所谓的高级双人间。。就是炮房。隔壁的做爱声。水流声。楼道的声音都是清清楚楚的传进耳里。。3甲板做成的房间。。真的不适合我咯。335就是做爱的房间。小小一间。厕所。床。电视。电话。没有窗口的房间。讲真的如果你是一个女孩子就不要选择这个hotel。一直能听见做爱的声音。。我和闺蜜。都很难入睡。。想度假安稳的话。。就好好找放松的hotel住吧。。这里太不值得了。诚心不推荐❌❌❌

Booking a room with Window View is tricky I booked 2 rooms with Window View - one is truly the window opens to the outside like what is in the house and apartment The other room have a window, but it opens inside, not outside, it open to a space within the building and one can view the corridor - this offers no privacy so to speak Neither was it stated in booking that this window is facing inside faccing the other room. This can be misleading. This is meant as a sincere feedback so that trust or what is booked is given SInce it was a day stay, no fuss created

The water pressure very very slow n the staff also not helpfull

For the reasonable price, I do not expect great facilities. I just needed a quiet room to spend the night but I was a little surprised that I can access Netflix from the TV in the room. This is a bonus!

The room has NO window! Anyhow, a room with window comes with a higher price that I have paid. Not a problem to me though.

Spacious, clean. From the reviews there were quite a few saids it's dirty but thankfully it's not the case for my stay it was clean.

Only during the morning the staff attitude wasn't friendly. When approaching the counter the person didn't look up. When I say I have a booking the staff just say check in 2pm. When I ask about storing luggage , the staff just say to put at one of the corner ( there was a luggage there) and there is no Luggage tag

1. TV - difficult to link with the wifi 2. Not enough amenities (tissue) 3. Request non smoking floor but got smoking floor 4. Iron in the hallway only 1 unit. Difficult for the other end to go ironing. Should have 1 or 2 each in each wing

Pls improve on sound proofing as it's very bad. Also there is no window for double-bed room, if there is a fire at the entrance they won't be any emergency exit and I am not sure how come Bomba approved this !

Hotel is surrounded by convenient shop as well as restaurant. Near to Nan Yang Street (new place to hang out with Friend) Near to Aeon Tebrau (Tsutaya bookstore)

I like the cleanliness of the toilet, and the water pressure of the shower head.

Under the bed is full with dusts and dirts

The room is spacious and clean. Nice hotel. The staff also very helpful.

Got smell in the lift.shouldnt bring garbage using the same lift for customers.

There no much sound proofing. You will hear people talking in and out of room.

Air-con was cold but take some time to cool down.. initially thought air-con spoil and not cold, only until about 10mins then the air starts to get cold

Shower was leaking water, bathroom toilet paper was far away from toilet seat and little toilet paper left. TV channels are JB channels and SG channels. Table top where water bottles are put had many ants or some insect thingy crawling..
