Super clean. Towels and bedding clean fresh and without and blemishes. Staff is helpful and friendly. It looks like they are painting and fixing.

The place is a bit rundown. I am sure they are trying to resurrect it but for the price paid it was a disappointing. Bathroom was tired looking and unfortunately some of the lights weren't working.

The room was good, and the bed comfy

Water leaked when you opened the tap when you wanted to walk the dishes. Cubhert below the dishwashing basin had a bad smell. The Jacuzzi had two broken tiles, which left an open hole. WE did not use the jacuzzi, tried to stay away from it as far as possible. The "FAST INTERNET" was slower than a turtle. The best download speed was 3.56 Meg and upload was 1.2Meg. When the sun went down the internet went down as well. Did not work at all. I am still awaiting the invoice for our stay. We did not get all our towels back ( 2 x Days) when they cleaned the room. 2nd day I had to go to reception and ask for towels.

The location and the facility is so good

The facilities are old. The pool area equipment and chairs are not well maintained. The rooms weren't properly cleaned, it is roach infested. Our Unit front door didn't lock.

The staff was friendly and cleaning the room on a daily basis was not what we expected nor the changing of towels, making of bed, cleaning dishes. We would have done that ourselves. We braaied and they cleaned the braai area. The bathroom is a delight and we would recommend the facility for everybody that wants to enjoy the mountains.

Insects in the residence and no air conditioning.

The Royal Natal national park is near Ezulwini. We loved to walk on their several trails during our stay. The mattress was great quality. The staff was friendly.

The only ventilation in our room is leaving the 2 sliding doors open which you can't do in SA . They did provide a fan which helped during the nights. Lot of cockroaches, and the kitchen cabinets smell like mildew. Around the light switches and doors it's not clean. The grass around the swimming pool was not cut even though it's high season! All over this place needs a thorough cleaning and maintenance upgrading.

We loved everything about our stay, the receptionist and cleaning staff are super friendly and helpful. This place is ideal for a quiet peaceful getaway. Perfect for families with kids and couples. Clean, safe and helpful. Will definitely be visiting again

There's no restaurant on site maybe something to look at for future. The shop if you sell a variety of essentials and snacks, very limited.

Its a chilled out place for being away with family and the heated pool was the best

The rooms are not being looked after. The bedding was terrible. Doors couldn't even lock. The electric stove was tripping the main switch when we tried to cook. Flies everywhere in the room

Location was easy to find and next to the wedding. So we enjoyed our stay. No food it was self service so we cooked ourselves

Remote control for TV and if they had phone we can call reception only it was better. So we have to walk around everytime we need to watch TV the should have extra remote

The room was not made ready. 1.The hot was not available. 2.Remotes for the heater and TV not available. 3.Jacuzzi was not working 😕. 5.Receptionist demanded I pay an upfront fee of R500 which was not mentioned when I booked online.

The room was adequately equipped with all the essentials. The kitchen was quite spacious and had all the necessary appliances for self-catering. The beds were comfortable. By nature of the location, you have wonderful views of the surrounding Berg and the resort is located close to where we needed to be during our stay.

Some of the decor is quite dated. The facilities are in need of some maintenance - road is quite broken both outside and inside the resort, our unit had a couple of globes that needed to be replaced and some of the light fittings were badly stained. One of the sliding doors for entering our unit did not close properly - it could still lock but had been damaged at some point. The shower doors could not hold in the water from the shower - there was quite a bit of spillage onto the bathroom floor.

In dem Zimmer als auch im Bad waren mehrere deutliche Schimmelflecken an den Wänden und der Decke zu sehen. Es hat auch sehr stark nach Schimmel gerochen und das ganze Zimmer war klamm und feucht, so dass sich auch das Furnier von den Möbeln bereits gelöst hatte. Insgesamt war die Einrichtung schon sehr abgewohnt. Es schien so, als sei die Unterkunft früher mal hochwertig gewesen, mit der Zeit jedoch nicht mehr gepflegt. Es waren mehrere Flecken auf der Bettwäsche und den Handtüchern. Sehr wenig Privatsphäre da direkt nebenan weitere Wohnungen waren und die anderen Gäste unmittelbar an der Terrasse und den großen Fenstern vorbei liefen, was auch ein angenehmes Lüften in der Nacht erschwerte. Es war bis spät in die Nacht auch sehr laut. Im Bad gab es keine Seife.

I loved the heated pool and all the activities available. Place was clean and neat with friendly staff. The host was super efficient and very accommodating.

Beds are uncomfortable, thought we were getting the apartment with a jacuzzi, sadly not ☹️and the place could do with some fresh paint on the inside and an upgrade of curtains.

I love the privacy and the fantastic value for money staying at the resort.

There were drainage issues with the plumbing during the course of the stay and the rooms need to be maintained.

No meals were available and the shop was poorly stocked, at to go to ATKV shop to make purchases etc.

The location was ideal,peaceful.

Sliding doors were not closing properly and heavy when you open and close. Pool place was not meeting the standard sticks and the pool itself needs service or has to be replaced. Also fix the road on your drive that water and mud make our vehicles dirt or you should tell to come with 4x4. But we were happy, and happiness is more than complains from our side maybe December we will be back to SA again.

The units were smelling when we opened the doors on arrival. Outside the door, there were spiderwebs, and sliding doors were dirty. The beds and sheets need to be changed.

The facilities on the restore was really amazing. I love the fact that they had multiple board games to hire so your kids are entertained even during rainy days. The pool was nice and clean and the rooms.it was a beautiful stay. Would highly recommend it for kids.

The peace and serenity.

I absolutely loved the overall tranquility of the property. Hearing the birds in the mornings and seeing the animals just roam around was the best part. The staff is friendly and really helpful too.

You might want to bring an extra fan as it is really hot in the rooms during the day and at night.

The staff was friendly and the place gives you value for money. It clean and. Comfortable there recreation facilities are great too.

I was not informed of the breakage fee of R500 that needs to be paid in cash when checking in throughout the communication I had with the place beforehand. It should be communicated because we hardly carry cash around.

Ezulwini is located about 20 km from my family. So, it's always sensible to book with Ezulwini.

Well the staff were lovely

It felt like we were staying in an abandon building. It needs love ! My daughter loved the animals but the jungle gym is falling apart and looks like no one has fixed it up in YEARS. There is no restaurant on the property either so you have to find somewhere else to eat

I made the booking just to explore the snow and we had our first hand experience of snow. There are variety of animals on the resort which is nice for kids.

One of the toilet was leaking. There was no speed for wifi in the room so we struggled with the internet speed during our stay. You have to pay deposit of R500 in cash when checking in which is not mentioned in the listing on booking.com There are definitely better resorts in the area for the same price range.
