Ava Sea Krabi Resort

The room didn't have a microwave which I felt was odd and inconvenient. There was no way to reheat my leftovers. A microwave doesn't cost much and would go a long way as an added feature.

Definitely recommend this hotel, esply for Indians. I want to write this detailed review esply for fellow Indians and Vegetarians for easy decision making. Location - 5/5 Hotel is situated in prime location. Walkable distance to multiple Bike rentals, Indian restaurants, shopping places. It's ~1.5km away from beach but it's alright. Food - 5/5 Has 4 Indian breakfast options daily . Fruits, salads , yogurt is additional. They made really good Baked potatoes, masala fried rice, raita for breakfast and trust me it's so yummy and filling. They have 4 fruit options and clear messaging on veg options. Staff - Room service is very quick, which is very unusual as per our experience in other Thailand hotels. Staff is very kind and polite. We left our luggage in their luggage room post checkout and came in to take a quick shower , they even let us use the fresh pool towels to freshen up. The receptionist Jessy is very sweet. Rooms - Very spacious. They upgraded us to Grand deluxe room. I see many many Indians staying here. Tour Booking - The in house tour Booking lady gave best rates for Bikes, better than the ones outside. Even they helped book Airport transfers - rates remain similar everywhere for this. Other tours like Hong Island and 5/7 Island tours etc can be booked directly from hotel too , I didn't see a huge price difference outside and in hotel. Hardly 50-100 Baht which is fine if you don't want the hassle to do research outside. I definitely recommend everyone stay at Ava Sea Resort. Thoroughly enjoyed it for service, location and esply Indian food options

What more can i say? Almost everything is exceptional. The hotel staffs are super nice and friendly, breakfast is great for me with choices of asian and western foods For me the only minor downside is that they only give you 1 room key, and the room facing the road can get a bit noisy at times

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Ao Nang and truly appreciated their warm hospitality. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and effortless, and I was pleasantly surprised that they didn’t even ask for a security deposit. The reception staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly polite and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The hotel is in an excellent location, right by the roadside, making it very easy to access transportation. They also have basement parking, which is quite convenient. One of the things I really liked about this property is that it has its own café and restaurant, so grabbing a meal was never an issue. Plus, there are plenty of other options nearby, including a 7-Eleven, a pharmacy, and various eateries, all just a short walk away. The rooms were comfortable, and I appreciated the small yet thoughtful details, such as the jet spray in the bathroom, which is especially useful for Indian travelers. The food from their kitchen was absolutely delicious. The chef clearly understands flavors well, and I regret not trying their breakfast on the first day. The lobby was another highlight for me—it had a cozy reading corner, and the pool area was well-maintained with a separate shower and toilet. There’s also a mini bar counter next to the pool, making it a great spot to relax. While my experience was fantastic overall, there were just a few minor things that could be improved. The room was supposed to have an iron and ironing board as part of the amenities, but they weren’t available. The towels provided on the first day, though visibly fresh, had a slight medicinal or balm-like scent, but when I requested a replacement, the staff quickly provided new ones. The toiletries didn’t include a toothbrush and toothpaste, which would have been a nice addition. The gym was quite limited in terms of equipment, with only a few dumbbells, the heaviest being 7kg. The only slight inconvenience I faced was during the late evening when I had difficulty communicating with one of the male receptionists. I had a simple question about whether I could use my regular shoes in the gym or go barefoot, but he couldn’t understand me, and there was no one else available to assist. Eventually, I just decided to go barefoot. Despite these small issues, my overall experience was fantastic, and I really loved their hospitality. The warmth of the staff, the delicious food, and the convenient location made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ao Nang.

Zero hospitality and service. No bell boy was present during checkout, there were issues with checkin as well. staff was rude and did not try to help. There was a lady at reception she was not considerate of our situation and was just repeating 2 pm (even when other guest were checking in early seamlessly.)

This hotel is definitely not 4⭐️ standard, the rooms are very small and basic, the bathroom had a damp smell and the general cleanliness of the hotel was poor. Customer service was non existent. Very noisy day and night with loud music and noise from the road. The only positive I can offer is a great location for the younger party goers,

Avoid at all cost, horrible experience. Our stay started with a very badly stained and dirty matress and it took us hours of explaining and pictures to get it replaced. Pictures of the hotell is very misleading as thinhs are both very old and dirty, pool area is tiny. Staff speaks absolutely no english and in general not very friendly so i suspect bad working conditions. Elevator was absolutely as slow as can be and often people presses the button but walked instead making it Even slower stopping on every floor. Dont be fooled, this is 2 star hotell not 4, and its robbery to stay here Even for Thailand and our group is well versed in travelling at different conditions. And dont book trips from the tourist rep in the lobby, big markup from other in the area. But speaks ok English. Only good thing here is the koi pond at the entrence.. Do not recommend. (!) Toilets/showers: Very dated, shower area leaks into the rest of the bathroom. And a often a strong smell of sewer from drains, so bad it woke us up. Tried speaking to Staff about this but just nods and gibberish, Even trying with google translate app. Pool area: Is TINY and very cold water, we had multiple rooms in our group including the most expensive rooms were u can walk into the pool but the area had no sun and was overgrown with bushes from property next door which is a sewage drain area. Also, the way the hotell pool area is designede it works as a wind tunnel and it has no wind brakes as other hotells in the area. Food/drinks: Cocktails was ok, but had to point to map and very little creativity. We opted out of breakfast and its very expensive and mostly thai dishes served for breakfast at 450 bath per person per day so extremely expensive but i cant speak for quality there.

My stay at the Ava Sea Resort was great. I had a room on the 5th floor. The view was unbelievable. The staff were pleasant to deal with. Excursions were easy to book. It was close to the beach and all the amenities were close by. I would definitely stay here again.

I would say the staff are lead by management, who obviously do not trust their guests one bit. Had to pay an extra 400 baht as a deposit for a second room key. Room wasn’t ready on arrival for many people, no where to store luggage as it sits beside reception. Pool has 20 pvc sun loungers, in 33 degree heat! Come on, really. Shower cold, water out tap cold, smells like a sewer in the morning. Bed rock hard…. Not impressed one bit, we left 2 days early to return to Bangkok!!! Would recommend sea seeker or blueshotel next door! Pool towel oh you actually need two so you don’t burn your ass!

Great location to be close to the beach and all nightlife that ao nang has

Hotel reception charged 500 Baht's for white pillow covers ,which became dirty after using for two days(either wash yourself or pay 250 per pillow cover)which I paid because i was checking out so frustrating. On the other member they narrated loss of spoons from room and asked to pay 200 baht's for two small spoons .when checked spoons were in room and they agreed

We had a great time at this centrally situated hotel. Our room was large and clean and the balcony had a view over the main road which we liked as there was plenty going on. I liked the small on-site gym and the pool.looked quite nice although I didn't use it. My one complaint was that each morning at breakfast the staff would watch people putting food into their bags (a lot of people did this) yet when I wanted to take my juice outside I was questioned as to what I thought I was doing! The breakfast was good with plenty of choice and the coffee was nice too. I would return

This hotel is just money mad. First of all they tried charging me 2,900 baht which is around £69 for a tiny bit of cake icing on the bed sheet which had melted because the room was so hot. They hadn’t even tried to actually wash the bed sheet but instead splashed a dribble of water on the icing mark in question and said it wouldn’t come out. Second of all after the WORST stay ever due to the beds being rock hard it felt like sleeping on wooden plank and the shower was stone cold the whole entire time we stayed there. We asked if there was any rooms we could pay to upgrade to and one member of staff stated they would try the next morning as other rooms had comfier beds. We follow that up the next day and we were laughed at by the staff in reception stating “all the beds were the same” the room had a disgusting mouldy and damp smell coming from the bathroom and overall the service was just hideous. By far the worst “4 star” hotel I have ever stayed in. I have stayed in budget hotels nowhere near as expensive as this and it has been a much better stay. No care for the customers who are paying their wages. AVIOID!

Lovely location for wherever you needed but no sleep due to noisy streets and facilities was not good swimming pool tiny and freezing but staff lovely

Hotel is on a busy street so extremely loud. The shower was freezing cold and the water pressure was terrible. Towels are extremely rough and old. Amenities in bathroom are majorly lacking too. Extremely out dated hotel. Would avoid if you are wanting a good nights sleep.

The hotel is very nice location and it's only take 5 min walking to Ao Nang beach, the first day when we check in the room had no hot water to shower, but it got fix very quickly, also the room that we stay has a lot of mosquitos, my friend got a lot of bits on his legs

Ava sea was in a great location. Ac worked well, water pressure could be better but overall we had a great time. Very convenient to everything and staff was all nice

The women with the short hair at the reception was very rude and had an attitude everytime we ask something. The bathroom smells awful. We called the roomservice and after an hour we find out that they forgotton us

VERY POOR HYGIENE - LINEN, BATH & POOL TOWELS NEED CHANGING FOR NEE ONES. This hotel is incredibly disappointing. My main concerns: 1- Room are not very clean - bathroom certainly needs decorating, towels and linen need changing for new ones. Grey with holes doesn’t look very good. We had no hot water either … in this climat it wasn’t too much of a big problem, but for a 4 stars hotel, certainly is a big problem! Drain problem also causing foul smell. 2- Breakfast on the website starts at 6am, however, in reality they don’t open before 630am. The breakfast is very limited and the coffee is very weak. If you like strong coffee, be prepared to add couple more shots of expresso :) 3- The pool area is not very clean either, the pool is located between two small towers (so don’t expect much sunbathing). The pool water is freezing ! 4- If like me you do workout 🏋🏼‍♀️- then forget their awful gym. The ‘equipment’ is very old and not even have a pair of matching dumbbells. Heaviest is 7k ! 5- Only one door key per room. If you need another you will need to pay 200 B deposit. Again, never experienced this before. 6- On the plus side, it is located in the middle of the bars, restaurants and shops. So you won’t get bored and let’s be honest the staff are really nice. Which it very hard to complain as once can see how embarrassing it is for them to deal with the same old complaints. 7- The beach is 10 minutes walk down the street, but it is not, in my personal opinion, appropriate for swimming as two major sewages leads straight into the sea in this area. Overall, I would say this property is perfect for young people wanted to party and have fun. If like me you are a little older and want a little more quality and peace, then you will be struggling to be happy here. My main concern is the lack of cleanliness- there cannot be any excuses for dirty linen and grey/dirty/holes bath towels and no hot water.

Functional but ageing hotel. Could do with replacing towels and bedding. Pool is nice and never very busy! Only hotel I’ve ever stayed at where they charge a deposit for a key card! Good location and plenty around to do. Rooms are a good size and comfortable

We have a very bad experience with the check in and our room AC did not work despite the staff tried different keys. For the room we found other people hairs on the sheets and sofa, and the bathroom is dirty. The staff said that they can call room cleaning to clean our room. We asked to switch room but the staff said that there is no room available to switch even if we are willing to paid more. The staff did not even help us with our luggages. It was hard for us to lug the luggages over the steps. We asked the staff to refund the 3 remaining days, but the staff refused. We would never stay at this hotel or recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was not accommodating at all. Gave us a hard time about towels🙄 it’s a beach hotel with a pool. They guard the towels like national security. We were fine with the sign out process but they wouldn’t give any extra towels for the room. It was actually extremely annoying

READ THIS BEFORE STAYING HERE Recently had stay here in Ava sea krabi. Though had a great time in Krabi which is a beautiful place but had a very bad end to the stay. The staff alleged us while we were checking out to have made their bedsheet red stained everyday. We clearly remember each time while leaving the room that the bedsheets and pillows were all clear and didn't know about all these till the time we were checking out. If the case was so, the staff shouldn't have changed the linens or should have changed it only after letting us know each time. There can't be any proof that it was ours. While checking out we called them to send someone to help us with the luggage but they denied that they don't have any staff free so we left the room on our own with all the luggages. Also we remembered that all linens were clear as everyone checks each and everything in details when leaving the hotel not to forget any things of own.....we were confident about it but they imposed huge fine on us of more than 4k baht which we denied. After that the staff there made multiple calls to the housekeeping team but as she was talking to them in the local language we couldn't understand anything. They then made us to visit our room again. We found the room already open with the housekeeping staff there. Now we could see the red stain on the bedsheet which was not earlier present. This proves all the preparations done by them. After pointing out these things they why they didn't inform us earlier they reduced the fine to 2.5k baht. If they were so sure about the fines they shouldn't have reduced it. Fine is a fine afterall. One should also know how to respect the customers which they don't have even any idea of. Though we didn't wear any red dresses till then but we checked each and every red things of ours and even trying rubbing, washing them on white linen later. Everything was clear. Ava sea should try to escalate their hospitality and services to earn money rather than focussing on these things. Our trip to Thailand were very fulfilling had this hotel didn't treat the way it did. Visited many hotels in last few years but the didn't have to experience such thing earlier. Everyone please beware of such things.

Room size was good, location was close to beach. But I did not enjoy the stay, I booked ocean view room but ocean was too far. Breakfast has very limited open for vegetarian food.

Everything was just ok. No hot water was a big negative.

I’m sure the staff tried but poor English caused some confusion. Given wrong internet password. Rushed through check in and check out. Temperature control in room did not adjust properly. AC was either too cold or off completely. Breakfast not worth the €13. Front desk wouldn’t call a taxi and had to go to tour desk, pay a mark-up and wait half and hour.

Easy to get around foods close by 711 next door

No hot water in our room, sheets had holes in them, and WiFi was absolutely terrible. Otherwise nice place great location.

This was only a 2 night stay before staying with my new Thai family. Checkin was quick and efficient. The receptionist was polite and informative. The hotel was very clean together with my room. Internet was strong and consistent. The hotel has a small pool area and a small gym. Only negative thing was my room faced onto the main road. The sound of mopeds travelling under harsh acceleration woke me up a few times but this is totally outside the control of the hotel. Otherwise a very enjoyable two days.

Great location of hotel Staff not particularly helpful or friendly during any contact

I really loved this hotel. The staff at check in were efficient. A man carried my luggage to my room. Everyone smiley and friendly! The location was so good!!! Walkable to the beach, the night market (about 30 mins walk, really recommend going). Only bad side was SO much noise from outside (until about 1am) so I couldn’t sleep well - however my room was facing the road & I am a light sleeper anyway.

Great location, 5-min walk to Ao Nang beach. 7-11 downstairs. Friendly staff. Money exchange outside the lobby had the best rate. Some of the best restaurants and shopping nearby. Room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was excellent with varieties. Swimming pool was clean and large. This hotel was by far the best we stayed in this trip (Phuket, Phi Phi and Krabi). We will stay here again.

We had an extended stay here of 12 nights and really enjoyed it!! We got the pool access room and I enjoyed having that amenity. We got to know the staff, they’re very kind if you are! They strive to provide a great guest experience! Be kind and patient with them, it’s a great team! Our room was cleaned and well kept. Housekeeping did an amazing job, daily. The location is perfect. You can walk to anything, taxi service right outside. Laundry, and currency exchange next door. All tours will also pick up and drop off here for free. I enjoyed coffee and the egg bar in the mornings.

The hotel was very close to the beach and amenities so was able to walk everywhere. It was nice room, quiet roomy. The only problem was we had little hot water in the shower. But other than that it was really nice.

Conveniently located well appointed hotel. Everything was spotlessly clean and the linens were soft. Very good AC. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They had beach towels to check out and lots of books if you wanted something to read.

Room was clean. Staff were helpful. Location is great and everything is walkable. Lots of dining and shopping options. We stayed in a direct pool access room and would definitely recommend. Housekeeping would only give about a quarter roll of toilet paper at a time. The bathroom has VERY dim lighting. Overall the bathroom is definitely aged and weathered. The climate control really only had two options for temp. Any setting at 20 Celsius (68 degrees F) or higher resulted in a stuffy and hot room around 78 degrees F. If we moved the thermostat dial just one degree to 19 Celsius, the room turned into a freezer. My guess is the room temp was then around 62-64 degrees F. I run hot, so not a problem for me personally. Just a warning for those that like moderate or warmer temps. There wasn’t such a setting after fiddling with it for 5 days. We wouldn’t avoid this place if we came again, but would probably consider other properties with pool access rooms first.

Not very helpful staff at reception. Just handed me a grubby card holder with two well worn keycards. No direction to room and breakfast was average and repetitive. Also small pool between the two buildings. Hotel was quiet and in good location

No room upgrade

The VIP Area upgrade to an ocean view was very much worth it. The VIP area is set back from the street so it’s very quiet. The view from the balcony is golden. Get the breakfast option, very worth it. This is a nice hotel in a really good location

Good place to stay

We had a large room with a sea view, balcony and breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Its a good location in walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The pool is also nice. Highly recommended.

Hotel is ok . There breakfast is not worth the money they charging . Ordered pizza was under cooked . I stay in hotels everyday . Pool was not clean many things floating .

Seven nights stay，three times fire alam at midnight

The location of this resort is convenient as it is located along Aonang night market streets. The resort is clean and relaxing. The pool access for the rooms that I have booked is an added plus point.

As a Flight Attendant with a quite of experience with Hotels I can say: What a GREAT holiday experience. -Amazing spacious room with alot of amenities, -Large Balcony, -Big Pool, -Hotel is super clean, -Breakfast buffet with a great choice of fresh tropical fruit an omelette stand and everyday was something different to try, -Located in the main road and close to everything, -Best and most important, STAFF is friendly and helpful always with a genuine smile. I definitely recommend it and I will return.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Hotel staff were all very friendly. Id recommend booking with breakfast as it really set us up for the day. Watching the sun set from our balcony in the evenings was as good as it sounds.

My stay at Ava sea was last minute as I traveled around Thailand with no plans . Upon arrival they instructed me to book online as I would be able to get a deeper discount . 30 seconds after booking my room , they had it ready on their screen . Decided to upgrade my room for me as will . As for being a spontaneous traveller I booked one night at a time . Ended up staying in the upgraded room for 3 night booking each morning the cheaper room though Expedia . All the staff I encountered at the hotel were super friendly an helpful . Was a clean resort an good location . Room was very spacious to . Would highly recommend this to anyone looking to save a few dollars an willing for a short 5 minute walk to the beach .

Absolutely amazing! This hotel was clean and so aesthetically pleasing ! The staff were so friendly and everything during our stay was wonderful!

This was my least favorite hotel from our Thailand trip. It did have a nice views of the ocean. The towels seemed old and shredding at the seams. There were stains on the sofa and mattress was uncomfortable. We felt that it needed to be turned or something as our backs hurt They did not provide new glasses in the bathroom We had arranged for a breakfast box as we were leaving early for an excursion, and they forgot to prepare it. They did allow us to eat earlier Than opening time but that was less than optimal as not all the food was out and we Had less than 10 minutes to chow down before pick up. Management Tried to make it up and gave us a fruit platter The staff was nice though. The rooms were spacious.

The staff were very kind an friendly . I booked a room that was full on Expedia when I arrived they free upgraded me . The following day I asked to stay another night allowing me to book again online cheapest room and keeping my free upgrade . It’s a bit of walk to beach but very easy within 5 mins . Tons of stores out your door step. Room was spacious an clean , overall would recommend !

Good location. We had an issue with very little hot water in our shower, but the front desk sent up a plumber to fix it. The wifi was also very spotty. They sent a "technician" to address this, but nothing was resolved.

Hotel is quite new but have problems with hot water in bathroom. It took them 1 and half days to fix but they did in the end. Reading some of the reviews after it seams to happen a lot. Stayed at other hotels in Krabi and are better for the money paid.

Staff was really helpful and friendly. My only issue was expedia, I stayed at this hotel last year and everything went smoothly. This tine it was different, I had a reservation for 3, turns out I still had to pay for an extra bed and breakfast was not included ( breakfast is usually included in all these hotels). Taking into consideration the extras U had to pay I could have stayed at a better hotel st a lower cost.

Booked this hotel again because of my previous stay with AVA Sea but had a few issues this time around. Problems with the wifi and water heating throughout but everything else was good. I also had an issue with the airport shuttle where I had cancelled but the reservations team was not updated on this cancellation and I was made to pay half of it.

The pool and gym facilties were good and the staff was very friendly

Nothing much to complain about but you get what you pay for I guess. No items in the minibar, no sweat towels in the gym and we lacked some hooks for the hand towels in the bathroom. A bit noisy from the street outside but room was clean and balcony was nice.

Staff is not efficient in their role except for house keeping. Multiple times no water in toilet and staff mentioned no engineer to repair pump. At night the water is always gone. Fire alarm triggered 1am with no staff to handle or inform situation. Flask is very dirty, every usage will have particles and water turn chalky even if water use from clean bottles. The good thing is the wifi.thats all

its maintenance and location is unique. pool is small but good breakfast needs little more items.oveall experience is very nice

Very friendly place close to nearly most things. If need to travel bus stop is just out the front if need to go to Krabi town etc.

Right in the main strip of Ao Nang (5min walk to beach) money xchnage/laundry/7-11 down stairs. Hotel is 2yrs old. Period of stay 17-22 Aug approx $80 AUD/night Hotel has 2 buildings with a pool in the middle. Room 4306 - beach facing , very quite. Room 4503 facing opposing hotel blusotel. Rooms are spacious (deluxe room) has private balcony but superior has a flower garden segregating the rooms. Beds are firm and air con strong. Poolside rooms have trees blocking the view from the pool room entry(would not recommend) No poolside bar, gym is in good condition- reception to turn on air con. Breakfast is basic continental and Thai with egg station. Had no hot water in our room and was fixed straight away. Expect your typical service from this district. Overall would stay again.

Pros: The hotel has great location. Staff is friendly and efficient. Rooms are good size and clean. Breakfast is average. Pool is nice. Cons: Only one, and I think it is a big one. The safe in my room was not anchored. The safe itself is only about 10 lbs and anyone could just pick it up and take it away. I was uncomfortable to leave my passport and cash. I asked the front desk as to why the safe was not anchored like it is in all other 4 star hotels that I stayed at. She told me that all rooms have unanchored safes at their hotel. I would highly recommend that they remedy this. Other than that, this hotel is really quite good.

Beautiful area and very good accommodations. Only problem was at checkin there was an issue with the booking. And communication/language barriers were slightly more difficult than expected.

Pros; Good service, value for money and great location. Cons; Towels need to be replaced as they had stains and were almost yellow/brown - considering it’s rates a 4star hotel. Gym didn’t have aircon turned on.

Love the clean and modern deco suite. Would be great if the morning buffet restaurant is airconditioned. Overall pleasant and conveniently situated near 7/11 McDonald's starbucks and beach.

The staffs in AVA SEA were very friendly and helpful. The direct access to swimming pool is excellent.

This was in good location and very comfortable property

No hot water for taking a shower. Poor WiFi. Called front desk staff to make aware of issues. Staff could not understand English well sp problem remained unresolved

I spent over an hour on the phone speaking with 2 or 3 service department representatives to have our 9 nights stay at the paripas Patong resort credited to our account van-connie @ shaw.ca but with no satisfaction. Connie and I are very disappointed that this issue has not been resolved...this is 2019!!!!

I stayed here for 5 nights in February/ March 2019. Check in went very well with a very pleasant lady on reception. Good size room and cleaned daily. We did call reception as our toiletries were not filled up and they arrived swiftly, took the empty bottles and returned them filled up. Nice breakfast, great location in Ao Nang, short walk to the beach passing lots of restaurants, bars, clothes stalls etc. 2 bottles of water left in your room each day, no mini bar but you do get a good sized fridge to stock up on water and Thai beer if you fancy.

Unfortunately, disappointed with this hotel. It was not particularly clean (hair that did not belong to us on the floor after the room was cleaned), no hot or even warm water for 3 days and very poor wifi. We have been travelling in Thailand for several weeks and this was the most expensive and worst hotel of our travels. Expected more for the price.

Location is good. But service very slow. Only one gsa working during check in. And no toothbrush etc available in the room. And they suspected we took their bath robe but housekeeping only give us one bath robe. Check out took so long as well. No welcome drink provided for us too!

The property was nice and clean, had a pretty pool with bar but no bartender. Transportation was an issue. After requesting a driver ahead of time, both ways. There was no one at the airport for us. I called the hotel & was told to take a taxi. 30 min later we had one, long queue. At the hotel the manager apologized & took care of the taxi for us. The day before we left, I tried to verify we would have a car to take us back to the airport. The girl gave us the price of B700. Ok fine, we'll do it. Next morning at check-out I ask her if we can leave our luggage with them until our car at 3pm. Yes, and they tagged our bags to hold. 3pm and no car! I ask why & she says I didn't ask for one. I ask for the mgr & explain this is the 3rd time I've requested a car. The girl LIES to her mgr, repeatedly, & says we never asked for a car!!! The mgr calls for a car & says it would be 20 min & he'll discount it to B500 for the inconvenience. We almost missed our flight because of this. Will NEVER recommend this place.
