Breakfast spread can be made better using more North Indian cusine. Taste could have been better for south indian food.

Its value for money but check in time should be 12 pm

Property was good. Staff was polite and cooperative. Food quality was good but service was very slow. We can recommend the same for next trip and our friends and family.

This place is an absolute disgrace. The rooms are ridiculously small, cramped, and feel more like a prison cell than a hotel room. Extremely rude and abusive staff who refuse to listen to a single word you say. They treat guests with complete contempt, ignore every complaint, and act like they’re doing you a favour by letting you stay. They overcharged me without explanation or justification. The entire experience completely ruined my mood and my trip. I have never dealt with such unprofessional, arrogant, and hostile people in the hospitality industry. I am filing an FIR and taking legal action against this hotel. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this dump. Zero stars is still too generous.

Aged property, many things need repairs or replacement. The shower tap had to be held in place by hand. The iron face was BLACK with burns Dark, gloomy Terrible phone service for food. Definitely the worst I have experienced

Loved the atmosphere. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and assisting, especially Taslim, Shreya and Sagarika. The food, ambience and facilities deserve a special mention. The room service and hospitality team make a great effort to make sure your stay is comfortable. One gets to explore the cleanest city in Indore, as the location is at the best in the midst of the city. Over all, worth visiting.

Overall experience is more than expected. Room are specious and Food quality is also good. Buffets have so many options. Service given by staff at Restaurant is also above our expectation. Specially mentioned name of Shreya and Taslim &Sangrika. All staff are so kind and cooperatives. Mentioning only few names. Overall experience is good and value for money.

I noticed that the staff is very well trained. The rooms are well maintained. The food choices are over the top. Room rates are reasonable. All in all, if anybody is looking for a hassle free stay, this is the place to be.

The hotel gym needs a bigger place and a lot more equipment.

The rooms were dirty and left out garbage previously in room , washroom door latch was broken ,ac was not working we called the staff , he also was not able to fix it ,we had to sleep in room without a fan of ac for the night

Same itenary for all three days we stayed. No change in menu. Note: the lemon water we requested is costing 350 including taxes which is very very high and the turning point they have not used real lemon. It might be preserved lemon powder or juice

The house keeping and f&b staff are extremely kind and polite everytime you meet them. Rooms too are good. Anishka from f&b is always has a smile on her face and is very sweet and kind.

We stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott with my family, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. I want to extend a huge thank you to the Front Office dept for honouring our request for interconnecting rooms, it made our stay so much more comfortable and convenient. The check-in and check-out was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to the Harpreet. Rooms were clean and comfortable, appreciate Manish for your helpful gesture. Another major highlight was the dining experience. A big shout out to Chef Ashutosh and his team for the amazing food. Staff at the restaurant were attentive and cordial. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with top-notch service. We highly recommend this hotel for families and look forward to visiting again!

A wonderful hotel that is clean, hygienic, and very well maintained. The staff is cooperative and always ready to help. The rooms are spacious and spotless. The fitness center is well-equipped, making it easy to keep up with your workouts. Special thanks to Pooja and Bhumika at the front desk for their helpful and friendly service. I would like to share feedback regarding the F&B service during my stay. The staff appeared quite casual in their approach and lacked empathy while interacting with guests. There was a noticeable absence of warmth and attentiveness, which is essential in hospitality. Additionally, the water bottles provided did not seem properly cleaned, which raised hygiene concerns. The staff did not proactively engage with guests—no one came forward to ask about preferences or check if anything further was required. Overall, the level of hospitality felt below expectations. There was minimal initiative from the team to ensure guest comfort or satisfaction, and service felt reactive rather than proactive. Improved training in guest engagement, hygiene standards, and attentiveness would greatly enhance the overall experience.
