La ubicación, en una zona tranquila, cerca del mar y a pocos minutos del centro caminando. Las instalaciones, una renovada casa colonial con un espacioso jardín con piscina y futuro restaurante. Estuvimos en la suite de arriba con amplios espacios y terraza con vistas al jardín. La cafetería, en la planta baja, muy bonita y concurrida a media mañana. Los dueños y el personal encantadores y ofreciéndonos ayuda y consejos para la estancia. De 10! personal encantador

it is a little noisy on the first floor from road traffic if you are noise sensitive, but that is honestly the only negative thing I can say about this amazing place!

Charming building with a beautiful room and the worlds most comfortable bed. The decor was really beautiful and cosy and the whole vibe made me feel very relaxed. The staff were very kind and thoughtful (eg ensuring they had soy yoghurt for my breakfast as I don't eat dairy). They only recently bought the place so you can really feel the passion and love for the place (: The location was great, close to some nice bars and restaurants but not noisy. If you want a beach day you can get a day pass at a nearby beach bar for 25 dollars. Highly recommend!

Wrecked a scooter the first day of vacation and broke my ankle and face. This family is absolutely wonderful. I was at the hotel for 5 nights and barely was able to leave the room. We went to the pool a couple hours a day. They all were extremely compassionate and accommodated all my needs. The property is gorgeous. The people are absolutely amazing. I was completely blown away by the whole experience. My recommendation is for everyone to stay there asap. Maybe skip renting a scooter :)

Fantastic and stylish historical propriety. Well located and very comfortable. Frédérique, the manager, was lovely and made us feel welcome. We even loved the friendly property cat-Gordo-who was a super sweety.

Het zou fijn zijn als er ook ontbijt mogelijkheden zijn. Een kledingkast op de kamer zou een welkome aanvulling zijn.

I give this hotel 10 points for its style, elegance, and overall vibe. From the interior to the hostess, everything feels tasteful and refined. Absolutely wonderful.

Pousada charmosa e atendimento gentil e caloroso. Sempre que precisamos de ajuda, Frederique estava à disposição. Nos indicou a locação de um carro e que foi muitissimo bom e com um custo ótimo. Ela também nos indicou vários locais interessantes para visitar e para comer. O quarto que ficamos era espaçoso e a cama confortável. A piscina funcionava o dia inteiro. A pousada tem ótima localização e possui estacionamento.

O banheiro não tinha porta. Essa é uma informação que não vimos comentários antes, mas para nós seria um fator decisivo de escolha. Todas as janelas possuiam venezianas de 150 anos, ou seja, era necessário dormir de venda, uma vez que o quarto ficava claro mesmo durante a noite. Não havia cortinas blackout e também não havia como improvisar algo para que o quarto ficasse escuro. Também seria uma informação decisiva que não vi em nenhum comentário e acho interessante compartilhar. Por outro lado, a iluminação artificial do quarto era parca e quase inexistente. Para encontrar nossas coisas durante a noite, mesmo com todos os abajures ligados, era um martírio. Coloco esses pontos não como fatos que estragaram a estadia, mas sim como fatos que podem decidir pela escolha da acomodação. Nossa estadia foi bastante feliz.

Séjour bien trop court à mon goût car quand on s’y installe , on n’a plus envie d’en partir !😍 Superbe maison style coloniale avec beaucoup de cachet ! Du charme à chaque recoin . Si vous aimez la Provence ou Marrakech , si vous aimez les maisons authentiques , alors c’est ce qu il vous faut🥰. On se sent comme à la maison . 🥰 Chambre famille très bien agencée et aérée Villa très bien conçue , vous avez l’impression d’être seul . Propriétaires très gentils et Frederique est aux petits soins pour que votre séjour soit le plus confortable possible. Bouteilles d’eau souvent fournies , ce qui est une attention très agréable et professionnelle au vu de la chaleur . Tout était parfait ! Je ne peux que conseiller ce havre de paix très bien localisé et proche de tout . Parking privé sécurisé , ce qui est un atout . Superbe logement que je recommande à 1000 % vous allez l’adorer .

Rustige ‘prive-omgeving’ in de drukte van willemstad, heerlijke tuin met erg fijn zwembad, en super vriendelijke hostess. Prive parkeerterrein achter gesloten hek was ook erg fijn.

Os proprietário, Liesl e seu marido, são incríveis! Super solicitos, sempre dispostos a nos ajudar (tanto sobre o hotel quanto a passeios, indicações de restaurantes, etc) e nos deixam super a vontade. Além disso o hotel é um charme! Decoração muito linda, colorida e diferente. Amamos nosso quarto!!!

Nada! Adoramos tudo! Deve-se ter em mente que é uma acomodação que não oferece tantos diferenciais (não oferece café da manhã, não é beira mar), mas é perfeita para o que se propõe, e para quem pretende passar os dias conhecendo as praias e diferentes locais da ilha!

The hosts were so lovely and welcoming. They helped us with great recommendations for Curacao and brought us snacks and icecream to the pool. They even offered us a ride back from the car rental branch. Our room was nicely decorated with great interior design and very spacious. It had a balcony with a great view over the garden and the pool. Also parking was very easy.

AC not in every room (only the bedroom had it, which was most important, but also bathroom would have been nice)

Struttura bellissima in posizione centrale molto curata e con attenzione ai dettagli ….. nonostante all’arrivo mancasse la corrente in tutta l’isola i proprietari si sono prodigati per farci stare bene e ci hanno portato in uno dei pochi alberghi con generatore funzionante…..la mattina seguente al nostro rientro in villa ci hanno fatto un upgrade molto apprezzato in una camera da sogno dove abbiamo passato la nostra settimana tra gite e spiagge…..Jordan e sua moglie sono stati veramente molto carini ci hanno coccolato e fatte sentire a casa in tutto!!! Grazie ancora di tutto !!!! Superconsigliato!!!!!

What a charming boutique hotel. It was tranquil, clean, safe, and comfortable. Our room was very spacious and had all the amenities we needed. Conveniently located by some really great restaurants, a bus stop right across the street, and a short walk to the city center. Appreciated having a pool in their large courtyard - we jumped into the pool at the end of every day! Stefano went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. He gave us recs for restaurants, bars, and dive shops right after we checked in. Curacao can be tricky to get around if you don't rent a car, and when we couldn't get a taxi at night, he picked us up! Highly recommend staying here for a peaceful vacation.

What a wonderful stay at a wonderful property, full of charm. I always carefully select my hotels and was quite glad about my correct choice. The location is fabulous - surrounded by nice restaurants, within walkable distance to the center - and very quiet. I love the personal attitude and I receive it here. Highly recommended!

Excellent location and very nice design, close to a lot of restaurants and the city center. It was also very quite and peaceful.

There was absolutely no cold water in my room, only super hot water, which made the heat even more unbearable. The air conditioning was only present in the bedroom, the bathroom was very warm and the hot shower didn't help. I am not sure I enjoyed not having a full time receptionist, whenever I had a question I had to text them on whatsapp, and then it took time to get a response.

Sehr tolle historische villa und sehr geschmackvollen Einrichtung. Wir hatten die Familien Suite mit eigener Terrasse. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag super sauber gereinigt. Der Service war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Pool Area ist sehr einladend und man hat seine Ruhe, da nicht viele Zimmer vorhanden sind. Wir haben das gemocht. Man ist fußläufig in die Stadt erreichbar und es existieren sehr gute Restaurant in direkter Umgebung. Negativ war nur für mich das Frühstück, das wurde von einem nahegelegenen Café geliefert und es gab sehr wenig Auswahl. Für Kinder war zb nicht wirklich was dabei und wir mussten auf andere Cafés ausweichen. Das war immer bisschen stressig in der Früh. Auch Strand Handtücher hätte ich gerne öfters gewechselt gehabt. Zusammengefasst würde ich es nochmal buchen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Quiet area outside of the main

Nice place with walking distance to nice areas and 15 min to city. There is self check-in and staff in the lobby in the morning. Loft Room is fantastic.

The staff were super friendly and very helpful, giving great recommendations for beautiful beaches (Playa Kalki and Cas Abao beaches were our favourites!). The parking facilities were great and the location of the hotel was ideal as there was a lot of construction happening closer to Willemstad, but we were far enough away that we didn't hear any noise during the day. There are also some excellent restaurants within walking distance. We also loved the hotel cat Gordo, who was very sweet!

As our room was practically in the hotel foyer, from 8am (when staff arrived), conversations/check ins between staff and guests could be heard in their entirety and would wake us up if we were trying to sleep in. They were not being particularly loud either, just talking at normal volumes. Additionally, as our bed was two single mattresses covered with a king sheet, we kept falling down the middle of the bed so sadly didn't sleep well during our stay. That being said, we had a lovely stay and these things didn't ruin our trip.

Character and location

We had a room called a loft. We realized on arrival this meant bedroom up a loft stairs with no rail and return down backwards. Bathroom on the lower floor. Staff set up a bed on lower floor for us 🙏

Room was attractive and provided seating, frig, safe, tv, limited clothing storage. Clean pool with ample seating, limited shade. Several good restaurants in area. Resort within 100yds where you could dine with ocean view. A day pass could be purchased for beach use. Within walking distance to town.

Room was off hot, stuffy lobby with no exterior view or access to outside. Staff available from 8-11am and marginally helpful. I had to insist repeatedly that no, truly, I had no handsoap or pool towels before they were brought to me. Initial check-in very confusing. Told to give arrival time and push button so gate would be opened. But no one there to open gate. Subsequent guests had same frustrating experience. Locking of gates apparently up to guests.

The room was wonderful! Loved all the decor and details. Rituals products in the bathroom. Minibar with fair prices. The location was very good in regards to restaurants

Great location with easy parking. Cute villa, we had our room upgraded so it was nice and spacious. Easy walk to many sites in downtown Willemstad and across the street from nice waterfront restaurants. Air conditioning worked great. Gordo the Villa cat was so cute to have hanging around.

Wifi didn’t work the best in our room. We also had our bathroom flood the first night of our stay. None of the drains in the shower, toilet or sinks were functioning for hours. I’m assuming because it was pouring down rain outside it might have affected it. We used most the towels to try and contain the water. We notified the villa via WhatsApp but they only respond in the mornings. There is no one to answer or respond to questions in the evenings from our experience, which can be a bit difficult if you have questions or needs. Anything after 12pm we didn’t get a response until the next morning at 8am.

The villa is very pretty and in a great location. We received an upgrade to the second floor suite, which was beautiful.

We got a free upgrade, amazing! The big room is truly amazing, en super spacious, the bed was comformtable. Was happy with the fridge to store our groceries. The room was very (kept) very clean. The hotel and furniture is in beautifil old style and with greta characteristic. Buticque

A tiny comment what could be improved. It was pretty warm in the living room, but the bedroom has airconditioning so you can escape the heat in there. But I'm nitpicking here, maybe a ceiling fan is an idea for the living room?

Beautiful property, we had a complimentary upgrade and the room was amazing. We felt right at home, had all the amenities you need. The property itself felt quiet and relaxing yet had everything you need close by(5-10 minute walk). Staff was excellent and helped with all our check in/check out needs. Will definitely be back in the future

It is really close to everything, BUT it is just an advise to everyone You need a car in the island to move everywhere. There restaurant really nice in the way to papagayo . The beaches in the north are cool but the best one are Porto Mari ( you hay to pay 6 dollars each but it worst ) Cas abao it is after Porto that’s all . The next one up north are for locals and not really nice . In the south mambo it is really cool and don’t forget papagayo, this one is really nice more exclusive. Next to papagayo the neighborhood is really stunning . The city center y nice to walk but that’s it.

They should clean better the room and organize the towels .

If I have to say something…I would have liked the use of the kitchen to prepare a simple meal.

What a gem of a place. So special To be able to stay in one of the historical properties in the district and be able to walk to all the sights. So many excellent dining options within a block. Loved every minute of the stay.

The Hotel is immaculate and is very close to some restaurants. The room was excellent and clean.

The Hotel has the problem that there is no personnel at all in the afternoon and night. They can not offer breakfast

This place was a gem! We ended up extending. It’s like staying at a colonial villa, and there are only a few other guest rooms on the property. A couple indoors, and two in the back in separate buildings. Super cool decor, amenities and walking distance to the city, without the noise. We felt like we got it almost to ourselves as there are hardly other guest rooms. The pool is big and clean! Strongly recommend this place.

The hotel is a private large old Dutch colonial . It has an artsy flavor inside and out . There is a pool . Two three very good restaurants are in 3 min walk . That’s about it . The water in our shower was so hot , and it was not possible to regulate it . We complained but it did not change . There is no real blankets , just a bed cover , which was slippery off the bedsheet. The bed in our room was not very comfortable . They have no receptionist on duty past 11 am . They have cleaning ladies, which stay till 4 pm , they gave us shampoo after we asked for it . Shampoo is a basic stuff even in 2 star hotels. The property has a huge front yard and the tables but because no one is at the hotel to give you a drink and food if you ask - you are on your own . Overall - for 2 nights it was ok , but I would not choose it to come back .

We had the suite which is just lovely and the entire hotel is operated with a high attention to detail. The missing breakfast option is not a problem as nice options are just around the corner as well as the city center which can be easily reached by foot. Room service is very good and the pool is clean. Convinient parking and an absolutely friendly and helpful host.

Beautiful stylish house, private secured parking , swimming pool, quiet. Close to beaches and Willemstad (we did use the car). Large room nicely furnished (but see what did not like). Good air condition system.

Some minors things to improve to me: would be great to get a real small fridge in the room, a ice machine would be useful in the lobby (freezer was always empty there) and to have the coffee machine and boiler were not on a table, not very practical, could be improved.

I loved everything. Lovely villa with eclectic furniture and lamps and chandeliers, 'shabby chic', just my style. An exceptional pool, especially as I often had the it to myself. There was unlimited coffee and machine and an honesty bar where you could have beers, wines and spirits. Only a few metres to some lovely restaurants.

Great location to discover Curacao, city center of Willemstad can be reached by feet (15 min). Nice small hotel in colonial style with closed parking and swimming pool, which can also be used in the evening. Large and authentically furnished family room, perfectly for families with kids. Friendly and helpful staff. Several good restaurants within 2 min walk.

Unfortunately no breakfast served. Missing dispenser for (cooled) drinking water.

The room was very spacious and still cozy. The pool area was very nice and the location was excellent, in the middle of all the best restaurants on the island and at walking distance to historical Willemstad. The staff helped is arrange a rental car even when most rental cars were fully booked and they arranged a late checkout when our flight off the island was delayed.

The beds and the bed linnen were a bit shabby looking and feeling. The staff is only there for a few hours in the morning. There is no possibility to have or make breakfast at the hotel itself. Because of the central location, there was quite aome noose at night.
