Ilci Residence Hotel

Comfortable room with very generous size bed. Spotlessly clean, quality towels and bedding. The hotel was in an ideal location for access to main places of interest. I was invited to breakfast with family so unable to comment on breakfast.

We liked everything from the staff, LOCATION, facilities, room, view and breakfast. All amazing 👏

المكان نظيف لكن الاثاث يحتاج تجديد الفطور جيد لكن غير متنوع الفندق قريب من مناطق سياحيه مثل منطقه القلعه و مول انقره

لاتوجد مواقف كافيه للفندق لكن هناك فاليه و مفتاح السياره يجب ان يكون معهم طول الوقت ...هناك تمييز حسب نوع السياره اذا فخمه تكون على باب الفندق وغير ذلك تكون على الرصيف بالشارع ...بالنسبه للمسبح لازم حجز قبل بيوم تحدد الساعه وهذا غير مريح الشخص الموجود في منطقه السبا غير متفاهم حتى ممنوع استخدام الجيم بدون حجز والذي اصلا يعمل من الواحده ظهرا الى التاسعه مساءا ...تجربه لن تتكرر

Their breakfast is good. The staff are helpful

The smell sucks inside the room and bathroom. Even, inside the spa, the smell was horrible and the indoor swimming pool temperature was so cold and the water wasnt clean. There was no cleaning system for the pool.

Breakfast was considered good. Room was spacious enough and clean surfaces.

Hotel advertised that a wellness centre / gym was available - however upon arrival the entire cable machine was very much broken. When we asked the hotel staff, they just said “there’s nothing we can do, there treadmills are still available” and didn’t seem to really care. Be aware that the smell of smoke was very strong during our stay and greatly disrupted our sleep especially on our second and final night. It seemed to be coming from the ventilation system and would come in and out regularly. As well as that, every time we entered reception, there was no one at the desk - and all the staff were either smoking and chatting outside which was not a good look for a 4 star hotel. We had to call the staff in each time. Unfortunately would not recommend this place for future guests.

I had a very pleasant stay at ilci Residence Hotel. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would happily stay here again.

L’obligation de réserver un créneau pour la piscine, la température excessivement froide pour une piscine intérieure. Pas de serviettes à disposition pour l’accès à la piscine( obligation de prendre les serviettes allouées à la chambre). L’insonorisation catastrophique.

De locatie is top! Op loop afstand van Anitkabir. Dichtbij AnkaMALL en metro. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en helpen graag met elke vraag. Ontbijt was goed. Heel fijn dat er een spa bij zat. De klassieke massage was erg goed.

Paar kleine dingen: De kussens in de kamers waren voor ons iets te dik en stevig. Het putje van de douche liep bijna niet door. Het binnen zwembad was koud.

Good location close to the train station and the Ankaray line, quiet, excellent Turkish breakfast.

The bathroom items are quite limited. Also not related to the hotel itself but the location indicated on Booking.com when using Map is wrong (it locates the hotel at number 122 while the actual one 135).

Staff members are good and helpful people and good location.

The carpets are with stains. Even though we do not smoke but we could feel the smell of cigarettes coming from somewhere. The breakfast could have more fruits and meat options.

Приехали на пару дней и остановились в этом отеле (номер 707). В целом впечатление осталось хорошее. Персонал на ресепшн очень отзывчивый — на все возникающие вопросы реагируют быстро и стараются помочь. Локация у отеля отличная: примерно в 700–800 метрах находится Музей Ататюрка, в паре остановок — крупный торговый центр Ankamall, а также недалеко расположена главная мечеть города — Мечеть Коджатепе. Завтраки неплохие: есть овощи, сыры, кондитерские изделия — можно нормально позавтракать. Несмотря на небольшой языковой барьер, проблем в общении не возникло, при необходимости выручает переводчик. Отдельно хочется отметить оперативность персонала: в номере была неисправна лампа, но после обращения её быстро заменили.

В номере (707) в некоторых местах требуется ремонт (см. фото). Также не совсем корректно организованы завтраки: они заявлены до 10:30, однако уже к 9:00 отсутствовали некоторые позиции, в частности каша.

The hotel has a very luxurious décor and facilities. Our room had a fascinating view of the mausoleum of Ataturk which was a bonus. There was tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast spread was delicious and generous. The location just a short walk away from the metro line 1 Maltepe station was perfect. There are also good eateries nearby. If you like walking then most sights are within half an hours walk. There are good bus connections as well.

The place has a smell cigarette smell. Breakfast has very little options to the point that neither myself or my fiancé ate. The positive point was the spa which was great!

Konum olarak çok iyi bir noktada. Anıtkabir, YHT, Ankara Garı yürüme mesafesinde. Otoparkı olması avantaj. Yaşadığım bir olayı paylaşayım. Valizimin çekme kolundaki vida düştüğü için arıza vardı. Ben hiç bir şey demeden görevlinin bir yerlerden vida bulup valizi tamir etmesi şahaneydi. Bu küçük detaylar tüm olumsuzlukları gideriyor. Olumsuzluk dediğim odanın banyosunda ufak sorunlar vardı. Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Kavsiye ederim.

Se ti soffermi sui dettagli noti che la struttura avrebbe bisogno di più manutenzione (water che si staccava dal muro, gradino per il bagno che si staccava, ecc…)

Good place to stay for a night

The receptionist who checked me in was very helpful and polite. He was the only one who could speak good abd fluent English. He also helped me with tickets for onward journey.

Nothing, I got lost in trying to find the hotel

STAY AWAY!! They gave us the wrong room, denied having the room we booked all together, stalled us 2 hours and charged us 4600 extra to give us a new room.

The first night I was on the 6th floor room was quite but the air con did nothing to cool the room and the pillows were hardand lumpy. I had to ask for soft pillows. When my mum arrived we realized that the bed was very noisy when two people sleep in I had to ask reception to change my room the second room had the same problem with the bed the third one on the third floor was comfortable and quite but as we were closer to the road it was very noisy. The first morning there was not much put out for breakfast there was a plate covered with 3 bits of cheese and some cucumber and tomatoes and a boiled egg I was shocked by this. I asked for a mug for coffee I was told they don't have one but there was two in our room so I took them and from. Day two they put out breakfast properly so that fixed the issue

Everything. Quiet, comfortable room with good view, hospitable staff, spacious lavishly furnished lobby behind the reception exuded Ottoman charm, fantastic buffet breakfast, and just a 6-minute walk thru underpass to the Central Railway Station.

The location was close to the station, and the breakfast was good.

The walls are not solid and could hear the TV's from both sides. I did complain to reception, and appears they acted on it, but didn't make any difference.

There was a bad smoking smell in my room the moment I walked into it and I asked to change it , they refused and instead he said he can give me a spray ? And even the spay wasn't provided ..I was disgusted with the smell all my stay as I could smell cigarettes smoke all the time ..such a bad experience.
