Two Seasons Coron Bayside Hotel

It was close enough to the city centre, and far enough to feel away from noisy busy are. Amazing resort! The staff were super friendly and helpful with any inquiries. Restaurant breakfast buffet was tasty and evening dinner, wife’s favourite was Bulalo! 100000/10.

Good location outside of town centre - less noise at bedtime. Close to the port and a picturesque 5km walk to the church and downtown. Staff are a 10/10 in service, friendliness and overall presence making you stay worth it.

Needs a refresh internally and outside weather worn

We stayed in two standard rooms for two nights before a boat expedition to El Nido. The hotel is very close (walking distance) to Port of Coron. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We didn't have any issues with the road noise although like everywhere in the Philippines, you will probably be woken up early by the local roosters! The breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choices. We ate dinner in the restaurant at the hotel one night which was very nice. The hotel reception arranged a boat trip (super ultimate) which was the hightlight of our stay. Easy trike ride into the main shopping and restaurant area although you could walk but the streets are narrow and usually busy.

Our family had a wonderful stay here. The rooms are great, although there was construction going on, we were able to tolerate the noise . We had a front view of the water. It was clean and the amenities were ample. The pool was nice, and has a great view of the sunset. The service is top-notch. From the Front desk staff, Debbie and Jaime, also Josh and the other people assisting. The breakfast buffet is one of the things we look forward to everyday. The taste, quality, selection and variety of the food were excellent! The staff there , specifically Third, Ken, Rob and Mack go over and beyond their services. The transportation and tours we took were arranged by the hotel and we enjoyed every one of them. If we have a chance to go back, we will definitely book here again.

Si bien no pudimos hospedarnos, la gerencia del hotel tomó rápidamente las acciones necesarias para paliar lo más posible el inconveniente: nos consiguió habitación en un hotel contiguo, con una habitación buena, pero con piscina, bar y desayuno espantoso. Nos ofreció los servicios de desayuno y uso de piscina del hotel sin cargo y nos compensó el transfer in-out al aeropuerto sin cargo

Digamos que éste es el inicio. Al intentar hacer el check in nos informan que el único ascensor estaba fuera de servicio.

The best part about the hotel will always be the staff. They're enthusiastic and always eager to help. The room was also super huge and had everything you'll need. They also have an extra towel you can bring to island hopping tours! Also, their restaurant/cafe is top-notch. Everything we ordered was at least a 4 out of 5. The breakfast buffet was superb!

Just a minor thing that is also consistent with other properties on the island: frequent but short power interruptions. The wifi is really good inside the rooms but ironically spotty in common areas. Linens also didn't smell fresh, but probably because my wife and I got used to linen sprays at home. It doesn't smell bad, it just doesn't smell like fabric conditioner or linen sprays.

Everyone was so helpful actually but I must say Debbie Debbie Debbieeeeee!!! She is the best. One of a kind. She was so helpful to us. She bare with our tough questions :) thanks to her we had wonderful vacation. Paul in the restaurant was so kind! Food was ok. Breakfast was good. I would recommend dessert and roast beef sandwich

Hotel was actually nice. But Coron town … its not a touristic place yet. Maybe in the future.

Il n’y a aucune isolation dans les chambres. Nous entendions le bruit de la route ainsi que les travaux toute la nuit. Au sein de l’hôtel tout est en travaux, la salle de gym non climatisé dans un étage entièrement en travaux

Food was overall great and service always excellent

This establishment is undergoing what appears to be LONG overdue renovations. It is NOT as per the pics! From before 8am every morning including Sundays there are workers carry stuff up by our room making a huge amount of noise as well as noise coming from the room above thru the the ceiling (this goes on all day everyday!!) I have assumed that the builders are working in the rooms above as I dont think guests could make that amount of noise. The aircons are OLD ...ours produced slightly cool air about 40% of the time, otherwise humid. The gym was not opened during the total time we were there.

The location was good.

There is no gym available and no elevator at the facility.

El personal muy atentos y preocupados. El desayuno bueno, tiene lo necesario y buena estación de huevos.

Desafortunadamente nos tocó el hotel en remodelaciones… el tema fue que nuestra habitación estaba al lado de la remodelación… habiendo agendado con 6 meses de anticipación para nuestra luna de miel, nos pareció bastante mal encima le habían bajado los precios a ese tipo de habitaciones habiéndonos cobrado mas. La primera respuesta fue “su habitación es estándar” lo cual no tiene relación con aceptar estar al lado del ruido y olor a pintura. Luego de insistir la solución ofrecida dentro de lo que pudo la chica (muy atenta) de recepción, fue darnos una habitación superior para la ultima noche, lo cual mejoró un poco la estadía. De todos modos NO RECOMIENDO alojarse en Coron “town” mejor ir directo a El Nido y visitar Coron en tours.

L’établissement était en travaux : pas de salle de gym, pas d’ascenseur, du bruit continuel et une saleté Les matériaux et équipements sont vieillissants : les carrelages autour de la piscine ne tiennent plus (dangereux), les chaises sont abîmés en plus d’être sales, les meubles sont abîmés dans les chambres et le balcon dans in état de saleté tel que vos pieds en ressortent noirs. La saleté est partout : moisissures au plafond, murs qui cloquent, sols poussiéreux, traces de doigts partout sur les porte et un système de ventilation défectueux. Malgré tous ces inconvénients, un simple cappuccino lors du petit déjeuner est facturé en supplément et AUCUNE compensation n’est proposée par l’hôtel.

Nice room, good drinks and beautiful sunset view from the swimming pool. The staff was nice, especially Jaime and Meg. It wasn't a problem for me, but expect poor WiFi and an elevator that does not work all the time.

Vi fik ingen information på forhånd om, at hotellet var i gang med en større renovation. Der var massevis af poser med affald fra renovationen ved indgangen til hotellet. Elevator virkede ikke (vi boede på 4. sal…), aircon virkede ikke udenfor værelserne og fitnesscenteret var utilgængeligt som følge af renovationen og deres skydeck lignede en losseplads med affald og med en jacuzzi der så smadret ud. Der var en enormt høj støj fra håndværkerne, som ikke gjorde det særligt afslappende. De brugte maskiner til at slå beton i stykker / reparation af betondæk og vinkelsliber hele dagene. Det så overhovedet ikke ud som på de billeder de reklamerer med og de tager stadig fuld pris, vel vidende om at flere faciliteter ikke virker. Der står stadig på booking platforme, at de har elevator, aircon og fitnesscenter tilgængeligt. Hotellet gjorde os først opmærksom på, at de var i gang med at renovere, imens vi tjekkede ind på hotellet, men tilbød ingen form for kompensation eller reducering i prisen selv. Vi havde booket 5 nætter men kunne ikke holde ud at være der i længere end 2, så vi fandt et andet hotel og fik refunderet pengene for de sidste tre overnatninger, som vi valgte ikke at bruge. Hotellet har potentiale, men for deres egen skyld burde de lukke det ned imens de er i gang med en større renovering. Det er ikke til at holde ud. Vores indtryk er at de har brug for pengene og går den så går den. Dårlig stil mod deres gæster. Hotellet virker til at være misligholdt over mange år, da der er vandskader og hvad der ligner skimmelsvamp i bygningen, fedtpletter på tæpperne, dårlig facade, fliser der burde sættes ordentlig på plads og jeg kunne blive ved.

I was in the panoramic room : OMG!!!!! One of the best rooms I ve ever been to! To wake up! See the sunset The bathroom!!! The shower! The bath tub : WOW The pool was also great. Waking up in this room was like seeing a living portrait everyday !!!!! Great place !

Staff are helpful and friendly and the pool area is nice, Happy hour from 4pm is good too! Restaurant where breakfast is served is nice.

Unfortunately the lift was out of action but they did change us from the 4th to the 2nd floor, so it didn't effect us then. The wi-fi went as well and we didn't have it for the last couple of days of our stay. The hotel is in need of a bit of sprucing up as it is looking quite worn out in places. Price of transfer to the airport is expensive.

The Hotel has a great location, close to the town and the port where the boats depart to the tours. Very clean. The room was very comfortable and with a beautiful view. All the staffs are amazing, very friendly and lovely. Special thanks to Hope and Third. If i am going back to Coron, i already know where i am going to stay.

Overpriced. Level of service poor for a purportedly 5 star hotel. Had to tackle a waiter several times to order drinks at the pool. Not enough shade by the pool. Need to buy adjustable umbrellas.

The location was great for us as it was walking distance to the port for our BDBM tour. Quiet and relaxing. Drinks and food were good.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Also, on the Saturday evening, there was a street party until 5am and the room wasn’t soundproof at all. The staff was nice but not pro-active. Ex: you had to chase to get a drink and/or water.

It was quite hard to get food or drinks by the pool.

El hotel en general esta muy bien. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas. La piscina esta muy bien para relajarte después de estar todo el día en el tour. El happy hour merece mucho la pena, igual que la comida del restaurante. El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.

The decor, vibe and how close it was to everything. The food was also good and the service was very good.

The lift wasn’t working during our stay. It felt wrong watching the employees carry multiple large suitcases up and down the stairs. It should be fixed with more urgency instead of making the staff work harder than they should.

No Servía el elevador y estábamos hasta el 4to nivel. En la mañana teníamos early transfer y no nos dejaron accesar al desayuno incluido porque ya nos habían preparado unos “sándwiches para llevar” que dejamos porque tenían muy mala cara. La comida del hotel deja cena deja mucho que desear

This was truly a great place to stay. All staff were so nice and professional and the place spotless! Food was fantastic and we enjoyed every meal. The only down side during our stay was the broken elevator which required climbing the stairs to the 4th floor every day. The staff was very helpful and took care of our luggage carrying it up/down for us. This is a quality resort at a great price!

We arrived at Two Seasons after four days of sailing, looking forward to resting, but unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, basic amenities were missing- soap and shampoo dispensers were empty, and no one answered the help desk phone, so we had to go down ourselves to request assistance. The room was in poor condition, with worn furniture, marks throughout, a malfunctioning hairdryer, and a shower door that felt unsafe. The minibar was empty (no drinks provided), and even the elevator was out of service. The hallways had a strong, unpleasant smell (mold or cooking oil). The pool area was also concerning, with broken and loose tiles (including near the toilets and kids’ pool), and dirty, damaged sun loungers with cigarette burns. Overall, the property appears poorly maintained, and it’s hard to believe management is not aware of these issues. We decided to check out after just two hours and book another hotel.

This is a fabulous place to stay. Highly recommend a sea view or beach front rooms as the views are incredible.

I liked everything but I’d say the only thing I thought was average was breakfast but lunch and dinners were excellent.
