Reviewed Aug 10, 2026L'appartamento aveva un bel balconcino vista montagna, la zona era tranquilla ma comoda a tutto. Renate, la padrona di casa, è stata gentilissima e disponibile. Un ulteriore punto a favore per la zona sauna, davvero carina e ben curata, di cui abbiamo potuto usufruire gratuitamente una sera.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Beste Unterkunft, die wir je hatten. Große, geräumige, sehr schick und perfekt eingerichtete Wohnung mit Balkon und toller Aussicht. Alles richtig schön sauber. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis optimal. Super nette, immer erreichbare Gastgeberfamilie. Ruhiges Dorf. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Grote royale kamers, faciliteiten in de keuken, mooie badkamer, hygiënisch, rustig gelegen. Lehnerwasserfall is op loopafstand, evenals het Heimatmuseum. Voor alle andere activiteiten is een auto wel noodzakelijk, want de bus rijdt naar 1x per uur. Als je rust zoekt, zit je hier goed.
Het ligt een beetje in een 'outskirt'. In de urbanisatie is bijna niets te doen. Als je houdt van levendigheid en terrasjes moet je hier niet wezen. De dichtstbijzijnde supermarkt is 3 km verderop. De kamers hebben geen airco, wat normaliter geen probleem is in deze regio, maar er waren ook dagen van 30+ graden en dan is het toch wel erg warm in je slaapkamer. O, en de bedkussens waren erg slap. Ik adviseer om je eigen kussen mee te nemen! Verder zijn de bedden prima. De TV heeft geen NL zenders en kan niet op het internet worden aangesloten, dus ook geen Netflix, YouTube, etc.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Lekker rustig gelegen, in de avonduren geen zon en is het een stuk koeler. Op 3 minuten van de locatie leuke waterval welke je met een kleine hike kunt bezoeken. Centraal gelegen tussen oetz en solden. Renate ook super aardig en altijd behulpzaam. We gingen daarna door naar Italië en Renate gaf aan via de timmersjoch te rijden, navigatie gaf dat niet aan, maar zeker geen spijt van gehad !

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026Siamo stati benissimo a Gästehaus Renate! La struttura è estremamente pulita, calda e accogliente, l'ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata all'aperto. La nostra stanza era arredata davvero bene e fornita di tutto il necessario, curata in ogni dettaglio per non farci mancare assolutamente nulla durante la vacanza. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Renate e alla sua famiglia: sono degli host eccezionali, sempre presenti e disponibili per qualsiasi bisogno o consiglio, persino di domenica! Ti fanno sentire davvero a casa. Anche la posizione è un grandissimo punto di forza. È comodissima sia per raggiungere le piste da sci di Sölden in modo facile e veloce, sia come punto di partenza strategico per visitare l'intera vallata. Inoltre, per chi ha un cane o semplicemente ama camminare, la casa si trova a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal bosco, permettendo di fare delle stupende passeggiate rigeneranti immersi nella natura. Struttura consigliatissima, speriamo di tornarci presto! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Reviewed Nov 19, 2025Polecam to miejsce, bardzo wypoczęliśmy tu podczas naszego pobytu. Mieliśmy apartament składający się dwóch sypialni, kuchni i łazienki. Łóżko miało bardzo wygodny materac, bardzo dobrze się spało. Okolica jest cicha i spokojna, wokół jest bardzo dużo tras spacerowych. Szczególnie polecamy drogę do wodospadu i od mostków na rzece, rzeka jest piękna i krystalicznie czystej wodzie. W apartamencie można być z psami co było dla nas bardzo ważne. Jest toteż bardzo dobre miejsce noclegowe dla narciarzy. Do stoku jest tylko 20 min jazdy. Gospodarze są bardzo mili. Polecam gorąco zarówno zimą jak i latem.

The bed was excellent, there was a great balcony, everything was clean, and we greatly appreciated details such as a good frying pan, enough towels, dishwasher, or coffee maker. The locality is very quiet, and it is close to Lehner Wasserfall Klettersteig. The host provided a great file featuring all tips.
The host wasn't able to tell why they want personal information. If they need it for tourist office, they can simply explain instead of putting all caps in the form and getting angry when denied.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2023The owners are super friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing, the sauna too, the place was very clean and well equipped, everything worked fine, the room was spacious and comfortable. Bus stop was about 3min walking away. The value for money was great. I would definitely recommend it, and hope to come back again.
Apparently there are no restaurants in the neighbourhood, so that's something to take into account in your planning if you're not by car (I'd strongly recommend Dorfwirt).

Eigenes was aufmerksam geworden, dass ist nicht ganz optimale innere Lärmschutz, aber dürch Hausordnung ist sehr gut reguliert, sodass wir gut einschlafen können. Sehr gute Preis- Leistung.

More suited for families; i did not feel that it was very clean either.

Desayuno sencillo pero muy completo, incluso te hacen huevos si te apetecen. La casa es ideal, la buhardilla una monada. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Reviewed Oct 9, 2017Super schöne kleine Unterkunft mit tollen zimmern . Wir hatten ein Apartment mit Küchenzeile. Alles war seeehr sauber und es gibt auch eine Spülmaschine . Mich wandern kann man direkt am Haus starten . Nur Restaurants sind nicht wirklich in Lauf Reichweite.
