My wife, daughter, and I had a wonderful 10 night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Lutz, Fl.Our daughter got sick right in the start of our stay and we needed to take her to the ER and specialist appointment. I notified the front desk and the staff, including Ms. Caitlyn at the front desk was very kind and helpful to us. Next, Mr. Ryan Cole, the asst. GM kindly took care of us and didn't penalize us for modifying our stay last minute; he even personally wished us well with our daughter and welcomed us with a warm smile; as did the front desk upon checking in and asked how is our daughter. Actions like this made all the world to us, and further proved how genuinely caring and polished the staff is here! This was actually our 4th stay here! We first came the year the hotel opened, and the staff is always professional, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure your stay is great. I remember Chef Jay from the year the hotel opened, and he makes an excellent omelette specially made to order with your favorite toppings. The restaurant servers, front desk staff, and housekeepers are always nice to us and accommodating with our needs. We began traveling to this hotel as a couple; and this was the second year we brought our daughter who's five and she absolutely enjoys it too! We're now Hilton diamond status and this hotels treat you well if you're badic tier, silver, gold, and now diamond status. They truly understands great customer service and delivers a great product overral. My wife and I had a nice wedding at a Hilton Garden Inn 22 years ago, and that connection always makes our stay here more memorable. We absolutely love the surrounding area of the hotel; it's safe, peaceful, upscale, and close to Tampa Bay's attractions. There's a plethora of great shopping and dining on the main strip Highway 54/56. Additionally, if you want a quiet chill evening, the hotel's restaurant is open for yummy appetizer/dinner options. We enjoyed the flatbread offerings and their restaurant staff is the kindest in the area. I recommend this hotel for couples, families, business/conference travelers, and even for a wedding or special occasion as we had a lovely Hilton Garden Inn wedding. Every time we visit we know that the breakfast will be fresh and tasty, and our rooms will be fresh and clean, and the staff 's demeanor will be polite and professional which are the most important to us as a repeat customer and with frequent traveling. This is our favorite Hilton Garden Inn, and we're looking forward to coming back next summer for our third consecutive year! I was just excited to try this hotel as we’re in the area frequently visiting grandkids! The location is good.

We requested a tub. Which they did not accommodate! So not a great start. It’s the most expensive hotel in town the area and I felt it didn’t really have much to offer!

Really excellent staff here. Great interactions with everyone. It’s clear they understand the hospitality business. Extra special kudos to chef Ethan. I recently got put on a very restrictive diet and Ethan was very accommodating and adjusted the food to fit my needs. And it was delicious! I have already marked this hotel as a favorite. I had an absolute amazing time enjoying breakfast. I was greeted with warm smiles and great conversation from both Karlee & Katerina! These beautiful women are fantastic, they understand what hospitality is. Along with with the warm atmosphere, the food was outstanding. I am relatively picky when it comes to what I eat, but I enjoyed every last bite. Again, I wanna emphasize that all of this could not have been possible without Karlee and Katerina. Their warm smiles and continuing hospitality will keep me coming back!

What a nice experience it was to stay at this little gem. Just the right size. Everybody is there to help you. The breakfast amazing. You can order whatever you want and they will make it for you! Thank you very much Michelle, Katrina and Ethan!! Sianna at the front desk helped me choose the perfect room for my stay. That wasn't easy. She has the patience of an angel. My Initial stay was only going to be one week. I changed my reservation...From a room the on sixth floor to a room on the second floor then finally to another room on the 2nd floor. I like to face nature, that is why I made my choice. Its Nice to open the window and look out at the preserve and the trees. Sianna went above and beyond with absolute courtesy. This was the 3rd year of having our convention at this hotel. It is always super clean, friendly and just plain great! The food prepared by Jay, the chef and help Katerina and Pala were exceptional. Way beyond anything we'd ever experienced when conducting these conventions. We have reserved for 2027 already.

How noisy the bed is and how there was no decent T.V. Chanel’s, and how cheap the toilet paper was.

We stayed overnight on a road trip to Orlando. The hotel met expectations as it was clean, satff were friendly, and there was a nice breakfast in the restaurant in the morning (extra cost).

Checked in this afternoon and was greeted by Sianna. Friendly, professional, and a great sense of humor. I was wearing my Halloween mask of the clown Pennywise and attempted to check in with that name! What a good sport. Later she advised us on the local restaurants and directions to the bank. What a perfect ambassador for your brand. She flawlessly displayed numerous management skills. Look forward to seeing Sianna tomorrow!!

I can't point to just one thing. I had a great stay.

The property is in a great location, walking distance to restaurants. The room is clean and the lobby area is welcoming.

I contacted Shirra Galera, the sales and catering manager to inquire about a possible use of a ballroom for an event. She immediately replied with all the pertinent information . She was efficient and pleasant. I so appreciate that type of service

I was visiting family nearby and this Hilton was super convenient for staying over and having access to restaurants literally across the parking lot! Staff was super nice and the beds were really comfortable. Definitely staying there again on my next visit!

Horrible I literally wish I can give them less than one start Not only I was late for our family wedding we had to deal with the manager being super disrespectful and not helpful at all after the mistake that they made told my aunt she need it to move room or she will get her stuff taking out the moment she leave the room for the weeding mind you they give her this room at 5 am bc the other room had a roach in it never did they said oh this room is temporary so the next on the day of the wedding instead of the family getting ready they harass her if not they where going to charge $354.96 mind you we needed to be at the wedding at 1 pm we got there at 4 pm bc we had to deal with a manager that couldn’t deal with his own staff mistake and intend of being helpful he called the cop and trespass our aunt from the hotel when there was no reason to do so she explained not ones but couple time to him that she needed to go that she couldn’t change room his replay you need to move room or we will charge you the a month mention above our our staff will go and take ur stuff out no solution just straight up problem she paid for all 5 rooms if I’m not mistaken and on top of that he wanted her to pay for a mistake that she didn’t make nearly made her miss her on son weeding I guess all of that money she brought in wasn’t enough for him All tho she got trespass they still charge her for the room

My nephew booked a few rooms for his weeding,the night before I found a roach in my room, was moved to an up graded room was told to enjoy the room, then 2hr before leaving to go to the wedding was told to pack my stuff up or pay for the upgraded room.. I told them that it was the mother of the groom who was sharing the room and we had no time and how can you give us something then kick us out or make us pay for it. They sent the cops with a no trespass paper, this was so wrong and I would love to speak to the owner about this situation and was told to just leave..

I booked this hotel bc of the amenities, especially the bar. But it was not open! It was a holiday!? Check out was 11 am, I had put my do not disturb sign out as I had worked 14 hours the day I checked in and was on call all night and the next day. Around 10 am, on the day of check out, housekeeping ignored the sign on the door, unlocked my door, turned on the light and entered my room!! I was trying to sleep!! I was VERY unhappy with this.

As a Lifetime Diamond member, I feel qualified to give a fair review. First, the hotel is in close proximity to shopping, dining, and some entertainment. This is a fast growing area and new places are opening every few months. To the hotel, due to my work schedule, this area does not often fit into my schedule. Probably 3+ years since last visit, but it appears to have been recently renovated. Very nice room, clean, modern, well appointed, and quiet. If you’re familiar with my other reviews, I place a premium on door closing noise. I cannot understand why a hotel would want their doors to SLAM shut. This hotel gets it, the doors shut marvelously quietly. No rattling walls with slamming doors. Perfect. The other aspects, did not use pool, but looked very nice. Did not eat there, but would have, I had dinner with clients nearby. Gym was very good, used it twice. Please share your quiet door closure secret with the rest of Hilton, most just don’t get it.

We stayed here for 2 nights when attending an area wedding. It was a great stay. It was very clean, the staff was great, nice shower with strong, hot water. The room was good sized (double queen), plenty of space on desk. Plenty of space on bathroom counter. Nice fitness center as well. Room 325 was perfect; quiet, close to elevators and ice machine. Price about average for a Hilton. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. We recommend this hotel to others looking for a nice, clean place to stay.
