incredibly spacious and peaceful. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the efficient desk service. One of the highlights of our stay was the 24-hour buggy service, which had minimal wait times. We used the buggy to easily access the main Ayana resort for meals and drinks. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Although this property is managed separately from the main Ayana resort, which means guests do not have access to its facilities, we still had a wonderful experience. We initially stayed at the main Ayana resort and then moved to the residence for our last night. The transfer between the two was smooth, with a direct buggy ride from the resort to our apartment. The apartment offered full facilities such as dish washer, washing machine, utensils etc.

Property is great. Just need to be mindful that it’s a private property / not managed by Ayana Residences or Resort, so you don’t get access to resorts facilities / pools as if you stayed at any of resort managed hotels. But you can use Ayana Residence’s own pool and facilities and go to any of the restaurants, bars at the resort.

Good location and spacious.

We stayed in unit F3, in Lily tower, we paid $475 for the night. It was not worth it. The the property is old and not maintained, stains on couches in bedroom and living room. There was yellow stains on our bedding and towels had marks. Got the staff to luckily bring new ones. Cutlery was not clean and stored on old paper towel.

It would have been better if I’d have rented a car to get around. Anyplace nearby to get food? No. Anywhere to find washing soap? No. Had to call for a shuttle anytime we wanted to go to the main resort. The real ugly, they kept asking for The hotel reservation number. Hotels.com would not give it. The hotel refused to find it. So, sort of limited on what we could do. The room itself was a bit rundown. Several broken cabinet doors. The cockroaches were friendly if not expected. ITT had a nice fresh lawnmower smell on arrival. Not what I’d call a 5 star hotel. Checkin was funky, paid for everything as it wasn’t clear I could room charge anything. Large place, nice dining/living area with balcony. View of the ocean. Service was non existant. It was clean. Expensive for the service and quality. It would be much poorer if not adjacent to the main resort. I’d guess it’s a better fit for a family

Beautiful apartment with a great private pool. Looks exactly like the pictures. The pick up drop off service allowed us to explore all of the Ayana resorts easily and we tried most of the restaurants.

There was some construction noise on the first day we were there but it was quiet for the other days.

We stayed in the Penthouse, it was very specious, clean, comfortable All facilities and amenities was provided Great buggy service from the residence to the lobby Fantastic and very helpful staff Great hospitality outlets

We LOVED EVERYTHING! The apartment was gorgeous …huge and very well designed and styled. The location is absolutely amazing! Buggy service was the absolute BEST! The staff are perfect, so very polite, happy to help you have your best holiday. We have never stayed anywhere as amazing as Ayana Residence. We will definitely return!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

It a great villa very private

It’s not clear when we booked it’s not connected to Ayana Resort where you can’t use anything in resort if you want to use the beach it’s $20 if you want to eat at any of the restaurants at Ayana Resort you have to book 2 weeks in advance as people staying in resort has first preference

Very pretty and luxurious

Prices are well above Bali prices but I know its because its in the upmarket place

Large yellowish marking on the bedsheet which could have been a pee stain. Did not smell so maybe an old one. When I noticed it before going to bed and called the reception, all they could offer was to replace it the next morning. Had to sleep on the duvet. Uncomfortable stay and I hope it won’t happen again to others.

It was spacious, modern and clean with a view over beautifully maintained gardens and the sea in the distance. The beds were extremely comfortable and bathrooms exceptional

Nothing - it was all marvellous. Perhaps it would have been nice to have complimentary conditioner as well as shampoo but that is a really minor thing

Our 5 adult children stayed for 5 nights (while us parents stayed in our own hotel room). It worked out perfectly as our adult children wanted to stay up later than us. We visited them every day and they loved the apartment. It was huge - and they enjoyed each bedroom having ensuites and loved having their own pool. They particularly enjoyed the shuttle buggy service to drive them around , and became friends with the shuttle driver!

Nothing - it worked out perfectly for our family holiday in Bali. Far nicer having your own pool and living areas and kitchen than having individual hotel rooms. We all met in the AYANA resort for breakfast and had some family dinners in AYANA resort. We also swam in the large AYANA residences pool.

Each Ayana Estate segment is under different management. Staying in the residences means you can’t use the bar / pool of some other segment. You are very secluded and need to know to use a taxi to get to the shops in the local town.

Over priced breakfast. Not the worst I've ever had, but it's up there with terrible.

Overpriced and overrated. Facilities are reserved for those who pay a lot.more...as of it wasn't priced high enough. Even just to enjoy the.beach, they charge an extra $20aud per person.

The location was amazing. Rooms and pool was cleaned everyday and the shuttle services provided were amazing as the property is huge.

The reception was not the easiest to find and with a none english speaking taxi driver it was difficult to navigate around the place with no local sim card.

The 3rd room was really small. The bedsheet had stains

I loved staying at ayana in a penthouse suite with sea views. The facilities was amazing as we explored all ayana and was always one call away from buggy picking us up.

Theres not much to dislike at ayana. The penthouse was beautiful but fine finishings like bed throw weren't up to that quality. Overall with a family of 6 it was perfect.

Mega resort with so many dining options. Don’t have to leave the property! Buggies are super convenient.

Ayana Residence could not access all the swimming facilities.

The apartment is spacious and clean, and the host is responsiveness.

The appartement building is remote and not part of the Ayana resort, and that’s not clear enough when booking. It means you need to call for a buggy, and wait 10 minutes when wanting to go to restaurants, bar or spa that are pretty much all part of the resort. The tram to the beach you need to pay for, and the so called airport shuttle is offered at 250k, whereas a Grab or GoJek costs half the price or less.

The apartment is gorgeous. I stayed at both the main hotel and this apartment at the resort and have to say that I prefer this one. The staff is also amazing!

We didn’t need to or want to leave the property. Restaurants, activities, beach, bar, shopping all in one place. Staff friendly and helpful. We love it and Thank you AYANA Residence for our holiday

Hard to find, poor instructions, hot water didn’t work, no gym or pool easily accessible. We should of stayed at Ayana hotel instead of trying to save a few dollars

Property seemed a bit abandoned and not that lit in the night. No tea coffee amenities in the apartment.

Located just outside the main Ayana resort with easy access to all the restaurants and bars. Staff and Management were extremely helpful and provided 5* service! They were always available for questions or assistance if we needed it. Apartment was very clean and well managed. Pool was lovely and cleaned upon request Buggy available to take us to the main resorts. Nitha and the Ayana Residence Staff were fantastic! Would definitely visit again!!

A couple mosquitoes in our room but we managed to get rid of them. Full length mirror would be nice in the apartment.

Terrible communication with management. Started off with miscommunication between shuttle service and management - ended up waiting at airport over an hour, and driver had been there over 2 hours since he was not informed we came in on domestic flight. Difficult to get services needed throughout stay, but individual staff went above and beyond to accommodate us,while other times, never got a response or resolution. Expedia is to blame for much of the communication issue - it would have been easier to have direct contact with property management than go through the Expedia platform. Never had this issue with the other web services.

아야나리조트는 뮤리아리조트보다 못하다. 하지만 아야나 레지던스는 훌륭하다. 개방감 높은 풀빌라. 문제는 도보로 걸어다닐곳이 없다. 이곳에 머무는 사람들은 풀빌라와 고요함의 휴식을 즐기고. 주변에있는 발레리안hub의 이벤트를 반듯이 즐겨라.

The unit is large. Negative thing was that there is no swimming pool on site. You will need to take the buggy to another building which was very inconvenient. The managment also gave us only one key card (there were 3 of us) for this 3 bedroom unit. we asked for the additional one but only to be told there were only 2 cards and the service people need one to come in for cleaning and etc. My daughter was coming in and out at different times and it was very very inconvenient to be there to open the door for her.

両親、弟と私たち夫婦の5人で2日間宿泊しました。広い部屋に滞在したいと考え選びました。ホテルではなく、賃貸アパートの部屋に泊まるという形態です。 部屋は笑ってしまうぐらい広くて、清潔です。インドネシアで問題になりがちなお湯も問題無く、バスタブに貯めてゆっくり出来ました。 敷地内アヤナ系列ホテルへのアクセスはバギーをフロントに頼んで移動します。すぐ来てくれるし、無料なので良かったです。レストランやスーパーははちょっと歩いて行ける距離には無いので、そこはタクシーになります。 2週間以上の長期滞在者向け宿泊施設だと感じました。部屋にはWi-Fiがありますが、ドアの外からエントランスまでは電波がほとんど通じません。 場所もまだあまり知られていないようで、インドネシアに住んでいない観光者はアパートへ辿り着くのに一苦労するかもしれません。色々な場所へ観光する人にはアクセスが不向きかと思います。 ただし、繁華街のような騒音は無く、静かです。グッスリ睡眠も取れました。 私たちの目的に沿っていましたので、満足です。
