J’avais un peu d’appréhension en allant dans un Hostel mais en fait il est juste incroyable, nettoyage, quotidiennement eau, café, thé disponible autant que vous le souhaitez le personnel est super gentil et là pour vous aider Il y a des espaces pour vous vous poser tranquillement avec des ventilateurs Cuisine disponible, vous pouvez préparer vos propres plats, de même, il y a des Landry disponible Bien placé, vous êtes à trois minutes à pied d’un Seven Eleven, et nous avons fait tous les temples à pied Ils proposent aussi des excursions avec eux

Peut-être ajouter un peu plus de choix pour les déjeuners continentaux, car des tartines avec du beurre et de la confiture tous les jours c’est un peu beaucoup

Proche de tout, il est possible de tout faire à pieds surtout autour de la vieille ville vraiment très pratique! Les bouteilles d'eau + petit dejeuner à disposition et le personnel à l'écoute

Les lits en hauteur ne sont pas très pratiques et il y a eu des soucis d'eau dans les sanitaires mais qui ont été résolus le lendemain

Kamer was schoon, bed lag lekker. Kamer was wel wat krap, weinig ruimte om je spullen neer te leggen. Ook al lagen we direct voor de trap hebben we amper geluidsoverlast gehad. Vanaf ongeveer 8.00 hoor je wel de muziek lichtjes die in de gezamenlijke ruimte wordt afgespeeld.

Het is geen sociaal hostel, vooral remote workers. Er worden geen activiteiten in het hostel zelf georganiseerde. De deur van de badkamer is compleet licht doorlatend, we hebben zelf met handdoeken geprobeerd dit zo veel mogelijk te bedekken anders wordt je wakker omdat het volledig licht is in je kamer. Een gordijntje hier ophangen zou heel veel verschil maken!

Location is very convenient. Nearby 7/11. Clean and comfy bed. They have washing machine downstairs. Free breakfast.

What I don't like is the check in process/mostly the staff. You don't really feel welcomed, if you arrived 1.30pm, they still won't check you in despite the room being available. You have to wait 2pm. lol

Super fijne plek, gewoon netjes en schoon, rustig sfeertje en goede locatie. En de bedden zijn de beste die ik ooit in een hostel heb gehad.

Als je echt wilt socialiseren zou ik wel wat anders kiezen, dat miste ik hier een beetje.

Great location, great staff, great breakfast. Having laundry machines available was a huge plus. Loved the multiple large common areas. Room was clean and comfy.

Die Doppelzimmer waren groß, sauber und ausgestattet mit allem nötigen.

Nice, modern building. Good location to explore the old town, 7/11 and multiple restaurants, cafes and massage places close. Beds are comfortable and spacious. On the bottom bed you have huge locker for your stuff. Top bed had two smaller lockers. They have washer and dryer for doing your laundry and have multiple drying racks on the balcony. Free water and coffee all day. Breakfast was okey: toast w butter and jam, boiled eggs, few fruits and warm asian dish. 200baht deposit for the towel. Staff were nice and helpful, you can book a lot of excursions from them. TV and ping pong table at the common area. ATM at the front of the building.

I stayed on the third floor but the bathroom was on the second floor. To me it was fine, just a little inconvenient at times. Like many places in SEA they don’t have AC on the common areas and bathrooms, did have some fans. They turn the AC off the dorm during the day (11-15 or something like that) but it’s the norm around there.

El personal súper amable, las áreas comunes y habitaciones limpias, camas cómodas, hay te y café disponible durante el día lo que se agradece.

Solo por agregarle un detalle sería que las áreas comunes abajo no tienen aire acondicionado y en días de calor cuando quieres pasar tiempo ahí está un poco difícil; pero se encargan de ventilar bastante.

The toilet had a bidet! Breakfast was simple and nice. The location is nice as it's within walking distance of some good restaurants and shops. Plus, the Fern cafe, which is amazing, is right beside it.

The breakfast could use some more protein. Sometimes, the dishes weren't properly cleaned. This is on the travelers, though. Wish there were foosball or other activities in the common area. I don't do table tennis.

Las habitaciones y las camas eran grandes y muy cómodas. La limpieza del lugar y tener el desayuno incluido es un plus por el precio que pague la noche

No hay baños en todos los pisos, solo un baño grande. Por lo que, en mi caso, tenía que bajar al piso de abajo para utilizarlo.

Amazing staff and very friendly. They helped me find and book attractions to my liking, and also got me the bottom bunk as I requested. The free breakfast was good and convenient. There was one day with yoga class in the morning free of charge.

The AC in the room was working well, but due to the design of the beds with the curtains, I could barely feel it, if at all. So it was hot sleeping. Also, in the toilets and shower room it was always too hot, only one fan for a big room. Lastly, I was expecting it to be a more social hostel, but the vibe was not there... Only a few people that seem to be working remotely, and such.

Facilities were really good! Nice common space, good washrooms. Also a washing machine that you can use by yourself, which is great.

The room was small but comfortable enough for a short stay. The common area is very large, although the hostel doesn't organise any group activities or events.

The bed was sagging in sections, which was fine for me as I was alone so I could sleep in the middle of the bed. The light from the bathroom window is very bright - it streams through the opaque bathroom door and fully lights up the bedroom in the morning. I could barely sleep due to the brightness coming in from dawn each day, especially with the constant blender noises from the restaurant next door and eventually had to buy a sleep mask just so I could sleep. The hostel is also in a quite area of the Old Town - I would stay near the East Gate next time. For a similar price I could stay in a MUCH more comfortable hotel instead considering there wasn't a very social element anyway.

Clean and central hostel, great service and location.

De sfeer was er heel fijn.

Wij sliepen op de eerste verdieping, waardoor we de geluiden van beneden (lobby en leefruimte) goed konden horen wanneer we in bed lagen. Eén avond stond de muziek tot 23:45 uur hard aan en de volgende ochtend werd er om 5:30 uur al hardop gepraat beneden. Verder was het een fijne plek om te zijn.

Not so much a dislike, as a solo traveller I noticed more nomads staying in this hostel. Its a great space but the social side is lacking if that is what you are looking for

- the location - free water - it was clean

- The staff did not seem very attentive to guests, and some staff members were smoking weed on the terrace, which I found unprofessional and unpleasant. - The only women's bathroom was not located on the same floor as the women's dormitories. - There were no large lockers available to store our bags. - The dormitory door was always left open, meaning anyone could enter and potentially steal our belongings.

The Aircon stopped working in the middle of the night in the private room

Location. Amenities. Staff. All top notch and consistent with the reviews. Clean quiet single room was exactly what I needed to work and rest between seeing the sights.

The night staff person was always on the phone screen and didn’t seem very available to connect or provide any info to the guests. Felt more like they were just there in case something was needed vs being of service. The rest of the crew was amazing and super and always looked you in the eyes and said hello and offered great suggestions on what to do and where to go.

Enough common space, Chill environment This place felt like my home in Chiang Mai, not a lot of crowd, neither empty. And they have a good guitar!

They do not have a hostel WhatsApp group which is very helpful to do group activities or find people of similar interest.

Stayed here multiple times and loved it. Really friendly staff, big comfy beds that feel really private even though they are in a dorm. Love the big bathroom with plenty of showers and toilets. Breakfast included is delicious!! Really handy location, right in the old town. 711, good restaurants and spas right next door. Definitely recommend!!

It's common to see men and women sleeping in the same bed and engaging in sexual activity, accompanied by strange moaning and laughter. I felt like I was sleeping in a massive group sex scene in a red-light district. When I complained to the staff, they looked at me with a big fuss expression and said it is a hostel, and men and women could sleep in the same bed—it was allowed. This shocked me. I don't know if this is a characteristic of Chiang Mai hostels or just this particular hostel. If I hadn't already booked several nights' stay, I would have moved to another hostel. 4, Because I didn't sleep well all night because of a man and a woman having sex in the same bed and making noise, I gave a bad review. As a result, I was loudly threatened and verbally abused by the staff, who said their boss didn't welcome me staying there and told me to get out. This place didn't feel like a normal hostel; it felt like a shady establishment run by gangsters. 5, On the first night, when I found a man and a woman having sex in the same bed, I asked to cancel my booking and find another place to stay, but they refused. After I had given them a bad review, they maliciously and unilaterally canceled my last night's booking.

The hostel was clean and had nice installations. Also very well located in Chiang Mai. The complimentary water and breakfast was nice to have.

It was very hard to sleep in the dorms, the door of the room is right next to the beds and its very noisy, but also the room felt like had no isolation from outside noises, you could hear people on the first floor talking from the third floor. Hard to socialise since there’s no common activity. The drying machine didn’t work, I ended up with all my clothes wet and reception gave no solution or even offered to return me the coins. I think they were already aware of the malfunctioning.

L'accueil très froid et expéditif. L'ambiance en général, quasiment personne ne disait bonjour, même les touristes . Le petit déjeuner était vraiment très basic. J'ai changé d'hôtel plus tôt que prévu car je ne trouvais pas cet endroit accueillant.

Communal areas but people weren't social.

住的是混合房间，房间里有一对不知道是夫妻还是情侣，女的是亚洲的不知道是中国人还是韩国人，半夜爬到了那个男的床上，两个人在床上一直做一些非常亲密的举动，并且一直在说情话，一直咯咯咯的笑。向工作人员反映，工作人员居然说这很正常，是允许的。因为这是青旅，并且还是混合房间。真让人吃惊，不知道这是这间旅馆的特色还是清迈的特色。对清迈的好感大打折扣。

I loved everything. We extended our stay twice. The bed is VERY comfortable, everything is clean, and the bathroom is very well equipped, just like the kitchen. The staff is friendly and breakfast is included, plus there is always fresh water, coffee, and tea available for free. I’m very happy we chose this hostel — I recommend it and would come back ♥️

I liked everything, BUT if you’d like some feedback to improve: 1. I would have appreciated having the option not to mix the breakfast dishes with animal meat. We are vegetarians, so when the rice is mixed with Chinese sausage or noodles are served with chicken for breakfast, we can’t eat them (which isn’t a big problem because there are still fruit, salad, and toast options — I’m just being very picky). 2. I would have liked to have two key cards to enter the room. Sometimes we want to go out separately, or even going to the bathroom becomes an act of planning haha. But honestly, these are just small details ♥️ Thank you so much for everything.

我去过三十多个国家，这可能是我住过体验最差的旅舍之一，所以我真的很难理解它为什么会有这么高的评分。 首先，前台工作人员的态度非常冷漠，几乎没有任何服务意识。办理入住时只是把房卡递给我，没有介绍任何设施或服务。我直到快离开时才知道这里居然有免费的瓶装水和瑜伽课程。如果前台能稍微花一点时间介绍一下，体验会完全不同。 其次，工作人员在前台基本一直在玩手机。办理入住时感觉他们只是想尽快把房卡递给你，好继续做自己的事情。 早餐体验也不太好。我早上九点半去吃早餐时，鸡蛋已经没有了，水果只剩下菠萝，选择非常有限。 另外，这里的整体氛围比较冷淡，公共空间很小，而且插座很少，给电子设备充电非常不方便。 床铺还算舒适，但房间里有明显的脚臭和汗味，空气并不清新。 总体来说，卫生不错，但服务、氛围和设施都远低于我在其他国家住过的同类旅舍。 I have traveled to more than 30 countries, and honestly this is one of the worst hostel experiences I’ve had. I really don’t understand how this place has such a high rating. First, the reception staff were extremely cold and showed almost no sense of hospitality. During check-in they simply handed me the key card without explaining any facilities or services. I only discovered just before leaving that the hostel offers free bottled water and even yoga classes. If the staff had taken a minute to introduce these, the experience could have been very different. Secondly, the reception staff were constantly on their phones. It felt like they just wanted to quickly give you the key card so they could continue using their phones. Breakfast was also disappointing. I went for breakfast at around 9:30 am and the eggs were already gone, and the only fruit left was pineapple. The selection was very limited. The overall atmosphere of the hostel felt quite cold. The common area is very small and there are very few power outlets, which makes charging devices inconvenient. The bed itself was reasonably comfortable, but the room had a strong smell of feet and sweat, and the air didn’t feel fresh. Overall, the cleanliness is good, but the service, atmosphere and facilities are far below the standard of most hostels I’ve stayed in around the world.

Me hospedei por 5 noites e gostei bastante no geral. Localização: 10 - muita coisa próximo: 7-eleven e comida de rua + restaurantes. Limpeza área comum: 10. Wi-Fi: 8. Conforto da cama: 9. O colchão é excelente. Limpeza do lençol: 10. Limpo e cheiroso, inclusive o travesseiro não tinha cheiro algum de óleo de cabelo. Funcionários: 10 - todos os funcionários são educados. Especialmente Nink, que é super dedicado. Continue seu excelente trabalho!!!! Ruído externo: 9 - dá para escutar um pouco de ruído da rua, mas nada que incomode tanto. Check-in/check-out: 10. Outros: 10 - no banheiro tem sabonete e shampoo líquido. Na recepção tem café e água quente para chá disponível 24hr. Tem uma mesa de ping pong para jogar, muito legal para socializar com outros hóspedes. Café da manhã decente é gostoso. Geladeira disponível para os hóspedes usarem.
