Very spacious and clean room. Good breakfast selection. Very good location.

Pillows were unfortunately too high. Bed was comfortable.

Breakfast was ok for the price we paid.

The shower body soap and shampoo in all in one. Could have be better if can have indivisual hair conditional and lotion like other hotel.

great location, in the heart of town. accessible to most places, with a supermarket downstairs and a 7-11 across the road. plenty of amenities. room was good, clean. service staff tries their best, friendly.

Water pressure of room was a bit low. general furnishing in the room was a bit old but OK. air-conditioning was noisy.

The room is clean and there is Netflix where you can watch with your account. The parking space is big. Breakfast variety is not much but tasty. Room service is fast and responsive. Location is near to restaurants and shops like nails spa, escape room, massage shop, all within walking distance. Overall, I will stay again.

The room door /key locked us out prior to the checkout time. When we approached the reception staff, there was no apology nor explanation given. Pillow was a bit hard to sleep on.

The location is good as many food around that area.

The receptionist asking for payment at 11pm at night. Is it necessary? I will check out the next morning. There was a deposit. It is not my problem that they did not ask to pay while check in.

Clean and quiet and relax ambient

Not suitable for saty during festive season as there's a parking lot space which open for.firework play. Very disturbance especially after late night. But this is only my preference. Overall, I will still come bacak to stay but will skipped during festive season.

Room was fairly large with adequate facilities; TV was updated with option to use apps like Youtube, Netflix; breakfast buffet though limited in variety was more than adequate in its local foods, e.g., nasi lemak, mee siam; water cooler is available on the same floor as the breakfast buffet restaurant

The extremely loud blasts throughout the night from the fireworks going on outside which were audible even with ear plugs that prevented any kind of sleep to take place (why the hotel would permit non-stop fireworks to be let off in front of the building from 10pm up to 3am is a puzzle. There was a note in the room informing that there may be sounds from 'fire crackers' during festive periods.); pillows were a bit hard; room walls and table top were not very clean

The hotel room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. During check-out, while I was waiting for the staff to inspect the room, they found my new jacket that I had accidentally left behind and quickly brought it down to me. I truly appreciated their honesty and prompt service.

this was the second time we ate breakfast in the hotel. Compared to the first time, it was not as good, menu consist of more process food like sausage and fish cake etc. Should give more natural food variety like baked fish, sambal chicken, prawn and others.

the dessert not very nice, kaya pudding. the nasi lemak rice was quite hard, like not cook enough. Sauage and fish cake are too normal and plain.

Good location to food places and shopping at Tebrau

I stayed at Room 507 which has a connecting room and facing a big field. The door was filmsy and I could hear sounds of conversations, laughing, hair dryer taking place next door at night. My next door stayed up until 2am and with the noise, my family couldn't sleep. There was also fireworks set off at the field in the middle of the night. I requested for a room change at 2am and could finally sleep in the room with no connecting door.

The room is spacious, clean and tidy. decent breakfast buffet. Surrounding the hotel has vibes. Value for money Spa at GF

Breakfast to be served hot. Food was kept in warmers but was a tad cold when we had our breakfast at 9.30am

The location of the hotel is great! There is plenty of eateries within working distance and the supermarket at the ground floor is very convenient. The basement carpark is a plus point, it is well lit and there is a guard at the carpark which make it feel safe. Although the amenity is basic, the hotel make up with the comfort and cleanliness.

The breakfast was rather pale compare to the food that you can get outside the hotel within working distance. Compliment to the team of server at the restaurant as they were very attentive and helpful. However, not too pleased when during check-out, the hotel had to charge me RM 20 for a stained hand towel. Isn't the purpose of the towel is to clean?

The WIFI was bad and cuts off and very slow. you need to fix this as it was impossible to work there. I would not book again because of this although room was ok.

Hotel is not noisy and very pleasant surroundings. Staff are excellent. Food and services are abundance. will certainly be our choice hotel in JB.

most grab/ local drivers could not find the hotel taxi drop off. please consider to add a sign at main road.

Amenities sufficient for a comfortable stay with toiletries, brushes, comb, hair dryer, iron, mini fridge, safe etc. Room is clean and spacious and clean. Housekeeping was honest to report a iPad pencil left behind by my son, and Front Desk promptly alerted me, thus I was able to retrieve. Appreciate the honesty and prompt action. Thanks a great deal, housekeeping and front desk! Location nearby a supermarket and spa.

Car park signage board was not cleared to be displayed and limited staff to be approached for help at night.Please put the signage board next to the main entrance if it is located at basement...too dark

Breakfast were acceptable and varieties were limited.

Only one pillow was given and it was too high. The staff gave a more comfortable pillow the next night after I requested for it and I could sleep better on the second night.

The hotel is conveniently located, with plenty of great local food options nearby and amusement spots within walking distance.

Wi-Fi could be better; the signal isn’t very strong and tends to disconnect at times.

AC was notably working a lot better than other hotels in the vicinity. Clean rooms, breakfast was good albeit lesser choices than others.

The AC is too noisy. The window faces storage areas, so there’s no sunlight. The hotel lobby signboard is hard to see.

The room size was great, the aircon is strong, the hot water is consistent. Comfort level of the bed was also great as the bed is firm. Location is great, and there is also private carpark which is easy when it's peak hour.

The room flooring is a little old, they should provide additional pillows instead of just one each. The hand held shower head is not working well. Breakfast was not bad but there were houseflies flying around the pastry area. I think pastry area should be covered to prevent pests from flying around.

Room is big, neat and clean. lots of food nearby, a big mall is a few mins drive away, diy and big supermarkets below hotel.

A RM100 refundable deposit was required upon check in but not immediately refunded after checkout. Breakfast varieties can be better. Room lights can be dimming adjustable will be good.

Need to inform the receptionist before driving out. Been charge RM17 for parking, not able to reimburse.

There's an odd smell from the air con. Try to mask it with perfume but after a while the smell come back again.

The breakfast was good, generous portions and tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful, very observant of our needs. The beds, bathroom and amenities were fantastic. Many entertaining activities around the hotel and food variety has many choices. Really value for the money, will want to stay again.

No complaints, everything was fine, except that the water pressure for the shower could be a little bit stronger and the shampoo & bathing foam can improve on the quality, very difficult to lather and don't feel really clean after showering.
