The accommodations were appropriate for the price. The room was clean except for the TV remote. There was dirt/dust in between the buttons. There is a cafe at the hotel but I didn’t know what the hours of operation were. One morning I went down to see if I could get breakfast but no one was there. Lights were off.

Comfortable bed, fridge stocked with free water, and a bathtub for a decent price. Concierge politely called my room 10 minutes before checkout time.

It'd be nice if the the water didn't leak everywhere.

자동차로 찾아가기 어려운 골목에 있어요. 직원 분들은 모두 친절합니다. 룸 컨디션은 보통이구요. 주변에 편의점이 있어서 좋기는 하지만 주점도 많아서 다소 시끄럽습니다.

The staff was very distant and unfortunately there was not much information available. You had to ask for everything yourself. The room had a strange smell (but maybe that's just my personal perception because I don't like the smell). The location is quite good, you can get to everything quickly and there are lots of shops and restaurants there.

櫃檯服務人員服務態度不是很好。 時間還沒到就催退房，電話接起來對方直接就說check out就沒了，感覺真是沒禮貌🙄

ふつーに綺麗でした！！ 「韓国はトイレも流せないしホテルも汚いよ」って知り合いに言われてたので不安だったんですけど、私達が泊まった部屋はちゃんと綺麗で、お風呂とトイレも別れてたしトイレットペーパーも流せる仕様だったし浴槽もついてて快適でした😊 確かにちょっと水周り汚れてるとこあったり日本が綺麗すぎて比べるとあーてなっちゃうかもだけど、フロントの人達も優しくて何よりこの値段で泊まるには十分すぎるお部屋でした✨️ フロントには24時間人が居るのでホテルへの出入りは夜中でも自由に出来ました！ 彼らは日本語は無理でしたが英語が話せます！ フロントに言えばコテは無かったけどストレートアイロンは貸してくれます！ フリーWiFiは言えば教えてくれたかもですが、部屋には書いてなくて使えませんでした。 アメニティは1人分だけ鍵と一緒に無料で渡されて、歯ブラシ･パウチに入った歯磨き粉･洗顔･カミソリ？が入ってた気がします🤔(化粧水とかは無い) 部屋には2人分のガウンと、お風呂場に備え付けのシャンプー･リンスー･ボディソープ、洗面所に固形石鹸とドライヤー1台、フェイスタオル2~3枚があり、バスタオルは1枚だけでした笑 私達は怖かったので部屋の掃除は頼みませんでしたが、18時?(確か)までに言えばやってくれるみたいです！ 夜はあんま治安良くないかもですが、駅近だし薬局やコンビニ、24時間や遅くまでやってるご飯屋さんも近所に多く、ホテルの目の前にあるMinari pork bellyというサムギョプサルのお店が本当に美味しかったです！！！ 近くにGUYS&GIRLSという鬼のように安くていっぱいある洋服屋さんもあって、またこのホテルに泊まりたいです！！！

Wir haben die Unterkunft aufgrund ihrer Lage ausgewählt. Sie liegt in der Nähe einer U-Bahn Station und einer zentralen Linie, was sehr vorteilhaft ist. Man kommt sehr gut überall damit hin. Die Zimmer waren sehr dunkel und spartanisch eingerichtet. Es gibt keinen Schrank. Das Badezimmer hatte Stockflecken, dafür aber auch eine Hightech-Toilette, die mir hier sehr fehlten wird. Ansonsten war alles okay. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, bei Sprachbarrieren hilft der Google-Übersetzer. Alles in allem okay.

Clean, but god the bed mattress are hard

Old, worn out, not at all like the pictures. Grout in bathroom full of algea and black fungus. Non-english speaking receptionists, but friendly and able to use translator app. TV didn't work and we couldn't explain this to staff (language).

If you are not used to sleep on a thin pad on top of a box spring you will wake up sore & with bruises like me. It was nice that the room had heated flooring but the walls, table, had stains. The bathroom had mold in the corner, curtains are stained & ripped & some of the lights didn't work in the bedroom room area

급하게 예약한 숙소인데 깨끗하고 조용한 숙소라서 잘 이용했어요.

新林駅から近く便利な場所にあります。ただし、曲がり角にあるため大通りから辿り着くのにはじめは苦労しました。近くにコンビニもあるので安心です。 施設はものすごく良いわけではありませんが、価格を考えれば妥当だと思います。シャワーのところに扉がないので、トイレの前が水浸しになるのと、湯の温度調整がやや難しいのが不満でした。エアコンは効きすぎくらいでしたが、調整すればよいので問題ありません。 フロントの対応はとても丁寧で、タクシーを呼んだり、早朝のチェックアウトにも親切に応えてくれました。総合的に考えればよい滞在だったと思います。

Lobby looks nice. Room looks ok. Supposed to stay for 3 nights but shorten to 2. The bed wasnt so comfortable. Feel like theres plastic beneath the sheet. And is quite hard. After staying one night, theres no housekeeping when i returned to the room in the evening. Till the next day nothing changes and no new water replenished. There are 2 electrical socket that are so closed together that only 1 can be used.

화장실이조금더러웠습니다 딸이근처에서살고 변리했습니다

욕실 수압도 약하고 특히 화장실 변기는 눈에 보이는 곳만 청소하는지 뚜껑 밑에 보는 순간 너무 지저분했습니다.

It is a love hotel where people get a room for hours. That is why check in time is 6 pm. How ridiculous. Not so clean. Air circulation poor. Full of cigarette smell. Do not go there and waste your money. Go and look for a better hotel. There are tons of nicer ones.

신림의 특성상 비즈니스 호텔일 수밖에 없지만 원래 모텔 건물을 개조만든 느낌이 강합니다. 하룻밤 생각없이 묵기에는 좋으나 제 방의 샤워실과 세면대에 물빠짐이 안 돼서 씻는데 불쾌했습니다.

Staff members were very kind, but cleaning and breakfast is just normal.

우선 다들 친절하셔서 좋았구요 금연방을 선택했는데도 담배와 향수가 섞인 냄새가 있었어요 특유의 냄새 빼고 또 다른곳 청소는 괜찮은데 벽청소는 ,,먼지가 붙어있는게 보이더라고요 뭐든 찬절해서 좋았어요

좋아요 ㅎㅎ

Basic hotel, easy to access to subway, with many eateries n convenient stores, however, most of the staff are not able to converse in English although they are rather helpful... get ready your Google translator 😅

We enjoyed the location, but the bathroom sink leaked and the bed sheets werent clean. Overall it was average.

I had to find a place to stay for couple days in Korea. One of my previous coworkers recommended this hotel. It was very nice and clean. They serve (free) fresh breakfast every morning. I had such a pleasant experience here!

넓고, 깨끗하고, 객실간 방음이 잘되어 좋았어요

깨끗하고 친절하고 넘 좋았어요~다만 이불이 좀 바스락거려서 조금 거슬렸네요~^^

방음안되는거 빼면 다 괜찮아요 신림역에서 가깝고 주변에 먹을거 많고 바로 앞에 편의점도 있고 근데 도로소음 술먹고 소리지르는 사람소리 쿵쿵대는 발소리 다들려요 윗층인듯한데 새벽 3시 넘어서까지 쿵쿵대고 악쓰고 욕하고 개매너의 진수를 보여주신 분 덕에 한숨도 못잤네요

부부나 연인끼리의 숙박은 별무리 없겠지만 가족숙박은 문제가 있다. 주변이 유흥가이고 방 시설자체도 연인 위주로 꾸며져있다.

Really clean at first but when you look at details it’s a little bit less clean. But really not a big deal

Everything was perfect. It is located in a great location, lots and lots of food and fun places around. I didn’t quite like the breakfast options but it was included in the price which was more than reasonable compared to other hotels and airbnb options. Would stay again if I had to!

위치나 접근성은 무척 좋아요 그런데 제가 숙박업소 사용경험이 적어서인지 너무 어두워요 침실에서는 화장하기도 힘들어요 물론 욕실에서 거울보면 되지만 그게 조금 불편했어요 나머지는 좋습니다.

トランブルーホテルに8日ほど滞在させて頂きましたが、ラブホテルでした。 隣の部屋の声など丸聞こえで、部屋もとっても乾燥していて室内の温度は常に27度でクーラーの要求をしましたが対応してもらえずずっと暑い状態で8日間過ごしました。部屋がとても乾燥しているため喉も痛く日本に帰国となりました。そしてお部屋を掃除してくれる人は私の所持品などを捨てられました。日本から持ってきた割り箸など、日本から持ってきたヘアーキャップなども捨てられました。 写真とも部屋が全く違うので二度と泊まりたくないです。

시설 ㅊㄴ절 모두 굿 지하철역과도 가깝고 주변에 저렴한 먹거리 많아 더욱 좋음 노트북 충전기 대여도 좋고 다만 치솔 면도기 판매가 좀

지하철역에서 가까워서 찾기도 쉬웠고, 주변에 밥집이나 편의점등도 많아서 숙박이 편리했어요. 그리고 방도 깔끔하고 괜찮았는데, 다만 아쉬웠던점은 옷걸이가 2개밖이고 옷장이 없어서 조금 불편했습니다.

부산에서 아이들과 함께 서울 여행을 위해 준비하던중 알게된 뜨랑블루 호텔은 정말 모든 부분에서 만족스러웠어요 특히 조식을 먹던 아이들은 연신 최고를 외쳤어요 쾌적하고 친절해서 좋았고 특히 지하철역과 가까워서 초행길이산 여행자분들이 이용하시면 아주 만족스러울것 같아요 겨울 방학때 다시 방문할듯 합니다^^

우선 방음이 별로예요. 옆방이 비어있었는지 방끼리의 소음은 없었는데, 복도 소리가 너무 잘 들립니다. 다른 방 문여는 소리에 깜짝깜짝 놀랬어요. 그리고 세면대 물이 잘 안빠집니다. 그 외에 침구류는 편안했어요. 높은 베개는 불편해서 못자는데 두 종료의 베개라 좋았습니다. 복도쪽 방음 문제만 아니면 또 방문할 의사 있습니다. 아 그리고 조식 짱맛..

주위가 너무 시끄럽고 객실 정리도 잘 안되고 욕실이 별도로 문으로 구분되지 않아서 ㅠㅠㅠㅠ한마디로 가족 여행은 어려울듯

전반적으로 건물 자체의 문제가 큽니다. 방음이 안되서 거리 소음은 물론 윗층의 물소리 가구 끄는 소리 등 매우 크게 울립니다. 그리고 환기 문제. 호텔자체가 금연임에도 불구하고 어디선가 담배를 피워서 어떤 방이라도 담배냄새가 나는듯하고, 옷과 몸에 담배 냄새가 뱁니다. 로비만 쾌적해보임.

The hotel is located in a quiet street parallel to a busy road. There are many restaurants and other shops within a few feet of the hotel. My room had a queen size bed and few furnishings. The walls were had faux marble tiles on them. There were not too many of power .outlets in the room. The room had a flat screen TV mounted to the wall, a water heater pot and a fridge. The bathroom looked very modern with a bathtub and a separate shower with rain showerhead and a Japanese high tech toilet. The A/C was efficient, but it blew the cold air right onto the bed. Buffet-style breakfast was included. It was served starting at 7:30am. It had limited choices, mostly Korean breakfast items but also break, butter and margarine and fruits and different drinks (coffee, tea, fruit drink).

다 좋았어요. 흡연 가능 객실이 없던것 빼곤 아주 만족스럽습니다. 단기 출장시 머물기 딱 좋은것같아요

어머니랑 친구분 서울방문 위해서 제가 예약하고 두분이 다녀오셨는데. 금연실 예약했는데 방에 담배냄새가 나서 바꾸셨다고 하시더군요. 심야이긴 했지만 문의할게 있어서 데스크에 호출하셨다는데 아무도 와 봐 주지 않더라고 하시더군요. 나름 블로그 보고 신경써서 예약 해 드렸는데 실망입니다.

직원불들은 친절합니다. 가격에 비해 환경, 시설 등은 그냥 그렇습니다.

일단 숙소의 주변은 먹거리가 많아 좋았지만, 호텔주번의 청결상태는 별로임. 로비는 나름 특징적인 분위를 보임. 호텔내부는 사전예약 상태임에도 난방이 잘 되어있지 않아 처음 방에 들어갔을때 온기가 전혀없었고, 우풍이 쎄서 수면도중 추워서 몇번을 깼음. 또한 세면대가 화장실과 욕실과 동떨어져 있고 타올의 위치가 욕실에서 떨어져 있는 등 사람의 동선을 고려하지 않는 내부설계나 배치가 만족스럽지 않음. 조식은 아주 평범한 유럽식이었고 저렴한 가격에 간단히 요기를 할 정도.

Pretty spacious bedroom and bathroom. No noise from outside or next room. All drinks in refrigerator are complimentary and they refill everyday. (4 bottles of 500ml mineral water and 1 bottle of sparkling water) I never have to run down to get bottles of water while I was staying there. Subway line 2 (sinlim station)is very close less than 5min walking distance. Easy to excess to hongdae or Gangnam. So many good Korean restaurants near by.
