The location, amenities and value were great. Room service was a big plus.

Everything was great

It was just what we needed. The beds were very comfy, the room was spacious, the staff were very friendly and my sister and I loved the dessert we ordered. The area was very quiet, close to main roads yet no road noise.

The bathroom door stuck a little. that's about it ev erything else was great.

I loved the layout of the room. It was very clean and comfortable.

My room was filthy. Food on the floor and desk in multiple spots. Only half a roll of toilet paper and no tissues.

Dirty face towels under the cabinet overlooked by housekeeper I guess. No sheets or pillows for pull out. Cheap bedding and too many stains in the carpet. Standards are not high enough to be called a Hyatt. Sorry

I was never given a receipt for my stay. I was billed a $50 incidental deposit which was not disclosed until I asked why I was being charged more than the quoted price that I reserved on Booking.com

Good location right across from the outlets. Lots of restaurants nearby. Friendly staff, plenty of free parking. Hotel has a pool and a fitness center, and there's free hot breakfast every morning.

My experience at Hyatt Place Tampa/Wesley Chapel exceeded my expectations. The customer service was exceptional from the moment I arrived until I checked out. I would like to recognize the front desk staff, housekeeping team, and everyone who worked the breakfast service during my stay from July 23–26. Every staff member was friendly, professional, welcoming, and attentive. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure guests felt comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the positive attitudes of the staff made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for providing outstanding hospitality. I look forward to staying with Hyatt Place Tampa/Wesley Chapel again in the future.

The renovated room was very affordable. The complimentary continental breakfast was excellent, with eggs, meat,. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness to the comfort. Outstanding value for the money. I highly recommend this hotel!

Didn’t like the hard water. You could smell it when you entered the room.

I thought they were filming a porn shoot next room from my family.Loud, noisy, non/ relaxing night at the Hyatt. Had to move rooms in the afternoon because the baby oil party started again. Poor customer service, no towels at the pool. More like a low budget hotel after that night. Walked down to front desk and he obviously did nothing, Typical. The stay was definitely not worth the cost.

Everyone was very kind and welcoming at Hyatt Place. I've stayed here on multiple occasions, and it has been great. The room was comfortable and the staff have been wonderful.

I stayed here because it was the closest hotel to where my relatives lived. I prefer a more upscale, full-service hotel but this one was adequate for one night. When I checked in, the room had an odor in the bathroom. I notified the front desk and they evidently took care of it, because when I returned later, it was gone. The room was very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning is quite noisy so they furnish guests with ear plugs. However, putting setting it at 73 degrees turned out to be the sweet spot because the air conditioning never came on during the night and the room was the perfect temperature that night, even though it had been a very not day. So my room was quiet after all. The front desk staff are friendly and very customer service oriented. The morning front desk man was busy cleaning the front window but was kind enough to stop and put my suitcase into my rental car.

This was a very new hotel, so everything was fresh, updated and clean. The beds were super comfy and the window faced east, so it was nice to see the sunrise as we woke up. Breakfast was awesome! Bonus was able to bring our medium size dog with us and she enjoyed the stay as well.

There was a smudge of dirt, makeup, or something on the window shade. Surprised housekeeping did not notice it. Needs to be cleaned!

Stayed here for a couple of nights and off the bat the service was amazing from the hotel. The staff was very helpful and eager to help. The rooms was nice and well maintained, decent spread at breakfast and was very close to the outlet malls. Lots of options to eat outside as well around the hotel. Overall a good stay

Property seems new and well maintained with friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast service and quality of selection excellent. The restaurant and bar were unexpected and really nice. Because of the positive experience, we have booked at a Hyatt Place in MI for the trip we have planned next.

Breakfast could have been better. Powdered eggs, terrible, tasteless bacon and hot foods weren’t very hot. Water pressure in shower was very low.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. One person recognized us as we have been there a few times and he welcomed us back! That was very nice. The cleaning person was very efficient and friendly and brought extra towels when we asked. The bartenders were also friendly.

It was an economical stay with a surprisingly high standard of cleanliness, staff friendliness, and just generally good vibes. If I ever need to stay in the area, Hyatt Place will be my go-to.

Room was clean, but the TV was not working, Windows are very thin so we could hear any noise from outside parties (we were near the back street that has some conference room) and noise from the hallway. Also be careful about the EV charger. 2 are tesla charger, 1 international one. so the international one is NOT working with no signs, 1 tesla charger can be overheated after a while, so basically only 1 is working. BUT this is first come first serve, even outside people can come if they want, and helpdesk wont help you to reach to them even they've there for a while. so good luck with that.

Great stay. Staff is friendly and helpful; hotel is very clean, modern. Location is ideal for shopping. Many restaurants within a short drive. The food on site is a great option if you don't feel like venturing out.

The staff is wonderful at the Hyatt place in Lutz, they are very friendly and always ready to help! The room was clean and spacious, comfortable, the view was also very nice!) in general we had a great experience and I would definitely recommend and stay there again!!

Nice hotel in the middle of so many shopping and eating establishments. It's also easy to travel into Tampa from this location.

The breakfast was not good to me

Sharing feedback regarding my recent stays at the Hyatt in Wesley Chapel. During my first visit, I had an satisfying experience with Faye. She went above and beyond to assist me after I was misinformed regarding deposit fees and ensured I was placed in a clean, comfortable room. Unfortunately, my second visit was disappointing due to the service provided by Kinesha. She appeared annoyed and uninterested in assisting me. I was initially checked into a room on the second floor that was dirty and run-down. When I requested a room change, Kinesha seemed further frustrated and moved me to another room that was not properly cleaned and was specifically designated for hearing-impaired guests. Additionally, while the night manager clarified a misunderstanding regarding the late checkout policy, he also seemed disengaged. While I intend to continue staying at Hyatt hotels to build my loyalty points, I plan to avoid the Wesley Chapel location for future night check-ins based on this experience. I hope this feedback is helpful for your team.

Breakfast options were nice. Rooms and facilities were clean and comfortable.

At check out the front desk said that I would receive the receipt/invoice from Booking.com. At Booking.com, they said I will receive the final receipt (that includes any room service) from the hotel. There's a disconnect between the two.

Truly a wonderful hotel stay! Check-in was a little bit after the 4pm time unfortunately because it was a very busy weekend for the hotel, but we were met with a room upgrade and amazingly friendly staff! We were thankful for the extra space, fridge, and microwave since a room with two queen beds was not available for our group. The room was wonderful, spacious, and clean. The sofa beds, are not so comfortable for an adult, which is unfortunately to be expected, but the actual beds were incredibly cozy. We ordered both room services and enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. Food was delicious and we loved the variety! We only stayed for two nights, and would have loved for house keeping to have refreshed our room on the second day, but that was my one and only qualm. I would absolutely stay here again and I highly recommend!

Customer service was awful. I stood at the front desk for 15 mins waiting for someone to come. I asked the kitchen staff if they knew where the front desk personel were and they just said, nope and walked away. Finally, a maid came down the hall and I ran and asked her if she could help me. I needed an additional towel as there weren't enough provided in the room. Waiting for front desk staff was a daily occurance. The downstairs bathrooms were often out of toilet paper and not clean. Breakfast ended at 10 am but by 9, it was ravaged and they didn't put out refills; once it was eaten, that was it. They didn't even have hot coffee by 9am.

Stayed at Hyatt Place Wesley Chapel and had a great experience. The rooms are always clean, comfortable bed and pillows, friendly staff, and a convenient location near restaurants, shopping and I-75. Everything felt easy and well taken care of.

The hotel was very clean and the room was very comfortable. We felt that the experience and accommodations was equal to the competitive pricing in the area. The room could use a little bit of an update but overall not too bad. There are no USB or USB C charge plugs in the room so be sure to bring a standard plug adapter. One word of caution is that if you do have any free nights days you absolutely must apply them during the time you book as the hotel cannot process your free night stays at the hotel. They did mention that in a couple of months their computer systems were changing and it would probably allow them to have applied my free night

We stayed for four nights at this location and our overall experience was excellent. The location is close if not in walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the outlet mall. The Hyatt staff was very friendly.

It’s was close to everything that’s I needed for the weekend.

For the price my room wasn’t up to my standards and it smelled like a puppy kennel on my floor and the room. This way my go to spot, but I’ll have to reconsider for future stays.

There was only one shared microwave located near the restaurant, which made me feel self-conscious and inconvenienced whenever I wanted to use it. When I unfolded the sofa bed, I discovered a patch of mold—about the size of my palm—underneath the mattress. However, the soft water was absolutely wonderful.

It is located with great access from the highway. Walking distance from shopping and restaurants.

blanket for sofa bed, there was none in closet only a pillow. there was no laundry bag , there was no conditioner at all . my son slipped in shower because was really slippery. I would recommend installing a rougher material for guest . We usually are highly satisfied with Hyatt. The stay was not terrible. but just not what we are used to to
