La gentilezza dei proprietari, l'appartamento è molto bello, i letti comodi, un bel balcone e una vista stupenda sulla valle.

La casa era bella, nuova, attrezzata, pulita, smart tv, utensili da cucina nuovi, lavastoviglie, vista dalle vetrate bellissima

Nulla, tutto ottimo. Unica piccolissima cosa, ci avrebbe fatto comodo essendo casa avere una lavatrice, ma è davvero l’unico piccolo dettaglio, era tutto perfetto

Everything was gorgeous and cozy, the view from the window was amazing, overlooking the waterfall, and how I love coffee, there was a Nispresso coffee machine🤓👍 The hostess was great, she helped us check in and organize tickets to the thermal baths, everything was top notch, thank you very much for that.

Un rapport qualité prix juste excellent. Un appartement propre et très bien équipé. Tout y est ! J'ai vraiment beaucoup apprécié mon séjour. La propriétaire, Julia, est aux petits soins. Je recommande vivement.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und haben uns mit allen nötigen Infos für unsere Aktivitäten und eventuellen Einsparungen versorgt. Die kleine Wohnung war sehr sauber und mit allem bestückt was man so im alltäglich braucht. Es gab einen kleinen niedlichen Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge und einen Parkplatz vorm Haus. Man konnte viele Ausflüge machen und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe nutzen. Wir waren begeistert und würden das jederzeit wieder so machen. Lieben Gruß Jasmin und Andrea

Das ist nicht wirklich der Rede wert. Das Bett war sehr weich, dass stellt aber nur ein Problem für die Leute dar die Probleme mit dem Rücken haben und in genau dieser Wohnung sind aber da gab es bei uns die Ausweichmöglichkeit auf die vorhandenen Schlafcouch, die war hart genug. Ontzettend fijn appartement op een goede locatie. We mochten eerder inchecken en de eigenaren zijn ontzettend vriendelijk. Het is er schoon en netjes, fijne bedden en lekkere kussens.

We kregen een upgrade. Het was een ruim en mooi appartement.

Er was geen magnetron. Misschien dat die nog toegevoegd kan worden.

Top Apartment mit allem was man braucht. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht war traumhaft und es lud zum entspannen ein. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Touren im Ötztal.

Úžasná lokalita, skvělí majitele, perfektní domluva i pro někoho, kdo neovládá úplně dobře angličtinu. Krásné a čisté ubytování v klidné lokalitě. Moc rádi se sem zase vrátíme.

Wij hadden de penthouse , deze was super

Het enige waar wij kast van hadden , was dat in de douche het water niet weg kon. De afvoer is te smal. Telkens moet je de douche uitzetten, anders stroomt het over.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist top und das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, kommunikativ und hilfsbereit. Wir haben tolle Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen.

Our studio was very clean and efficient for our needs. It is quite small, so be mindful when booking.. if you like personal space, book the bigger apartment. The hosts are super friendly and will do everything they can to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The location is good... about 20 min drive to Sölden for ski, and about a 45 min walk along the river to the Aqua Dome. 🥰

The parking is tight.. it was okay, but definitely be prepared if your vehicle is oversized. Other than that, all was good. 👍

Very kind and helpful hosts who welcomed all our requests and solved them immediately (for example, our family feels the cold more than average, and when we mentioned this, the temperature in our apartment was raised right away). We also found out on arrival that the accommodation has a rented ski and ski-boot storage room only one minute from the entrance of the Giggijochbahn lift, which made getting to the ski slopes very easy and convenient.

Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und gemütlich. Das Bett war sehr bequem, wir konnten sehr gut schlafen. Julia und Rene sind sympathische Gastgeber und immer hilfsbereit. Der Kontakt war einfach und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist mit Hund zum Spazieren gehen grandios ☺️.

Toller Aufenthalt in der Apart Julia in Längenfeld! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gemütlich und mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet. Der Gastgeber war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und angenehm gesprächig. Die Preis-Leistung ist absolut unschlagbar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön, sehr sauber, modern und bestens ausgestattet. Alles war neu und von hoher Qualität. Das Apartment liegt in einem traumhaft schönen Dorf mit herrlicher Aussicht. Besonders positiv war auch die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeberin – sehr respektvoll, herzlich und professionell. Alles war perfekt organisiert – vom Brötchenservice über den Kaffee bis zu allen kleinen Details.

Es gab wirklich nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hätte. Alles war hervorragend.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber! Alles super erklärt. Stilvolles Apartment mit Balkon 🤍! Ermäßigungen für das Aquadom! Super ruhige Gegend in einer kleinen Wohnsiedlung. Direkt an der Ötztalerache, ideal zum Spazieren und Laufen. Auch Bergtouren und Wanderungen sind direkt vom Quartier möglich.

Ungemütliches Fernsehsofa.

Es liegt sehr zentral, alles super schön eingerichtet, alle sind sehr nett. Gerne wieder.

René und Julia sind unglaublich tolle Gastgeber!! Vielen Dank dafür! Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und unbezahlbar der Ausblick in die Berge. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

Da gibt es nichts.

La posizione dell'appartamento è comoda, vicinissima al centro di Langenfeld. Lo staff è stato veramente gentile e sempre disponibile, ottima ospitalità e chiarezza. Siamo stati ad Aqua Dome e l'host ci ha gentilmente prestato accappatoi e asciugamano. L'appartamento seppur piccolo dispone di tutto ciò che serve.

L'unica cosa che non è stata molto comoda è il letto. Era da una piazza e mezzo, quindi abbiamo dormito molto molto stretti e, inoltre, anche il materasso non era molto comodo.

Sängen var i denna lägenhet mot väggen och det kändes lite trångt men annars är lägenheten väldigt fin och snygg inredd och väldigt rent!

The hosts were super friendly. We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is rather small but it was all we needed as we were outdoors most of the time anyways. When shopping, we recommend taking the slightly longer drive to the Hofer in Umhausen. The prices are way higher for pretty much everything in Längenfeld. There are also many hiking trails to take in the area and many beautiful waterfalls (Stuibenfall is a must). We also visited the Aqua Dome which also is on the more expensive side. The 3 hour ticket was around 35€ per person and we also got a 10% discount with the apartment. 3 hours was more than enough for us as the Aqua Dome is not super large.

There is no room for a dishwasher and the fridge can sometimes be a little noisy.

Location, amenities, comfort, very friendly hosts, bread service is top.

The apartment was cozy and nice. The biggest advantage was the locality, it was reasonably close to Sölden but easier to book than closer. The apartment had a small kitchen and a coffee maker, which was very useful. The host was very nice. There was also an app that provided some extra services like extra coffee capsules, some breakfast and free buses.

There were three main drawbacks that made our stay less enjoyable: - The biggest problem was that the heating was not set by guests. It was locked and the default temperature most of the time was 21. That was way too cold for us. We asked for higher temperature, it was increased to 21.5. :/ Moreover, the heating system was not very logical - in the evening the temperature was set low and in the morning high. I would appreciate having control over when do I want what temperature. Also, the heating board was directly above our bed in our room, thus though the temperature in the apartment was low, in the bed it was quite warm, in the morning too much so. - Another issue was that the stove is induction. This stove refused to heat our mokka espresso maker since it was too small, so we brought it in vein. The coffee maker there was fine enough, but beware that this can happen! - Our room was 17m^2. It is just enough for a couple but people that like more space choose bigger (more expensive) room!

Everything was perfect!

Everything was great. Location - 15 minutes from Sölden by car. Parking space directly below the apartment. Noise insulation is normal, not great, but no one disturbed our sleep, after 20:00 it was quiet everywhere. Pleasant host, quick check-in. If you want coffee, make sure to order capsules in advance (the guys make it all convenient and affordable). There is also a coffee machine in the room. Mountain views, which can be opened up with vertical blinds. The room is warm. In our case, the double room gave us enough space for two of us.
